I had to go get another manicure the following day. My 7 year old granddaughter could have done a better job than she did! And it was not cheap! First and last time there.

Love love love totally polished! Jenny and Amy are so sweet, friendly and fun. The services that I receive on a regular basis are superb! My daughter and I even do a regular mommy/daughter day every 6 weeks that includes pedis and a mani for my daughter as part of our day. I highly recommend Totally polished! Amy is delightful. She did a good job with the pedicure but a calf massage would have been great... Especially with the prices they charge! Make sure to ask prices in advance!

I have used Amy for years. The salons is beautiful! Amy & Jenni are professionals who know their business. I highly recommend both girls as I have had Jenni do my nails when Amy was out. Super nice job & when I leave my nails are perfect!

I saw this place on the front page of the Bulletin for a lady who is suing them for her eyebrows. I had to laugh...I believe this is the same person who has been coming to the salon over a long period of time, as I have also, and had multiple treatments done to achieve the affect she insisted on. Her eyebrows are horrendous, that’s for sure, but it is her own fault for insisting the salon do what SHE wanted. Lol. I want to add the fact that this salon goes to EXTENSIVE detail to make sure there are NO misunderstandings for this procedure. I feel bad for the salon for this woman putting them through this. Rest assured, they WILL take care of you!!

I was beginning to wonder if a good place for a pedicure existed in Bend. After 4 unsuccessful pedicure experiences since I arrived, I gave Totally Polished a shot. Jenny gave me a great pedicure with all the perks. I highly recommend this business. Ill be returning!

Brought my friend here to get birthday nails done, but I should’ve just checked the pictures on their Facebook... we didn’t want to be rude so we just pretended it was okay and left. I’m sorry but the nails were awful and found another place that could fix them last minute.
