I just moved to bend two months ago and have been looking for a nail salon. Up to now I’ve had no luck in finding someone I was happy with. I’ve probably been to 6-7 places with satisfactory outcomes. I called Allure Nails at 9:30am and was told come on it. Everyone was very friendly and I was helped right away. Lisa did my nails and I was so happy. She was the first one to shape my nails (coffin) the way I wanted them. At last I found the nail salon and tech that I’m happy with😊. Thank you Allure Nails and Lisa.

Went in to have my acrylics taken off for the purpose of not wrecking my nails. Well, they did just that…Instead of taking the time to soak my nails and file them down, he literally just stuck another fake nail tip under my acrylics and ripped off the fakes, taking most of my real nails with it. He then proceeded to try and file down my raw skin and I had to pull my hand away. Made me bleed and now I can barely touch anything without wincing….I don’t write reviews often but wow, this was not cool. This picture was taken after lotion and Neosporin… when I walked out it looked like a massacre. He still charged me money. I want to support small businesses, but come on, guys! Please don’t do this to other people.

Just came in for the first time yesterday and it was such a great experience. Beautiful salon and friendly staff. Brought in a photo of how I wanted my nails done and they made it happen.

I am visiting from another state and this is the worst experience and quality I have ever received from a salon. The people are extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I also felt very unwelcomed. I am a very shy and quite person and they really took advantage of that. My pink nail is swollen and hurts as well as my toes. I would go back to have fixed but leaving back to my home state and I honestly do not want them trying to “fix” anything after this first experience.Pictures taken 2 days after a dip powder and pedicure I was charged 88$ for. If I could give no star I would.

I went to get a pedicure on the weekend and I love it! Felt so good after a long work week. My tech did it for me and she was super good! Staff were also very nice, friendly, and accomodating.

Everyone there was so nice, everything was clean and neat, overall a wonderful experience. Would absolutely recommend them, will be going back regularly.

Called when they opened and was able to get 2 fills and pedicures. Fast, but not to where I felt like I was being rushed out. Definitely get the deluxe pedicure its amazing, for 38 bucks they give you a paraffin wax on your feet a mask for your legs, just one of the best pedis ever. My fill was started at the same time as my pedicure and was finished when I was done with my pedicure. So I wasnt being inconvenience the whole time and was able to enjoy my pedicure. Lots of colors to choose from and even dip colors. I do wish they did gel overlay but they do solar powder which is like gel but w/out light. Ive had it done the last 2 times and it was a good go to if you cant get the gel. Definitely will go back. Busy but not overwhelming that you feel like you are lost. Definitely teamwork is essential and they display it here.

My nail tech was great, friendly and did a nice job and my nails look good. This place is very nice and clean!! Pricing is about the same as anywhere else. Will definitely be going back!!

The guy was nice and all but the nails on my left hand are noticeably longer than my right. They are super crooked and overall disappointing.

Got my nails done and a pedicure both services were mostly enjoyable except I had to fix my nails when I got home .I Definitely got overcharged. A basic pedi and a powder dipped with tip set no extras or anything. Im use to paying 75-80 but was charged 95 here. Just confused what made it so expensive?did all basic nothing fancy and the lady didnt seem to know how much it was just came up with a random amount when I asked.they should definitely look at there prices online and know what they are to charge accordingly.

My pedicure looks adorable! Really took their time on my pedicure and didnt rush me out the door when waiting for it to dry. I would love to come again!

I got longer Acrylic nails coffin shaped, they were super cute and I loved them! But when the man who was doing them was laying down the acrylic I noticed it was super liquidy and running. I’ve had my nails done a good amount of times before and it’s never looked like that. I didn’t think much of it because he must have done plenty of acrylic sets in his career but I shouldn’t have given him the benefit of the doubt. I had one nail break in half not even 24 hours after getting them done, I went back in and had them fix it. While I was there 3 more people came in to get their nails fixed all done by the same guy. 6 of my nails have now had the tips break clean off and it’s barely been a week since I got them done. I’m not sure how the other nail techs are but I do not suggest getting them done by the male nail tech. Major waste of money.

I have been going to this place for many times for regular manicures and pedicures and I have been satisfied everytime. I will be back. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!

The first thing i noticed when entering the salon was the cleanliness. They were cleaning and sanitizing non stop when not helping a client. It was PACKED and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. A friend and I went there and got our monthly mani pedis and that same day two of my nails broke off while trying to get into my car and I called them and they remember who I was and told me to come by and get they would fix my nails I just left and my nails look perfect has ever the customer service is fantastic and I will definitely be making. My regular nail salon I drive from Redmond just to go to Allure Nails in Bend I absolutely love it if you have not had the deluxe Pedi yet I definitely suggest getting it the hot wax is phenomenal. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

I came in as a walk in today after my other nail tech cancelled on me. And shout out to them for always beings so sweet and accommodating!! This place is the best in the west!!! Thanks!!

