Originally I chose to go here because they accepted credit cards and just kept coming back because the equipment was good and the free vacuums are a nice touch! Recently I went and their equipment was down, I ran my card and it took a bit before I learned this so I acquired a small charge before I figured it out. Called and left a voicemail and they got back to me promptly and let me know they had a power issue, without hesitation offered to mail me a coupon worth a full car wash if not more! I was super impressed with their professionalism and proactive nature … now I’ll be back to support a local business that’s doing it right!

Literally the best manual car wash in town! Open 24 hours, all the options work, tire-specific brush, air drying and even the vacuums are free! Definitely a starred place of mine!

A great spot to wash company vehicles. We, Headwaters Landscaping, use Flying Frog to clean our trucks. Great options and easy access for larger vehicles. Free vaccums is a nice “cherry on top.”

The place is great fantastic and wonderful...besides the fact that the timers are turned up too about twice as fast as the other car washed around the world.

Equipment works great and I appreciate they are more eco-friendly and efficient with their water usage.

Its a car wash. What more would you expect? The price is normal for a self driving service car wash. The deal sealer for me is that the vacuums are free to use! I freaking love that! I live in a VERY dusty area and my truck is ALWAYS dusty and dirty. The fact that i can pull up whenever i want day or night is a big seller for me. They are open 24/7 and for me thats awesome! I work nights and i cant always get to the car wash during daytime hours. Daylight is my night time.

This is a clean place, being able to use my debit card is convenient since I rarely carry cash on me, it helps me keep my route truck clean and spiffy!!!

Definitely the most options Ive ever seen at a self car wash including a blow dryer for your car ... Pretty cool 0lace but my timer goes way faster than regular seconds go about 5 seconds off per paid minute ... Not cool! But I recommend for all the newer options and location.

Well-lit, clean wash bays, equipment is newer and well-maintained, and the best part is that you can wash your car by hand, knowing you’ll do a better job than those automatic washes designed for people who don’t care about ruining the finish on their vehicles. And it’s also great for times when you have all kinds of things attached to your vehicle, like roof racks, bike racks, etc and need to maybe wash those things as well.And, they have FREE vacuums!I believe Flying Frog Car Wash is the cleanest, safest and most well-maintained do-it-yourself car wash in Bend, Oregon!

I took my 32 foot rv there my moms neighbor has a bigger newer rv he said he takes his there and washed it personally Im thinking washes what the hub caps cause I had to monster the rv all kinds of something to get it all washed but the roof never saw water and the turntable thing that twirls the hoses around wouldnt even go over my rv to washboard sides so I had to reposition the rv so much I gave up so good luck all I got out of this was a bath myself and a semi spit washed rv thanks but forget it go to Lapine at least for the money u can truely wash it and not just give ur money away

Great do it yourself car wash little bit busy tho lots of people waiting to get their car washed so u felt a tad bit rushed when I usually like to take my time and so it right but its a great place!

Upkeep and maintenance of this facility has gotten terrible. Ceilings are leaking the tri foam substance. Stalls have major hose leaks. First stall on the right as you enter the Quimby entrance takes cash but doesn’t start any of the hoses. This place worked well for me during the summer, however it appears that the maintenance of this facility has been entirely forgotten. Below you can see the results of the “spotless wash” on my chrome bumper. Quite a bit more spotty than when I quickly hose the truck down on my front lawn. This time around left my truck filthy after the wash. I went with my mother to wash my pickup and her Subaru. Both vehicles had a 20ish minute wash using all steps of the washing system available. The thorough and detailed wash left both vehicles filthy. You can see my tailgate below filthy to the touch after all soaps, high pressure soaps, high pressure rinses, spotless rinses etc. Youll find much better results hosing off at home or at probably any other facility in central Oregon.

They charged me $25.00 to wash my car because I used the debit card option. In bay 1 the hose is NOT screwed in securely causing me to get drenched. I will NEVER go back!!!

An actual self service car wash that has working coin or card machines. The day I was there the bays were clean and everything was in working condition.

My truck came out in worse shape than before I washed it. After my initial wash there was a nasty film on my truck. I washed it again to get the film off but it was just the same. This cost me a great deal for a horrible job. Wont return!

This was my first time using a self service car wash and was pleasantly surprised. There were many options for the actually wash, more than I had expected. Also, enjoyed the free vacuums. They really do take a quick touch of the button!

