I have gone to Kaleena Kraft for years but since moving to this salon she seems to have changed. Or maybe I just didn’t realize that I was being screwed over for years. She owned her own salon previously and at that time she seemed to care about her business and clients. Now it seems she’s busy trying to impress every other stylist in this salon instead of her clients. I am one of her original clients, I went to her for years so when other people post how they’ve known her forever trust me so have I. The last few times I went to Kaleena however I’ve been very disappointed not only in the installation of the extensions but in the fact that I wasn’t told until after she was done that there was a price increase. I also learned since our last interaction that Kaleena has apparently taken advantage of me financially for years by insisting that I buy new extensions every single time she did my hair and by selling me products that were way overpriced. If you’re going to spend a lot of money on extensions this is not the place to go, at least not to Kaleena. If I’m going to spend that kind of money I want the best. Unfortunately that is not what I got from Kaleena. I am losing my hair now as a result of her poor installation of extensions. Too much hair being attached to individual strands of my hair, the weight caused to much pull on my own hair forcing it to fall out. This I learned from my new stylist. When I asked Kaleena about it she said she thought my hair was just starting to thin, completely blowing it off as if it had nothing to do with the application of the extensions done by her. Honestly I don’t even know if she is actually certified to do extensions. You might want to ask to see her certification before you trust your scalp and hair to her. As you can probably guess, I won’t be back.

My stylist, Katie, is the best in town! She’s sweet, confident, creative and talented. She’s always got a smile! She laughs at my corny jokes and makes me feel like I’m her friend not just a client. She is flexible for scheduling and is always on time! She’s never cancelled on me... although I have cancelled a few times on her! She’s awesome, I love her. She makes me feel beautiful!!! I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

The stylist I always go to see is Katie! She just absolutely amazing. Ive gone in for a full highlight as well as to go platinum blonde and have left ecstatic each time. Shes great at communicating to finding out what you want or giving option that will look good. Im excited for my next appointment and am genuinely excited to see her again!

Katie Windlinx is an awesome hair stylist!! I went from a natural medium brown to platinum blonde and it looks and feel fabulous!! She even took the extra time and effort to do it right and make sure the results were what I was looking for. It is a little on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and this was 110% worth it! I also love the atmosphere and friendly staff there. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who needs a new look or even just a touch up on their current style 😊👍

Katie has real talent! Instinctually knee the right cut and color for me and gave her the latitude to do her ideas and couldn’t be happier! She is very good!!
