I got a gel manicure from Kaytie for my wedding, and she helped me pick out the perfect bridal color that I loved. She also helped me switch to a more convenient appointment time when it opened up, which I really appreciated. My nails looked great and lasted for a solid two weeks! I’m definitely glad I visited Pink Poppy!

Jayelle is fabulous!! She’s friendly, efficient, and does a beautiful job on my nails. She’s quite the expert with nail art too - always up to try something fun and make it turn out well. I feel that I’ve found a gem in her and in this clean, friendly shop.

My mom, sister, and I got our nails done here for my sisters wedding. Kaytie and Jayelle did an amazing job and helped us relax before the big day! It was so nice working with a family business and they are both so kind and welcoming. Our nails looked great and my mani/pedi both lasted weeks!

I do not ever leave a bad review but I scheduled a “spa” gel manicure for 2 hoping for a great experience only to get insulted for asking for a French manicure which cost more only to get told in the middle of service oh French manicures are out of style and no one gets those these days and oh yea how thick or thin would you like your lines for a french manicure in the middle of our service in addition there was no spa feel only insults and disappointment in choice of gel as we we were asked multiple times how we want our French nails done only to have a gel polish applied that took an hour to apply, Really disappointed and will never be returning. We were so excited to have a great experience as the owner was so inviting and warm however our tech we were left with only disappointment in customer service and felt like we were intruding on their time to be there even though we were paying for a service.

Katie listened and have me exactly what I asked for. She did a great job and also was a pleasure to talk to the whole way through!

Kaytie runs a lovely salon with excellent technique and top quality products. It is well worth the little bit of extra money to have the services she and her staff provide in a clean fun place to relax. Excellent gel manicures that really do last the two week guarantee.

Sophie did and OUTSTANDING job on my nails. I got a Shellac manicure. The color was gorgeous and the quality of her work is the best Ive ever seen done. She is also super sweet, personable and makes the entire experience a fun one. Also, the boutique itself is really adorable and clean. Ill for sure be coming back and recommend her to anyone.

Amazing! I have terrible luck with my nails (I rip them apart and my cuticles always bleed.) but my mom recommended that I see Kaytie at Pink Poppy. I’m so glad I went! She took really good care of my nails and cuticles. She was very gentle and thorough. I did a set of black gels and she suggested I get a stamp done. I got a cute little design done on top of my gels. Overall I’m very grateful to have found someone who can make my sad nails/cuticles feel happy again. Not to mention the shop itself is so cute and kaytie is a gem!

We moved to Bend April 2019 and I began my search for a new nail tech. I am a retired salon owner/licensed cosmetologist and when I search for nail care I look for a professional, clean, creative and quality nail service. I am so happy to have found Kaytie at Pink Poppy Nail Boutique! She is an amazing nail tech that is meticulous and pays attention to detail. I and have gel fills and she makes my nails look beautiful. I am always asking Katie for nail color suggestions .....I like to try different shades and sometimes a bit of nail art with the season changes (if I want nail art I must tell ahead of time so she can book a bit more time). She always exceeds my expectations and is a delight to chat with while Im sitting at her table.Yay! So glad I found Pink Poppy!

Jill did my nails, I had a gel polish manicure. She was so nice and great to talk to. My nails look amazing and the gel has stayed on so well, no chips or peeling, even after working with my horses, doing house work, and being anything but easy on them. Ive been to quite a few places in Bend and can say without a doubt that she does the best job and for a great price. I will definitely be going back and recommending her to all of my friends.

I have been getting my nails done on and off for years by the traditional high volume production type nail salons and it ruined my nails. They were so brittle, broken and hurting. I had hoped there was someone in the area who could fix my nails and help me eventually make them strong again. I found Kaytie and am so thankful! I went to her for the first time recently and she took the time to walk me through all my options and educate me on things I had never known about nails. She is genuine, honest, knowledgable and highly detailed and talented. She didnt treat me like a number or a $$ but like a person. We had great conversation and I couldnt recommend her more. Ive been going to kaytie for almost a year and shes been great. Cute salon, great location.

Dont dosagree with her about anything or ask for what you want once Kaytie has started. I liked her work first couple times. Last time nails were uneven and I asked her to file them evenly and she said no because she already filed them but had not polished them yet! Other instances she kind of lectured me. She did try to call me but I did not want to risk the anxiety. I grew up hearing the customer is always right esp. when I give $15 tip!

Kaytie has been doing my nails for the last two years. The salon is lovely, and Kaytie has the best selection of high quality nail shellac colors in town. She is fun, professional, and has a great eye for color. Cant recommend her enough!

Kaytie is a true professional! She knows her stuff! My daughter also goes to Kaytie! She loves her and always makes her feel special.
