First I want to say I would give Kelli 10 stars, but ONLY her!! She does an amazing job and is a very nice person! However, I have inly been lucky enough to get her once! I am rating the whole salon based on other experiences, I have been there a few times, the other girls do an ok job, but the owner is in a hurry does a mediocre job and is a rude jerk! I am not sure how he treats employees but not so good with customers! I wont be returning.

Kelli, by far does the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had! I searched long and hard in Bend to find a great place. Their Covid protocol is above and beyond and I feel extremely safe. You will love Kellis sweet and engaging personality

I got a new set of nails done at Royal Nails. Within 2 days several of them had broken and lifted. I went back in on Friday to have them fixed. They didnt have time and scheduled me to come in the following Monday. I went back again and was told once more they didnt have time to fix their shoddy work. I ended up going elsewhere who did a FANTASTIC JOB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Royal Nail nor will I return.

Went in for a pedicure and ended up getting both a manicure and pedicure. After my toes and hands were completed i got sat at the drying area, soon to realize my nails were mediocre. I have tons of old skin still around my nail beds that didnt get removed, the clear top coat was not even covering all of the nail polish and not to mention all the excess nail polish left all over my skin (I had to go home and remove all the excess polish myself) This photo is one day after getting my nails done. . . My toes turned out good. The nail polishes turned out well however, I still have rough skin all over my heels. Honestly, as if I only got nail polish thrown on both of my hands and feet super quick does not seem like I paid for a pedicure and or a manicure. Very disappointed first time getting my nails done in over a year but could have done a better job at my house.

I am APPALLED. I have a hole in my eye brow from a wax job-she didn’t even tell me, I walked around town like that and noticed it later. They also cut my toenails so short they are still bleeding from the file. I have used them for years off and on, but they really have gotten poor the last year.

My fiancé and I called on a Saturday to do spur of the moment manicures and pedicures and they got us right in even though it was a very busy day for them. Leslie did a great job on my pedicure and our manicures! I thought the prices were very reasonable as well. It was a great experience for us both.

This is the first time I’ve gone to get a pedicure since COVID became a part of our lives. Royal Nails is doing a great job keeping their employees and customers safe. There is a plastic wall between each customer and nail professional. There’s also dividers along with the pedicure chairs. My pedicure was beautifully done and relaxing.Was a very good experience and I was a little nervous going in.

The woman that did my pedicure cut my cuticle skin on my big toe and made me bleed! Ive never had such a bad experience getting a pedicure! Never coming back here for anything!

The salon is clean and the staff is nice. However, I paid a lot for a pedicure and a manicure at this salon. The pedicure was at best a foot wash and scrub. There was no attention to cuticles. The same for the manicure. The cuticles were not manicured at all and that is why the gel peeled up so soon. The photo is 8 days out. They began to bubble after 5 days. (I was on vacation and did not do any dishwashing and cleaning during that time). I feel that I wasted $70. I could have done a better job myself! I am very dissatisfied.

Just had my nails done by Jacinda. She did a super nice job. I live in Pahrump NV and the person that does my nails there is sloppy with her work. Jacindas work is meticulous & neat. Wish I lived here so she could do my nails monthly. I recommend this shop, hands down.

Booked an appointment for my best friends wedding. We felt rushed, they gave us the wrong price and confronted us outside of the building saying that we didnt pay when we payed over $200, didnt let me pick my color. Decent application but I could have spent $200+ somewhere else and gotten something much better.

I love getting my nails done here. Staff is friendly, and very skilled. I can also trust them; comparing to other places, I know they are honest and reasonable. I do not mean this in a bad way, but it is nice to have nail techs who speak English well. Highly recommend!

Im honestly shocked theres a lot of bad reviews on here. Im actually glad I came here and the price was pretty cheap ($30 for shellac) The nail tech was really nice and my nails turned out really well. Very pleasant experience, 10/10 would recommend.

THE OWNERS ARE NICE. However, I tried this place multiple times. The first time, the gal was not friendly at all. She just wanted to hurry up and get my nails done. They turned out ok. The last time I went was with the same person and I came out with my nails looking like they were a week grown out already. (See one of my photos taken while in the salon still) Once I got home I noticed many places where the polish was attached to my skin on the side of my nail. While in other places the polish was super thin and you could see through it. The owners seem nice. But overall, Im not impressed by the service I received when I went there.

I went to Royal Nail Spa last Friday (6days ago) and 3 of my nails are lifting, the polish doesnt cover all of the nail, my cuticles are torn up and he was very rough with my nails. I asked for square nails with rounded edges, thats not what I got. Theyre just wobbly round. He used an electric nail drill on my natural nail and said its how its supposed to be done. No its a not. Only emery boards should be used on natural nails. And hes not consistent with pricing. I went in to get them fixed and they said Id have to pay. Not okay. Needless to say I will not be going back and I will be taking my business ANYWHERE else.

Best Nail place in bend and they except walk ins which is wonderful! The people are nice and great quality for what you pay for!

