This is by far the best nail place in the Bend Oregon area. I’ve been to them all, I was very happy with this one:).

* UPDATE* I did communicate my dissatisfaction to the tech at the time of service and she insisted that it was the way my nails grew out. A manicurist in Vancouver confirmed that I had received inferior service from Pretty Nails and she did what should have been done in the first place.Scheduled appointment for a manicure and upon arrival was told to check-in (which I did even though prompts were not straight-forward). I selected a polish color, washed my hands as told & then was directed to a pedicure chair even though I had checked-in for a manicure . The tech doing the manicure advised me of additional cost to remove previous gel manicure; I agreed as I wanted the gel removed. The removal was so poorly done that the previous gel manicure was clearly visible under the new regular manicure. It was my first & last visit to this salon and I do not recommend their service. I did extend a tip (as I always do) for the service despite the fact that it was not warranted.

My two girls and I got our nails done, I got a full set acrylic and girls ages 5 and 8 got gel nail polish, 8 year old got a tiger eye like gel polish which is gorgeous, (I am doing it next time!) and my youngest age 5 got pink and silver glitter with flowers on two nails they all look amazing! I havent been here since I was a teenager for a bday party but I will be coming back!!! I paid way more for just my oldest and I and all she got was regular polish from another place and same for me but overly charged for both, (not by pretty nails) and spent so much more for them to be ruined in a few days. So satisfying to see great work with great prices. I will be going again and again!!!

They used old nail polish on me and now all the nails have a bubbly finish on them :(

The employee was very impatient and rude. My nails looked worse when walking out than in. They where squared off and jagged along with not being square. At the end they put a lotion product on my hands without asking and made me rush up. My chair looked a little dirty as if it was not cleaned. I do not recommend this and was not worth it. I will never be going there again.

Place was not clean. After customers leave I did NOT see them clean after people (COVID-19 times), other businesses take cleanliness so serious right now I was confused. Our Fingers feel very sore after getting nails done! We Never had an experience where my fingers have been hurting and feel sore up to 4 days after getting nails done and has not stopped hurting. The guy was filing skin beside nails several times throughout the session as well and made me bleed. The nails have begun lifting during day 3. Very inconvenient; paid well over $100 and picked this place to get our nails done prior to a vacation so no way we can go back to get them fixed.

Do you not listen to the bad reviews this place is great. I am a total snob and very particular about my nails lol. This was my first time here Eddie was who did my nails, they turned out absolutely perfect and I had a great time. They were funny and enjoyable to talk to. I would highly suggest getting your nails done here I honestly believe the bad reviews may be about a different salon because this Salon was by far one of the best Ive been to.

The gal was pretty nice who did my pedicure, but she cut my sides of my nails like i had an ingrown toenail and made me bleed. She also pushed too far under my toenails. My water was feeezing and my $28 pedi took a whole 15-20 mins. Not worth it. I wont go back.

Pam does a very nice job! My acrylics look very natural and I love that she is gentle and is not hard on my cuticles!

I went there for my first time ever getting my nails done. He didn’t do my cuticles, or clean from under my nails. The electrical file that he used was already used before. The other customers in there didn’t have their mask on all the way. (COVID-19 times) He didn’t build my nails strong enough. He put one on crooked. You can see right through the colors. I got black and white and they are so sheer. I wouldn’t recommend going here. They don’t do your nails right and it’s just unsanitary all and all. I paid $54 for my nails and I regret every penny of it.

So very clean, temp taken when you enter. Pam and Eddie are very good at nails, been going to Pam for a very long time.. I feel very comfortable there, no walkins and only a certain amount of customers at a time. If you are looking for a safe great place to have your nails done, this is for you.

We used to love going to pretty nails! made an appointment for my sister and i for my sisters birthday and when we got there they said we didn’t make one even though i had proof on my phone. we left and allure nails took us in right away. never going to pretty nails again, very rude about it too.

Always get my pedicure done here. Great work and friendly people. Very compliant with covid protocol.

I have now been here twice. The first time I got a full set and it was awful they rushed me through and just ignored my requests and seemed to be annoyed that I would ask them any thing. I thought I would give it a second chance...and again the service was terrible, they rushed me through and got annoyed with me when I requested a design on a nail. I asked for a flower and they added a whole bunch of extra lines on the nail. So I politely told them I just wanted the flower. They wiped the entire design off and told me they wouldn’t do it and she got up and walked away saying “I’m not doing flower” so unprofessional. That is two separate occasions that they have made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not go back and definitely do not recommend this place.

Very good food. Service was a bit slow and they really werent that busy. All in all it was pretty good. Prices are very good. Good bang for the buck.

The lady charged me double kept doing what I told her not to, she cut me multiple times this girl was rude and didn’t do a thing right.

