Dropped my car off at 7:45 am for an oil change. Was told there were only “two jobs ahead of me” and I could pick it up at 12:00 pm. Called at 12:30 and was told I was “next on the lift” and that it would be ready at 3:00 pm. Arrived at 3:15 and was told “they couldn’t get to it”. No apology, no explanation, no call to let me know just handed me my keys. Bottom line, a business that clearly does not honor its word or it’s prominently proclaimed dedication to customer service. Very sad!

Dropped off a car one day and picked it up the next. Better to call and make an appointment than to do it online, since the latter caused some confusion. I even got a text the following day to check up on the vehicle. Now thats customer service! Would 100% return for future repairs.

Hilltop has exceptional customer service and skilled mechanics. The staff is customer focused and so attentive to detail. They are reasonable and work with integrity and deliver excellent service.I would not hesitate to recommend Hilltop For any service related issue!

I have all my vehicles serviced at 3,000 miles and repairs done at this shop and the service and repairs have been excellent.The people here are very helpful in all situations.I highly recommend them.

I got a flat yesterday and left the car at this shop. The mechanic called me this morning. He said that he was only able to remove 2 out of 5 lugnuts and that the other 3 are rusty and will most likely break and he cant put on a spare.He said i need to get this car towed. Most likely its because I didnt want to buy a new tire from them because I had a spare at home.

Jason, Mo and German are wonderful! Every time I call or visit them for my car, they are pleasant, professional, and honest. I now refuse to go anywhere else... even if its just to change a light or for an oil change. Unlike most shops Ive been to for auto repairs, I feel like Jason is always transparent with me when communicating the repairs my vehicle indispensably needs, what can wait, and doesnt take advantage of the fact that I dont know much about cars. I find the prices to be very reasonable and I am always quoted a clear amount before they begin to work on my car.They have often offered door to door service when I drop off my car on a weekday and need to get back to work....they truly go above and beyond! I couldnt be happier :)

Mo is the best! I stopped in for gas a couple weeks ago and inquired about replacing a tail light.... and Mo literally changed the light, on the spot, while the gas was pumping. No appointment necessary. No waiting. Super-Quick, Super-Pro service from a Super-Friendly and knowledgeable Guy. Ill be taking my car to them from now on....

Came in with an emergency tire repair...Mo took care of my issue without hesitation and had me back on the road quickly. Excellent customer service -- cannot recommend highly enough!

These guys are the best. Ever since the change of management a year or two ago, it is nothing but smiles and amazing service at the hilltop Exxon. Hands down the most reliable service around and if you havent been youre missing out. 10/10/