I was so incredibly disappointed and (actually really) mad when I left! Did a pedicure, and my toes looked like a 5 year old painted them. Was absolutely not relaxing what so ever! Toe nails are uneven and cuticles did not get trimmed, nor did my feet have he rough spots filed! Also had my acrylics taken off and paid for a manicure...but my hands and nails are so torn up from the removal of my acrylics that I’m not exactly sure what I paid $52 for! Won’t be back!

I get a pedicure here about every 4 mom and they are quick to fit me in even though I just walk in. They are fast and curtious.

I think like any business with many employees your experience will depend on who you get -- but we have had nothing but positive experiences here. Both my mom and I have found the right people for us, and I wont go anywhere else for my gel manicure now. My mom wont go anywhere else for her pedicures! They work very hard and pay close attention to the job. My gel easily lasts 3 weeks... and has never looked so good! Thanks guys!

I have to say that this was the worst pedicure/ manicure I have ever had. It felt rushed and half assed. After she started my pedicure I asked if there would be time to get a quick manicure as well (I only wanted clear polish) and the lady who was doing my pedi said no problem. She barely trimmed my cuticles, slapped one coat of clear polish on and only “kinda” massaged one of my hands. After she was finished she said she would come back to put cuticle oil on and never did. I finally just got up and left. She massaged both of my feet and legs at the same time and it took about 3 minutes all together. Maybe this is just me, but a big part of why I pay $40+ for a pedicure is to feel pampered and have a nice massage. I would never, ever recommend this place, nor would I ever go back. I feel like I should finish by saying that I have never left a negative review about any business.

I feel like I wasted my money. The massage chair was extremely old and barely worked. It was my manicurists first time, she didnt trim my cuticles or shape my nails adequately and her massage was so soft that it was pointless (even though I requested more pressure). I was asked how my pedicure was by the gal supervising her (in front of of her) and all I could think to say is that it was like getting a massage that wasnt hard enough or taking a luke warm shower when you wanted a hot one. It was extremely disappointing.

Joe aka Jennifer (lol) is a funny guy! Staff was very nice, prices good, quality of mani/pedi was ok.

It was my first time getting gel nails and I was super excited, unfortunately they did a very weak job and were looking out of the front window most of the time while doing my nails. My gel nails lifted after a few days, so I went in to have them touched up and they literally looked worse. When I left I was super bummed and told myself I’m never going back there. Side note, it’s super dirty in there!

I have been going to Royal Nail & Spa since they opened. The last 2 times were terrible. This last time I got a new girl who is unaware of the way pedicure is done. Then she had another employee (male)not the owner) help with callus removal. Then they charged me a extra 5 bucks for that. Which in all the years I have gone there and had callus removal done they never charged me extra. I will never recommend or return to Royal Nails & Spa

I am just leaving my experience with Royal Nail and Spa. I walked in, didnt have an appointment. I was set up with a younger guy. I felt rushed through the appointment, felt awkward like he didnt want to talk. Quickly got up to get on his iPad once he was done. I had to say bye first and ask who I had to pay. I swear if I wasnt so honest I could have gotten away with not paying at all.

I went into get my nails done today, I asked for coffin style. I had a man with shaky hands, he was yanking my hands around. He was filing my nails down while not even paying attention and cutting the skin around them. They then switched me to another lady, she tried to fix the shape and told me if I don’t like the way she shaped the coffin I can change it to stiletto. My nails are super thin, the nail polish is not even covering the whole nail . I’ve never seen such a poor set of acrylics. Never in my life have I walked out of a nail salon crying with pain and dissapointment. I asked for my money back they told me they were going to call the police because we don’t know how to respect our elders after my friend and I respectfully explained why I wanted them removed. There was also another lady working there, Leslie Herrera, she belittled me and called me a baby because I wasn’t able to stand up for myself with how bad I was crying, my friend came in with me and stood up for me because of it. I will never recommend anyone to this nail salon.

Terrible service I walked in at 2PM for an eyebrow wax and the artists were busy which I understand but one of them said they wouldn’t be able to help me until 3:30! I didn’t want my wax at 3:30 I wanted it at 2PM. Unprofessional and short staffed.

Very poor job. The acrylics did not fit the nails and the paint job was rushed and all over the place. They charged extra money to shape the nails, and failed to do so. They had only filed them weakly and left them uneven and crooked. Do NOT give this place business!!

I was in the Royal Nail and Spa today for a pedicure. I have been in several times before and always treated professionally and kind. Today that didnt happen. Very poor service and no friendly at all. I had to try to put my own flip flops on after my pedi and a man named Joe came to help after one of the other girls asked him to. Her smudged my big toe and repaired it very poorly. He acted totally irritated with having to do so. When I got home and looked close, there was polish all over my toes around the nail and the lady made no attempt to remove it. I couldnt of been more disappointed in todays experience.

My sister made an appointment a week in advance and they didn’t have it down - made no attempt to make it right so not going here again.

Nice place the women texh painted my daughters nails for free because she was upset and we had a big group of women come in for pedicures.