We made an appointment for five pedicures. When we got there and they realized that a little girl was one of the pedicures, they didn’t treat her with the same respect. They left her sitting in the chair, did one quick application of polish, no massage, and marched her over to the waiting area. Granted they only charged $5 but we had reserved five regular pedicures. In addition, for the grownups the polish job was fairly sloppy and no topcoat was applied. Four days later the polish is wearing off or chipped. If you need a fast fix for an event I could see coming here but otherwise it wasn’t worth the $35 which included the tip. I would rather invest more to have a pedicure that lasts.

Wow. I get great service when I get a pedi from all the gals there and they do my nails to perfection. The staff is so friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

I had been going frequently here and hadn’t had many problems until about 2 weeks ago. I went in on a Saturday. I wanted a pedicure and fill on a set I had put on 2 weeks prior by Allure nails. The pedicure was nice but when I asked about a fill I was told the nail was lifting and I’d need a new set. I wasn’t going to pay for a new set when I had just had them done and by them. The man who helped me was nice up until I refused a new set and asked for a nail take off instead because I was refused the service I wanted. The man who took the acrylic nails off literally ripped them off with another acrylic nail. He RIPPED PART OF MY NAIL OFF! I was in shock. He also had a few nails that wouldn’t rip off so he soaked the 3 nails. After about 5 mins soaking (not enough time) he buffed the remaining acrylic so it appeared to be my own nail. I sat there quietly in shock for a few more mins. I paid and left…crying and shaken. I have NEVER been treated so poorly…in this mans eyes I was just another person, a paycheck he needed to hurry out to work on the next. I will NEVER go back! I’m honestly still sick to my stomach over this. I just hope this never happens to others and that the shop fixes internal issues because this was unacceptable.

My friend and I were very disappointed in our experience with this place. One of the guys made fun of the design my friend wanted and pretty much told her to pick a new color and didn’t do the design. As for my nails, they were uneven with the color and didn’t even get the tips of my nails. I’m frustrated that I had to pay for nails that weren’t complete and if I were to give them any advice about their business it would be to have better customer service at the very least.

I went in for a simple full set. I showed her the design I wanted and she said it would be no problem. My nails ended up looking nothing like the design and I am beyond upset. The gel is bumpy and uneven and the shape is not even. Not only that the prep was terrible she did nothing to my cuticles and didn’t prep my nails. I paid $65 dollars for nails I hate and didn’t ask for I would like my money back. I am so unhappy with the terrible service. I have photos to show how terrible they are.

I am from Portland and I needed a nail salon for me and my friend to get acrylics. When we got there they seemed very very rushed and were not very friendly. The person who did mine nipped my cuticles a few times and they started bleeding. Both of our nails looked very good though. Although, many of mine and my friends nails chipped off within the first week. Won’t be going back.

First time here and Im so glad I came!! Everyone was very nice and professional and I absolutely love my nails. Friendly, professional and clean. Will definitely be coming back.

Neat job with the pedicure and manicure.They have a lot of colors to choose from and space from other people. My tech did a great job. Took her time painting very neatly.

I made an appointment by phone and still had to wait for 30 minutes before I was seated. Meanwhile two other customers who also had appointments at the same time and arrived later than me, were seated and received service before me.The nail cleaning and prep was mediocre, the massage hardly noticeable and the French polish didn’t last because she only put one top coat...I’ve always gotten two top coats which really helps to make the polish last longer.I will not be returning to this salon.

Ive always gone to my neighborhood places out of convenience and walkability but I wish I wouldve came here sooner. Im still here and dont want to leave. Very geart!!!

They do amazing work! And pricing is very fair. Covid precautions are great. I brought in a reference photo to her and my tech was able to recreate the vision so perfectly!

I went in today to try silver chrome powder on my nails for the first time. I am extremely disappointed at the quality level that the gentleman did on my nails. He cut he a few times during the cuticle work and put the cuticle clippers back in his designated bag in his drawer. I did not see him sanitize them after he used them on me and another client sat down in my spot immediately after I got up from the chair. Not happy at all. My boyfriend had matte gray gel for his nails and the work was sloppy. I regret going and would like to request a refund for our services today. We have photos if needed.

