Everyone here is super great! I love Lily and Kim they are complete perfectionist! I needed Disneyland nails/toes for my trip and they turned out amazing! Go here for top quality service, clean beautiful asmaphere, and exactly what you ask for😁💕

First off, the nails my friend and I got are absolutely gorgeous. Lily and Kim did EXACTLY what we wanted and were so friendly too! Nails were definitely pricey for our designs, but totally worth it!We also came in @ 5:30pm, one and a half hours before they closed. They let us stay an extra half hour after closing so they could finish! They didn’t rush or anything. We are so thankful.The salon was clean and organized as well!Thank you Lily and Kim!!!

The young guy doing my toes was very effective and quick about things. Not always the greatest of things when your legs are being massaged but he was nice enough. The water was very hot when I originally went to put my feet into the bowl and when I said something he make the water super cold instead. Oh well! Good prices on stuff. $30 for a basic pedicure and $75 for the really fancy CBD one. They are extremely clean I’ll tell you that. Weird amount of blingy clocks on the walls though.

I hadnt been there before so I didnt know their procedure which was not clearly understood. The establishment is quite nice. Tom was pleasant doing a pretty good job. It was uncomfortable when employees speak in their native tongue like maybe they were talking about me. That is what it felt like.

Always nice, always talkative, always understand my requests.

Kim does a wonderful job on making you feel like you belong and the back massage is great

Buyer Beware! Extremely difficult to communicate about the color of nail polish (just wanted a non-pearlized/non-sparkle pale pink over a French manicure and the manicurist said she only had this one pearlized color if not getting clear). Main Manicurist was extremely obstinate & irritated when she seemed to not understand or not agree. They Only take Cash and don’t tell you before starting. There is a cash machine there thankfully (only helps if you have a debit card with you). Would NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the place I normally go to. I am not a high maintenance nail person so I dont exactly know the difference. I am very particular when it comes to eye brow waxing and they do a great job. Dont expect a whole lot as far as ambience though.

I went in 2016 and got a pedicure and I’m still fighting whatever fungus grew in my toenail. It’s safe to say I never recommend this place...Also the only thing that is getting rid of this FINALLY is apple cider vinegar

Excellent, personalized service! Kim and her staff always treat me like a friend - every time I come here. My grandmother has significant deformity in her fingers and toes and has limited mobility. She is consistently shown honor and dignity by everyone here. Technician Boon always takes extra time to meet her special needs without making her feel like she is a burden. It feels really good to be cared for so well!

Very disappointed. I asked to pay with a card as I have in the past. They insisted I used the ATM to pay with cash which they claimed had NO Fees and I was charged a $5 fee for using the ATM. When I got up to use the ATM the man doing my pedicure attempted to check my big toe for dryness and wiped all the polish off and didn’t even notice!! I had to show him how wiped it all off!! (was this his first day?!?). So he had to re-do that nail when I was trying to leave for a class. Had to sit around and wait another 15 min for it to dry and was late for my class. Just take people’s cards!!! You have the damn machine. Stop lying to customers. You are losing them.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but not only was this by far the most amateur manicure I’ve ever had, the woman who did it was extremely rude. I will not be going back. Overpriced and subpar service (she didn’t even fully coat my nails). Had the manicurist had a decent attitude, I would have never complained...

One of the lady’s yelled at me and was making fun of me, so bad to the point she made me cry. I think her name was Kim. My nails were horrible, I had fungus under my nails and she cut my finger deep then painted my nails got my blood on the nail brush and put it back in the bottle!!!! Unprofessional, mean, not clean, unsafe and the worst customer service EVER!!!!!!

My nails look horrible they didn’t do any of the steps like push back my cuticles soak my hands or clean my nails they put on acrylic nails left paint on the side of my fingers didn’t clean it up didn’t put the lotion on after. The lady was mad at me because I wanted acrylic nails and not dip it after I said I wanted acrylic nails she was rude to me the rest of the time. waste of money and time.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The guy that did my nails was rude and unprofessional. His station was filthy and he kept talking in his native language to the nail tech. next to him. He used his own fingernail to push back my cuticles! And he filed into my cuticle and cut 3 of them. He also filed the artificial nail down to my own nail and it really hurt. He never said a word. Do not go to this place!