Place is over priced. Designed to make you waste time to add money while the clock is running. In the end it cost me 20 bucks then i still had to go buy waterless carwash from parts store to finish the job. Oh and their triple foam didnt rinse properly so im going to have to wash again at home. Also there is no machine or attendant on duty to make change so plan on bringing your own or giving them your credit card to then wash your own car. I do not recommend washing car here

Absolutely highly recommend going here to wash your vehicle, the different modes are awesome selection especially the bug remover spray!!!! I was able to get the bug stains of my work van which been there for 3 months!!!! I was so happy with the results. And the fact you can use your debit/credit card to pay for it, a big bonus.

I can use cash or cards here to wash my tow vehicle. Very clean and easy to use I always feel better after I get the bugs and grime off my truck

I just wasted $8 smearing dirt and dust around my car. Spent half the time waiting for the cycles to change between wash, rinse, etc. I would have been better off just using the rinse cycle to hose my car off. Truly looked better better before I drove in. Don’t repeat my mistake.

If you have a tall vehicle this self-service facility has a 13’ clearance bay. You have the ability to run your debit/credit card instead of dropping quarters. Separate brushes - one for wheels, one for vehicle. Four stars cause of tight, average lot.

Ability to pay with a credit card is such a nice feature! This has been recently remodeled and works great. I just washed my car and I swear I was able to power off 20 years of grime. Looks like theyre finishing up some final details on the remodel, but I heard it should be completely functional soon

Great car wash! Has everything I need to make my car shiny and clean! Its my go to place and I get to make sure every part of my car is clean and not miss any spots and I dont have to worry about all the things I have to buy, because everything is provided!

Ive been going there for over 20 years, so its my go to place. Only thing better at the one across from Fred Meyers is that one has hot water.

Beware. There was likely a credit card skimmer on stealing my card details when I was there today. Could have been somewhere else in Bend, but right after I washed my car there the fraudulent charges started rolling in.

Best car wash in town! Im a Coiled Cabs driver and wash my cab everyday. They have hot water wash and rinse! They win hands down!

The machines are new. First time to have all the extra choices of using a blower to dry the car off. The spot free rinse actually worked. For a self serve car wash I am impressed. The machines in each bay allow you to insert cash or a credit card for conveinence. Ill stop and use this place again

Really love the hand held dryer that this wash has. Highly recommend if you like washing your car by hand.

On the plus side its a convenient self serve station with around 6 bays I believe. Water pressure and soap amount was great. On the downside hose in my bay was bad and appeared to be taped together. First bay I drove in the card reader and cash deposit both didnt work.

Sorry to see youre having to put more money into this place, and decided to do it in HIGH SEASON for car washing. I wash my truck practically every day in the summer/buggy season, and with all but 2 of your bays torn up for new concrete floors, its a turnoff to sit and wait. Ill be back, but looks like clean for summer is going to happen someplace else, like my driveway with my own hose.Like my truck clean!!!

Love this car wash. The credit card reader always works and it keeps running until you shut it off. Its cheap enough to frequently rinse off the winter sand. The only complaint I have is I wish the hose was a bit longer .

High pressure wash was ok but the brushes were dirty and got grease on my windows. Also the CC payment said $3 but I was charged $5 when I looked at my account. It would be better to purchase $3 then have the option to buy more time.

After traveling down some dirt roads near Bend I really needed to hose down my car. This is a pretty straight forward self service wash. I loved that it had the pretty foam (my favorite part of an automatic wash) and a blow dryer so my car wouldnt instantly attract all the dust blowing around.My car is too low to the ground for automatic washes that run on a track. I wish we had a self service wash this nice in Hillsboro.

The Updates to this car wash have been great. The owner even went out of his way to thank me for using it one day. Great people great place.

Went there for the first time today to wash both my travel trailer and car. No complaints regarding the options and the prices except for the dryer which is hand held and it takes a long time to get everything dry. Takes coins, bills and credit or debit cards.

As a business owner myself I would be embarrassed if my facilities looked this way. I wonder if anyone has maintained this place in the last year, you can truly tell when a business SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE. Equipment was faulty and leaking while trying to wash my car and ended up spending an additional $10 just to finish. GO TO RED CARPET CARWASH!! This place is a teardown and should have a shopping complex here instead!

Absolutely terrible! Wasted a min waiting for the bug high pressure wash...nothing...it doesnt beep when you are almost out of time and no change machine anywhere! Complete waste of money and time

A broken foam brush and a vacuum station that did not let me add extra money when I needed to continue vacuuming. A little inconvenient with the less than fully operational equipment but it was ok otherwise.