Went back for broken nail within 3 days and was charged. Asked for a polish change because it looked so bad so fast. It’s 4 days later and chipped gel on acrylic with a full thumb peel. Nails are wavy and thick. No luxury, just too fast and rough. Gave them three chances but not happy.

I paid for a deluxe pedicure with shellac, and razor. Pedicure was mediocre and i still have calluses (and I didnt have much to start with.) Not again!

Not being dramatic when I say worst gel nail set of my life. From start to finish a total of 23 mintues, picking out polish and paying included... The gentleman doing my nails seemed to be more interested in the football game that was on tv than my nails. 2 fingers had the cuticles pushed back and cut, 2 out of 10. Only the tops of my nails were filed, probably due to the fact he was eyes on the tv and not watching what he was doing. EVERY single finger nail does not have polish on the sides, just the tops of the nails.. I had to ask the gentleman doing my nails to get some of the polish off my cuticles twice after he was done. They are all splotchy and uneven, I was given a file when I left and sat in the parking lot for a good 10 mins trying to salvage them. I will never return here, nor would I ever recommend this place to friends. I took the gel off as soon as I got home because they were so horrible I could not stand to have them on any longer... I have photos of every nail and plan on posting those as well. Be warned people!

Took my girlfriend here and the guy was a prick. Cut my girls finger pretty badly and did the worst job Ive ever seen! I couldve done better. Nails are all different length and uneven. Id rate less then one star if I could. Never go here!

I went there to get a set of acrylics. Black tips and one sparkley silver. I was in a rush went there at 2:30 and got out at 3. When i walked out i relized he didnt have me was my hands so the dust from drilling with under neath the coating. I went back today and told him i wanted it fix the guys said that is just how he dose. Im sorry but i do my own sometimes and go to different nail salons they always have me wash my hands and no dust is ever in them. I paid 43$ for then really a bummer but now i know never to go there agian. Sorry but i dont like dust under my nails. I expect them to look good and feel nice not look dusty. Also has air bubbles under them. So think twice before going here.

I have been going here for the last year and a half to get my eyebrows waxed or get a mani, pedi. It used to be great. But I have noticed many of their great employees have disappeared. A couple of weeks ago the women who owns the place waxed my brows, rushed it and I wasnt too satisfied, but I was willing to let it slide. Then I went back and there was a completely new girl. She seriously botched my eyebrows. I didnt want to make her feel bad, I think she just graduated beauty school, but I cried after I left. One of my brows had a large missing section. Now I am filling in with a pencil for a couple of weeks. Then today, I got a pedi and it was the owner again and she rushed the whole thing. I Wont go on but it was lame and not worth the money. I am trying to find a new place.

Went in for a mani- pedi for my birthday and during my full set acrylics I was cut numerous times and they did not stop to take care of it, I asked the man to be more gentle as my hand hurt a lot and he continued on yanking my hand and hurting me. Service was so bad I did not get a pedi there I went somewhere else.

Very polite employees, but they should spend a little more time per client, were not cattle we pay for a service for a reason! Their work is great and it lasts the allotted time necessary part fill!

Why having my nails done after I had a wax done that was done poorly i sat and listened to the lady doing my nails and her snooty friend talk inappropriately in a work environment. They should have saved it for break or there own time but when I asked her to fix something I was unsatisfied with I was given attitude and she was ruff and uncaring about it. I was so upset I went outside and my sister paid for the services. When I returned inside I proceeded to tell the owner how dissatisfied I was and he told me I was crazy, and he did not care that I was unhappy, and to leave his salon or he was calling 911 while turning the phone on and screaming and standing up and acting in a agressive way. I would never return to this salon nor will I ever recommend it because of the terrible job they do but the disrespectful and uncaring employees. I will be sure to write a add on Craigslist letting everyone know my experience and I will be sure to write a post on Facebook. I would rather let my 4 year old paint my nails then return here, he would probably do a better job and it would be much more enjoyable. DONT GO HERE!

Horrible! The man doing my Shellac, whom I believe is the owner, was shaking very badly and did a very poor job. The polish did not cover the whole nail and it was bumby by my nail bed. After a few days it started chipping and lifting. My hair would get stuck under the lifted part of the polish. After 11 days it looked so bad that I peeled it right off. I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. The belittle, Nick you, mess up your nails, put them on crooked and when you ask to get them fixed the owner yells at you and says you leave now no money....i refused to leave without my money, or my nails fixed. Told them to call the police if need be. Wow just wow....Dont do it.

DO NOT GO HERE. I just left and it was absolutely terrible!! The man, Joe, was so rude and yelled at me. He did not listen to what i wanted and yelled at me when i told him i did not want a gel manicure. He did a very poor job with my manicure and was pulling my hands and hurting me. I wish i never went here.

I dont recommend. The man who did my acrylic nails, was pulling my hands and he cut me twice. The shape is very off and the nail polish is smeared on my fingers. Had to fix them myself. I dont plan on coming back.