Went in for a fill they did a horrible job. And after 40 mins my nails still wouldn’t dry. Asked to get them repainted and they refused. Asked for my money back and they refused. Not to mention it’s for my birthday party and now I have to pay to get them redone somewhere else. Save your money they are horrible!

Dirtiest manicure Ive ever had. If thats what youd even call it.He threw on a set of pink and whites with his dirty brushes and drill bits. Didnt remove my cuticles or anything like that. No disinfectant in sight. And he used this nasty brush to clean away particles from filing, but it was COVERED in filing particles from other people. He didnt even put a towel down on the table. I just dont even know what to say. I left the salon with my hands dirty, dry, and covered in acrylic particles.Pretty Nails is your one stop shop for fungus and bacteria.

Girls are sweet and friendly. If you are looking for a quick pedicure this is the place to go. They got three of us girls in while we were having a girls day and mine personally was great! 😂

I had gone here back in the mid 1990s when under different ownership and so this was my first time going for a new full set of shellac nails. They hot me right in and I hot the French look almost 4 weeks ago now. I need s fill and hope to get one before I go out of town tomorrow. They did an am6job, plus they were quick, courteous and friendl . They didnt over charge at all either.. I would recommend Pretty Nails by Fred Meyers in Bend. You wont be disappointed. If you have a specific request or issue of concern about your nails, tell them and they will surely take exceptional care of you and make sure youre satisfied before you pay them and before you leave,. Thanks for a great job, my nails still look great and I need a fill as its been nearly 4 weeks and they still look good. Oh and no Im not easy on them either.

They were super nice and knew what shape i wanted but a week later they started chipping and they all came off. it damaged my nails a lot. i never had acrylics before so i didn’t know what to expect. i am not trying to be mean but i really do not recommend them at all :/

The owner is amazing. Always has time to work me in. And the pedicure chairs are so amazing, relaxing, worth the price.

I will NEVER spend my money here, not to mention I’m a great tipper! I’m here visiting from Texas for Christmas with family, I have stopped in 3 times as a “walk-in” for a manicure and pedicure and all 3 times was denied service with out having an appointment ( I could come back at 11:45). Umm NO! I will go somewhere that they are glad to accept my money and treat me with kindness rather than a bother. To bad this nail salon ended up with 1 gold star, they should have rather gotten a lump of coal!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I have been stopping myself from leaving a bad review for a long time now because the lady told me her business was struggling but Im finally doing it because I just realized because I went here a couple months ago I know have MOLD under my nails. Thank god I only went here once. They didnt use anti fungal when doing my acrylics and my new nail salon noticed and made me take my fake nails off completely and I have to let them grow out completely... The other place also was extremely harsh and didnt go easy on my nails making them bleed. None of my nails were even and they werent even smooth to the feel. ALSO was $35 !! Never go here... Seriously !! If there was a zero star thats what it would get !

If I could give a zero I would. Whenever I would try and explain what I wanted, the lady would look at me confused. Eventually I gave up and showed a picture of what I wanted. My nails look nothing like the picture! My pointer finger nail looks like it belongs on the pinky. All of them are uneven and look horrible. I asked for a longer length and she cut them incredibly short! The paint has dings in it already and I just got them done today. This is by far the worst nail salon Im bend. Please dont waste your time or money here.

My nails are fabulous..smooth as glass, no flaws, no pain and they were able to get me and my best friend in at the same time. Appointment was very quick and Im happy with the results.

Dont bother! Walk-ins are not welcome. Walked in at 6:30 asking for an eye brow wax a 10 min process at best... They had one customer inside and 3 employeese but said they wouldnt do it because they were busy and closing soon. Terrible customer service!!

They did a great job on my friends and i acrylics it didnt hurt I recommend getting oval shape I think that they look really good. Over all there a great place even though there rating isnt very good.

They have a horrible attitude when THEY make a mistake. The man who did my nails made me bleed in 4 different fingers in my one and last visit! My nails are lifting and its only been 2 days when I called and asked if I can get a refund he told me no and if I didnt want to go in and get them fixed then I just had to live with it! Yes those were his exact words. Hope other people have a better experience if they choose to go there. I will stick to Elegant Nails.

Sloppy pedicure! My nails were uneven, he didnt clean up my cuticles, barely buffed my feet and they all acted like they couldnt care less if I came back. The polish lasted lesd than a week. Wont return!

Literally got the worst set of acrylics I ever had. The guy who did them didnt know the ballerina shape and didnt cut my cuticles. Most of the nails are lifted as well. I will never go back

Got me right in, happy with the overall results except for the visible air bubbles in the clear part of my nails.

This place is strange. Had my nails done by a Tina there, two weeks later I call to schedule and they act like I am crazy and they no have anyone named Tina. So i walk in and find that she quit, why act like u have never heard of her. Makes u look shady!!!!