My experience with Sonny every time is wonderful. I enjoy his gentle touch .I love tracy detail to the art she does when it comes to my nails. You both are so much appreciated.

I had a set of gel nails done for my friend and I. Both of us were very unimpressed by the service we got. The crystals on my nail fell out that evening and the black gel polish I had was uneven and started to peel. Some places werent dry and adhered to the nail. The person who did my nails was nice but the service itself wasnt worth a dime, much less the 40$ both me and my friend paid. She was uphappy with her uneven nail shapes and lumpy polish. Im not going to cause a scene for a refund and I did tip the workers but I wont go back. On a different note, I bought gel polish and a uv light off amazon and I did a better job on my first try than what I got here. A uv lamp and the polish add up to less than 20 dollars. Go buy that.

My favorite place in bend to go. Very nice and sweet and always makes sure they are doing everything just how you want. I love these people

I took a group of 6 ladies (bridal party) here to get our nails done for the wedding and we had a great experience! Everything was very clean and well-cared for. The acrylic nails look great and the pedicures were wonderful! Will definitely come back if I’m in the area again!

This was a horrible gel manicure. My nails were filed unevenly, I have gel on my fingertips, polish on my hands, random bumps in the nails, my hands weren’t washed, cuticles poorly taken care of. My nails look like a mess. It was quickly done and executed horribly. I will never be back.

Not impressed at all. Stopped in while in town from. California. I picked the deluxe pedicure & it was a waste of money. My feet not massaged for more then a minute. The water was scolding hot. I had to tell the lady to put a clear coat on my husbands toes. I will be coming back to bend, just never back here again.

The nail technician was way too fast and sloppy. The salon was really busy so apparently she just decided to rush on through with my manicure and pedicure. Also they don’t have matching sets of gel and regular polish so my toes and fingers don’t really match.

Not a good experience. My friend and I walked in for Mani/Pedi.My friend was cleaning her feet after the Pedi as she still had dirt on the bottom of her feet. My cuticles are wrecked from cutting :(

The guy who did my nails did an amazing job and actually talked with me and made me laugh, which is always a plus. The price I paid for my nails wasnt to bad considering the work he put into them. Felt very friendly and welcoming

I def recommend Tony or Tracy for any kind of manicures & pedicures! I always have my nails done the way I want them to and they will cover the entire nail with polish without missing the edges. Regardless they both do an amazing job!

I got my nails done before I went on vacation here and I was really disappointed. I called and made an appointment saying I wanted a basic manicure and pedicure and they added more to the service as they went and ended up charging me way more than what I asked for... and the facial/waxing room was where they kept their kids while they worked and it just seemed so unprofessional and smelled really bad... my nails turned out good, but it’s just a gross place and they don’t listen to what you want and can afford... I won’t be coming back :/

I LOVE it here! When I first moved here I needed a place to get my nails done. They are right down the street from me so I said why not. I love it! I go back every few weeks to have them filled. I love the staff( all super friendly) and they always do a wonderful job with my nails. This is also the first and only place I get my eyebrows done and its awesome. I always get compliments after getting nails and eyebrows done. They can do any nail design Ive asked for. I love their prices!

I had a great experience here. I was a walk in for an eyebrow wax. It was busy but they still got me in quickly, did a great job, for a great price, and even provided me a mask because I forgot mine. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came in to get my nails done for my birthday. The guy who did them was fantastic. I wanted a simple checkered design so a gal working was going to take over and do it. They turned out awful so I asked if she could redo them and apologized for the inconvenience. She started yelling and purposely cut my cuticle with the drill (all she had to do was paint use remover there was no need for the drill). I told her that hurt and she rolled her eyes and continued to be insanely unprofessional and rude. Still had to pay $50 for a $10 job. She completely ruined them and all the work the previous guy did. Awful treatment. not to mention how dirty the place was. The back of my legs had dirt piles from touching the chairs. Disgusting.

By far my favorite place to go to get a manicure/pedicure! Ive always been able to get an appointment and every staff member Ive had has done a great job! Thank you to this place for the excellent service and experience. I had a dip manicure and regular pedicure with my manicurist and she took his time and did a fantastic job. Well worth the drive. Highly recommended.

I love this nail salon! Every time I go in they make me feel so at home! They are friendly and offer advice and suggestions! They took time to really take care of my feet and the end result was beautiful! Ill be continuing to come here and will definitely recommend this Salon to my family and friends.