I LOVE this place. They are AWESOME!! Make sure you make an appointment that is what they are meant for. They are reasonably priced and will make it right if you arent satisfied. Ive been using this salon for over three years and Ive never had an issue!! Juliet

I hope this place takes this comment to heart and starts operating differently.- I felt extremely rushed and like an inconvenience to them. The only reason I stayed was for my friend and to not make a scene, otherwise I would have left.-The first price quote did not end up to be what I paid, I was very confused regarding money. Later I realized they charged a few dollars extra on my credit card! The service was supposed to be $31 (first I was told $20) then I left a $6 tip (which I really didn’t want to leave). My bank account statement claimed I paid $40 - so that means they just decided to add on a few dollars extra for their tip. Not honest...Won’t be back unless this place starts to look up.

Ive been going to Elegant nails for several years. BE BE has been doing my nails for years and she does an excellent job.

I took my mom and sister here for pedicures for a Christmas present, they had great customer service, the place looks great inside, the pedi chairs were super comfy and they were all very sweet dont get me wrong. However it was one of the worst pedicures Ive ever had. The massage sucked, she cut my nails too short and gave me ingrown toenails... I would not recommend this place..

Not a good experience at all. Went to get shellac done. As a lady began doing my nails, she was removing my old polish. Didn’t even get all of it off. She then asked about whether or not I wanted powder. I said no. She then kept trying argue with me about what she wanted. I didn’t want to spend $50 on my nails. She eventually gave up and allowed me to have shellac nails. I mentioned a couple times beforehand that I didn’t want acrylic nails. She still took out the acrylic nail box after I said multiple times ‘no acrylic nails.’ She did put it back but after my nails were finished, she charged me $45 instead of the normal $35. Won’t be going back.

When I was in Kim was on the phone flipping off her boyfriend and more into her phone and facetiming then doing my nails.... my nails are crooked and not what I wanted... will not return .

This was my go to place. I called to see how busy. Kim told me come in 5 minutes and she could. Traffic slowed me a bit. Im sure I was there in 8. A couple ladies walked in right b4 me. There was no one available for any of us. She told me 25 minutes. I sat down to wait. 10 minutes later 3 ladies walked in and had appointments. I asked her if she was going to get me in, she told me I did not make it in 5 minutes so no. I wont go back!!!! Bad Biz.....

Spent over $80 on a french mani/shellac pedi and after the second day my fingernails and toenails were chipping significantly. My pedicure was short and very impersonal

Had a full pedicure and it was so nice. I went with my friends and we all had one. They are very nice here. Bee Bee did my pedicure and ahe was amazing. The basin water was nice and warm, and I absolutely loved the massage chair. Ohhh my goodness it felt so good. All 3 of us will be back.

I have been going here for years! I love this place! Always quality work! Clean positive environment and wonderful people! I hate driving to the east side but I will every time just for them!

This is my Favorite Pedicure place in Bend! Ive been to a couple other nail studios, but Elegant Nails is My Go To Place! Not only are the People Friendly, and Welcoming, I appreciate the Complementary glass of wine, chair massage, foot massage, and Pretty Toes at the end of the Wonderful Hr Experience!

After trying every place in town this is my go-to. I reccommend Lilly or Kim for nails (you have to make an appointment though) and Boone does the best pedicure. My nails are soft and thin and this is the only place that makes them last!

Horrible service. Never coming back. I walked in to schedule an appointment and after showing them a picture of what I wanted one of the nail technicians rudely said she could do the work but it was expensive and costed a lot of money. Like saying I couldn’t afford it. They booked me an appointment for the next day. I arrived 10 minutes early and my nail technician was no where to be seen. She arrived 10 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. And when she got there she decided to help another customer who didn’t even have an appointment and told me I had to wait. After waiting for 40 minutes (30 minutes past my scheduled appointment) I simply got up and left.

