I came here to get my eyebrows and lip threaded and had such a wonderful experience! The customer service was wonderful, and the lady who serviced me was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable! I will 100% return for a service! The owner was very kind and helpful as well and even took time to put makeup on me after I had my threading complete! Thank you so much Urban Beauty Bar! Amazing salon & spa with a wonderful staff.My boyfriend and I were in town for his work and he booked me a facial while he was expected to be busy at work. He got done earlier than expected and contacted the salon to see if there was any chance we could both be seen. I was expecting that they would say they wouldn’t be able too. Instead they were able to take us both and were so pleasant and very accommodating to fit us both in on short notice! Wonderful salon and would highly recommend the facials and spray tans!With love from Portland.

I am hesitant to write this review for fear that Patricia will be overrun with new clients, but its only fair to share when you find a business that is really great. First of all, they always manage to squeeze me in despite the fact that I call the day I need service. They are friendly, remember to ask about your family, and make you feel like you are hanging out with friends while getting your nails done. I wanted a very specific color for my nails that they did not carry. Instead of pressuring me to choose another color, the owner took the time to mix various colors until she found the perfect combination. Now that is customer service at its best! Patricia, who does my nails, is great. She makes sure that every nail is even, perfectly manicured, and beautifully colored. She takes pride in her work and it will show in your nails. I highly recommend Patricia and the entire business!

I hardly ever take the time to write reviews. This place is an exception. Nicole did the most amazing job on my nails. I am normally a no fuss sort of nail girl, but I needed something really edgy this time around. Nicole was patient and meticulous. My nails came out even better than I imagined. The entire staff there is sweet and attentive. I would definitely go back. My only regret is that I cant pick the entire place up and bring it home with me! If you are visiting Bend and are sifting through reviews to figure out where to go, this is the place. Its also conveniently located in downtown Bend, so its an easy walk!

I recently booked my gf and I pedis for our anniversary and even though some reviews for the benches werent great the place has a style she loves. Overall I get why ppl could complain about the comfort, but we felt totally fine and the service was outstanding! They were so warm and generous and friendly I cant imagine anyone leaving this place with less than a big smile! We travel a lot and get services in some of the best spots, so any negatives are far outweighed by the positives. We cant wait to come back! The gals all gave great recommendations too, thank you!

Super happy that I decided to walk into the Urban Beauty Bar on a whim. Hands down the best pedi/mani I have EVER had. Kristen did a fantastic job and was very quality and detail oriented, no rush whatsoever. 🧚‍♀️All the girls are very personable and fun to talk to. Of course refreshments are offered including coffee, tea, water, wine and beer 🍺Nic, one of the owners, took time out of her schedule to give me a free beauty tutorial, thanks Nic!I will definitely be back to this chic and chill salon for more services on my next visit to Bend. Best nails and brown EVER!! I highly recommend Urban Beauty Bar!!

The workers were very nice, but the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The pedicure bench was not accommodating to women who are expecting. Having to climb over the foot sinks with little stepping room made me feel uneasy. The seats for manis were stools with no back support.As for the price, I wanted to throw-up when I was told what my total was. $82 for a gel mani and regular pedicure. My toes were quite smudged and I had them fix my toes before I left but in the 30 minutes I sat letting them dry, they never fully dried and continued to get ruined. The next day they were getting smudged still! As for the gel mani, it fell off (and I mean popped off) within 4 days. I was on vacation so I was not doing any manual labor.I hate giving bad reviews, especially when the workers are so nice, but I really hope the chairs, prices, and quality of polish can be quickly addressed. Especially when folks are being charged SO much.

Very uncomfortable seats for pedicure and manicure. Poor color and quality of polish. Very expensive for low quality work. The nail tech was 15mins late for my appointment, was very hard on my hands . I would never go back.