Unfortunately this is how I left my Mani pedicure yesterday. I dont even know what to say. Its pretty unreal. I was very disheartened. My cuticles were cut back too far. Nail glue was applied two different times. The first time he applied it, waited awhile, and proceeded to then pick it off. This then made the bleeding worse instead of giving my skin time to stop bleeding. There was no proper blood protocol. I was charged full price for my pedicure and was told to come back the next day to finish my manicure. My nails are actually sore today because of all of this. I will not get going back.

I highly recommend Allure Nails! I have been going there consistently for over a year now and have always had great consistent service. They do all types of nails from a acrylics, dip etc. I highly recommend Tracy if youre looking to do dip and tip or just the dip. She does great artwork I nails too!❤

Walked in and they took we right away! They took such good care of us (gave us bottles of water, made sure we were comfortable, chatted with us about our plans etc.). Very satisfied with my pedicure and the ladies here. I highly recommend. My experience exceeded expectations.

Took my daughter here on Sunday September 1st to get her nails painted before school.. I paid 50 + tip for her fingers and toes to get gel, the very next day her nails are already peeling!!The guy who did her nails was very sweet, I just think maybe their polish is cheap or old, something?!? It definitely shouldn’t be coming off next day..

Cut me, nail polish chipped and bubbled within 2 days.... dont wear masks in salon. Horrible

I found this place from yelp and me and my friend decided to try this place. I decided to call in advance to book an appointment because it was to recommend by some people to call in advance. We came and there werent a lot of people. Both nail techs were very detailed, the nails came out wonderful.

I had the best experience at this nail salon! Staff did my mani pedi. They were so warm and welcoming. Everything was spotless. I was watching carefully to make sure they washed all the tools used on me and others and everything checked out. I was extremely satisfied and would come back in a heartbeat.

Awful experience. Came in to get a full set with gel, though I had to stop the guy doing my nails half way through. I called in ahead of time and made an appointment, though walk ins were seated before me. After waiting for 20 minutes I finally got started. My manicurist had no idea what he was doing. He missed many parts on my nails. There wasn’t even acrylic on them, just my bare nail. I didn’t even let him put polish on my nails because I knew it was a waste of time. Still paid for the service, despite its quality. Will never return or refer anyone to this place.

When I went in I had an appointment at 230 the lady in front didn’t have an appointment and they took her first they didn’t start on mine till after 3 the polish is peeling off after just a day and the lady was rude cut my fingers several times while filing I will not ever go back

I absolutely love Allure, the staff is so welcoming and they never fail to give me a nail look i absolutely love. it’s clean nice and just a nice place to relax and get a manicure/pedicure if you need some time for you!💫

Ive only been here twice but both times I had a good experience! These are the nails I got done for reference, they are my own nails, gel manicure. They dont typically do nail art I found but they do have a decent selection of polishes.

Love coming here! My sister and I are here every 3 weeks. They do a great job and if you crack or chip a nail they always make it right!

Everyone who worked there was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. They did exactly what i asked for and i loved the results. Their eyebrow waxing is also very well done. Through and through great experience.

Ive been to a couple places in the bend area, but I keep coming back to this place! I really love the people here, always professional and very attentive. The only reason I didnt give all five stars is because one experience I didnt care for the work done on my manicure, I got fake nails and they came out crooked. I never mentioned it thinking it was an off day. 99% of the time I receive excellent work. I will continue to go here.

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I have multiple cuts on my toes that bleed profusely (and he didnt wear gloves when trying to stop the bleeding). I have polish all over my toes and it looks like a 6 year old painted them. I asked him to try and fix the polish and he cut me again!

This was my first time getting my nails done and I loved it! Tony was so nice and really made sure that I walked away loving my nails. I will definitely be going back :-)

Amazing place got to us right away. They were very nice helped us roomove a nail polish that was all over my hand. They also helped us pull down pants down from someone you got a spa and couldn’t get her jeans from her knees to her ankles. All the workers were very nice

Nice pedicure! Communication is very difficult. The language barrier creates an unfriendly atmosphere. Employees speak among each other in their native language making me feel like they are talking about clients. Parking is an issue!

Quality ExcellentThis nail salon has to be the best I have been to in years. They are alwasy personable when you enter. Fast. Makes appointments and are there to help you with them. I just got my nails done for a wedding and they looked fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone one that I know and I will continue to keep coming back.

Good pedicures. Nice massage chairs and nice employees. The manicures depend on which employee youre working with. Sometimes theyre fine and sometimes they cut the cuticle too far or they miss spots with the polish. The deluxe pedicure is really nice!

I have been to Allure twice now and have been very happy with both visits. They are fast and friendly. The first time I went in to get a full set i had to wait a little bit because I did not have an appointment, but that is to be expected. I am so happy with my nails today. I would recommend this place to anyone.
