Had my hair cut with Lylly. Sweet girl and super friendly. Definitely great at giving tips and pointers on how to take care of your hair. My only complain is I asked to have my hair layered from my chin down. I really wanted to have that volume. She started cutting and when she finished so fast, I confirmed asking if she’s done and if that’s already up to my chin. She said yes. My friends saw my hair and told them what had happened even they confirmed that’s nowhere by your chin. Shortest part of the layer is on my shoulders. I thought maybe she got scared cutting too short and not liking it, but I would have wanted an explanation instead of lying to me.

Super cute little shop! The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is phenomenal. I went to Mary Ruth for a balayage and neither of us were very pleased with how it turned out (some techniques dont work for everyone) so she asked me to come back so she could rework the roots and didnt even charge me for the correction even tho she did exactly what Id asked for. Wonderful professional demeanor and so easy to talk to! I love, love the highlights she did to cover the balayage and Im so happy with my hair these days. I definitely recommend this shop!