Worst nail salon i have ever stepped foot into.me & my friend went in for two full sets of acrylics, the OWNER told us it was going to be $45 for gel and $40 for normal polish.first they have my friend go to the back wash her hands then have her sit down with a nail tech.my nail tech was finishing up with a client, told me to go wash my hands and she would be with me in a minute. about 5 minutes pass and she has me come sit down, as she’s starting the process of my nails my friend comes back to the the front because she was told to, next thing we know her nail tech disappeared no where to be found.once she was done putting the powder on my nails she looks at me and says “switch”.i was confused at first but she was pointing at my friend motioning her to come over.THEY HAD ME AND MY FRIEND ROTATING WITH ONE NAIL TECH.she didn’t clean the tools in between, which i for one think is very unsanitary and gross.not to mention the lady we had was rude, my friend wanted a matte top coat and she told her no that it would make her look dirty and gross, everything that i didn’t like was my fault i asked if she could make my nails thinner at the end because they were a little thick and she said she tried but it’s my fault because my nails are too wide ?? ok lol. then she has me sit down at another table for my nails to get gel and i kid you not she was literally showing the guy that was doing my nails how to apply it, he didnt know what he was doing, and honestly that is so unprofessional especially to show him how to do it right in front of your client.we had walked in at 3pm and didn’t leave till 5:25pm they literally made us late to work because our nail tech started another client before even finishing ours.( didn’t clean the tools again either.)not to mention our nails were not good at all mine were all different shades and poorly painted, and my friends were bumpy chipped and had air bubbles in her gel.we became very frustrated because as we tried to pay no one would pay attention to us, we slapped the money on the counter rushing to leave to try and make it to work sooner than later.all of a sudden this lady is chasing us saying we owe her $100 ? where did that come from cause we got gel and we were told $45. she basically made it sound like we were ripping her off and let us have a “pass” by not giving in and paying the extra money. bogus.the whole time i was ranting to my boyfriend through text and without me knowing he made his way down there to ask for a refund, they told him no that they can’t and repeatedly told him this, finally they said okay if the girls are here with you we will give you a refund.me and my friend made are way back down there 5 minutes later and this is where stuff went south.we walk in and they are so rude already being confrontational saying that they’re not giving the money back and threatened to call the cops the first two minutes we were in there, they were involving clients that were there after us saying they were all here they know we did your nails perfect, asking the CLIENTS to step in.so we all start going back and forth and they say we can have part of our money back because they had to soak the nails off, me and my friend were now 30 minutes late to work at this point so we said no we want all of our money back regardless, we don’t like our nails they took way too long and it’s not even what we wanted. the costumer is always right.we eventually agreed on if they cut them off we can have our money back so we said fine we don’t want them on anyways.then my friend and a employee that didn’t have anything to do with this situation start going back and forth, the employee starts SCREAMING at my friend to shut up ! and told her to be quiet or get out my friend wen to respond and the girl SCREAMS again get out. so my friend waited outside for me and as she’s leaving the employee SCREAMS once again C*NT ! then looks at me and says i don’t have to be nice to you, then flips my friend off from inside. unbelievable.

This was my go-to place but although they have updated their pedicure and reception chairs, it remains filthy, cluttered, tired, and disorganized. Many times there have been no paper towels in the restroom. Today I as in a hurry. There were only two people doing pedicures on two people with one waiting. I was told there would be a ten minute wait. The wait was half an hour. In the meantime more people came in for service, some having appointments. They were made to wait. Lily, the sister of the owner, did an excellent job of my deluxe pedicure but it was hurried as she was taking phone calls from another employee who needed a ride, jockeying and placating customers, and generally trying to do it all with little help. She is a gem and if she opened her own shop Id be the first in line. I keep saying I wont go back but I always have hope the shop will get cleaned up so I probably will, but not for awhile.

Ive had some pretty bad manicures, but this place did by far the worst job. It started with me calling to ask if they had availability for walk-ins, and the lady on the phone said that they had walk-ins all day long. So I was expecting to be able to relax and unwind and take my time, but nope--not today. I ended up arguing with my manicurist the whole time and the manicurist next to him, and I asked about five different times for him to cover the tips of my nails with the polish, and then there was polish spilling off of my nails and onto my skin and he very obviously saw the mistake, realized the polish couldnt just be wiped away because it was dry, and was going to leave my nail that way until I asked him to then fix it, and thats when the manicurist next to us came over, snatched my hand, and told me that it was just the shape of my nail that made the polish spill out and that it wasnt his fault, when it definitely was. And, when I walked in the door, it looked like my manicurist was being trained and he looked like he had no idea what he was doing the whole time. It was a rushed job from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, and if I could write a review and give this establishment zero stars, I would. I should not have had to pay for this service, because if I wanted to have a messy nailpolish job, I could have just done it myself instead of paying the $35 I did. The gel manicure was $30, and I tipped $5. Never going here again, except to ask for my refund. Rude from the start to finish, rushed, and terrible polish job.

