Gas and ice .The ice was actually a lot cheaper than at Safeway and the gal that pumped my gas and got my ice for me was very nice and friendly service

Oregons law against pumping your own gas still trips me out!

Very helpful young man ( wish I remembered his name) that gave me info on where to purchase cigarettes in town since they didnt have the ones I was looking for. Very friendly, nice, and bathroom was very clean.

Old-school gas service and a really high end market make for a perfect combination of an establishment that still feels local to Olde Bend it’s like me.Stop in for your daily needs at this perfectly wonderful establishment and enjoy having her windows washed while you feel about taking gas cause this is the last place that you’re going to see that happening in Bend

Absolutely horrible customer service. Went in to go get a full tank of premium tonight 11/9/18 and the employee there seemed to avoid me. His name is Noah Murillo I think. I then asked to get my windshield cleaned and he refused. Won’t be coming back here again. I truly hope management talks to the kid and fixes the situation.

Theyre a great place. All of the employees are really attentive to their jobs. Eduardo is especially fabulous.

Only reason I’m not giving 1 Star is because of the awesome manager at their south location who actually was competent enough to help me. If you ever have any problems with your car wash account DO NOT try to get the blonde female manager at this location to help you. She’s is completely computer and customer service illiterate. If it wasn’t for her son (who I believe is the GM) of their south location being AWESOME I would have 100 percent canceled my account. After going there literally every day for 3 months to clean my car and get gas she told me “I’d never had an account with them and I’d never paid them and I had to leave.” This all came from me simply buying a new car and selling my old and trying to transfer accounts which should be the simplest thing to do (what the GM of the other location told me.) He didn’t even try to defend his own mother hahaha. On top of it, they almost never actually have clean dry rags and half their vacuums are usually broken.