Worst pedicure experience Ive had, Ive never left a salon feeling like I wasted my money until today. My feet are very rough and my nail polish is blotchie, I let the man know I wasnt happy with how my feet felt or looked and he told me no its fine. I feel very cheated and like my money would have been better spent going elsewhere. Not to mention he stopped mid pedicure and cleaned the station next to me with chemicals then proceeded to do my feet without washing his hands or changing his gloves. Over all extremely disappointed. Not to mention my cuticles werent touched and my nails werent clipped or filed.

Very disappointed in the services here. Was treated like it was a huge chore to give me a pedi. They rushed through it at warp speed even though I paid extra for the deluxe version. They kept walking away from the pedicure talking to some random solicitor that walked in selling essential oils. It was impossible to relax and was not worth the cost. Will never be back.

I gave this place two chances. The first time I went, they had left their door unlocked overnight so me and 5 other women were waiting inside the lobby before anyone was even there in the morning. They showed up about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and laughed and said, Its a holiday, we assumed everyone would be late! I was not happy about that. She was quick to do my fill and she did a good job, so I tried again for my next fill. I was early to my appointment, and they had over-booked and AGAIN had me waiting 20 minutes passed my scheduled appointment! As I was waiting, a woman getting a pedicure was talking about how she was missing a toenail due to fungus... That was it for me.They did a good job of my fill the first time I was there, but I WOULD NOT recommend Elegant Nails unless you are ready to wait way passed your scheduled appointment, and you dont mind getting a little toe fungus from their tools. Very unprofessional.

I love this place . Clean and comfortable facility, with great masage chairs and wine.... and the people who work here are nice and do a good job. Ive had my nails done elsewhere a few times, but always find myself back here. They are truly the best. Kim really takes care of my nails and is, simply, a doll .. cute as a button ! Boun takes care of my toes, and he is funny as well as the best foot massage in town.

Place seemed nice, okay customer service, but the job was terriable. My nails lifted after a couple days, & I’ve never had fungus before until I got a pedicure from them. I would not recommend this place !!

My shellac nails didnt even last as long as long as my regular nails on my toes. Less than a week. I felt extremely rushed and didnt feel like I got the color I wanted because I was so rushed to pick. He did great on my toes but AWEFUL experience. My manicure turned out horrible. The shellac got stuck to my actual skin then he told me he couldnt fix one of the nails that got smudged until I told him It needed to be fixed. I will never go back. Im sure it would have been fine if he took the time to do my nails but it seemed to me he just wanted all the clients he could get for more tips.

We were on vacation and came upon this place. It was decent. The lady who took care of me was nice but completely rushed by the owner. They do not put in quality first. I got french tips on my nails and toes and there are so many small dry bubbles that it looked bad and I dont complain about this often. The nail polish on one of my nails came off after a day and today, day 4, they are completely messed up. They are very nice but they need to work on the quality of what they are getting paid to do.

I called ahead to make appointments for my daughter and myself. When we arrived I spoke to I believe it was Kim to let her know we had arrived. She looked at me like I was an idiot and said it would be at least a half an hour. I wouldn’t have minded waiting if it wasn’t for her very rude attitude. I have been getting my nails done here for years and will never go back. There is no excuse for rudeness.

I used to love this place, it was the best in town for the price. I have recently had two bad experiences there. I went to get a fill and a pedicure for my wedding and ended up with Be Be (sp.?) for both. She did the worst job Ive ever received on my toes and fingers. As if cutting my toe nails way too short almost causing an ingrown, and filling my acrylics crooked and awful shaped, she continued to harass me to refer her to all my friends. At one juncture she even told me that I should tip her well because of the good job she did. Sadly to say I will no longer be a customer there. If you do end up giving it a try I would suggest only Kim for acrylics but youre better off going somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. I would give this nail salon NO stars if I could. My husband has been getting pedicures with me for 6 years and I have NEVER had a place charge me $5 extra dollars because he is a man. We both thought they were joking until they questioned why $$ were missing. They told me harder to cut mens toe nails. My husband had cut his toe nails prior so they did not even have to. I paid the $5, but we will NEVER EVER go back to this place. Cannot believe a business like this does not take cards, I am sure some of that cash is not reported to the IRS!
