Amazing haircuts. Yolanda and Maria are fantastic - wonderful people and amazing stylists. They listen to exactly what you want and check in often. Id never go anywhere else!

I cannot even give this place a rating. They have the worst work ethic out of any salon in the surrounding area. I have watched Robert and his wife treat their employees like trash in front of other clients and stylists. Not to mention their work isnt on point for the cost of service they charge. t comes out blah and very mediocre. I have saw people walk out, and they actually had a receptionist steal money from the register for months (everyone knows this). This type of behavior shows you in fact the type of employees they have working there. If I was you I wouldnt just go to another salon over just that but because of the service they provide and the skills they possess (that they do NOT HAVE). save your money and a headache and go elsewhere. Poor quality and not professional.

Roberts goes above and beyond the regulations of covid-19. Im very high risk for coronavirus and have felt very comfortable going in. This salon has a lot of space and makes sure the next client in the salon is well over the 6 feet (usually even over 12 feet or on the complete opposite side of the salon). They enforce the use of masks and I constantly see them cleaning. They also do an amazing job on hair! Would never go anywhere else!

Absolutely Wonderful. Yolanda has been doing my foils for years. She is truly gifted along with Maria and Lori! They all bring such comfort and family feeling when your there along with making you look gorgeous!

First time back in the salon since the start of this Covid-19 event. Very happy to come back. Everyone wore a mask- I felt very safe. So nice to have my hair lighter and lighter again! Feels so good to have some frizz off! Yolanda does beautiful work!

I went here just for a cut, wash, and blow-dry and everything about the place was great! Maria N did an amazing job and is so sweet. The salon itself is clean and in a perfect location with a lot of street parking around. Everyone was so sweet and I would highly recommend this salon and Maria N!

I had single process hair color and hair cut done by Maria. She was amazing! She cared for my like her own. My hair never looked so great. She also took the time to understand my hair needs as well as the look that I was going for. She did a bang-up job!

Excellent Salon to visit. Im a customer of Maria and Yolanda and hey are great! They are not just the best hair stylists but so welcoming, charismatic, friendly and love what they do. I love to go there and have a haircut, a color, shampoo and blow dry. I always finish with the smile. Maria does my hair and Yolanda does my daughters. We just love them both. Id recommend them to any other woman, even to men and children. Also Kelly washed our hair and she did such a great job. She just not wash it but massaged the head. Its so comfortable. Maria is not just my hairstylist but also my girls have been going to her since they were born. We love her! She is so warm, kind, patient, and great with kids and adults. She is very experienced. We would never go to anyone else!! I highly recommend her.

Family-run business, they have the quality of a posh salon, but at an affordable price. You can reserve online and they are usually very good at keeping the schedule, although sometimes they do run a bit behind, as they dont treat you like a number, and dont mind spending more time with you if you need it. Great place to go.

I got a Brazilian blowout done at Roberts Salon & Spa as well as a trim, and it came out amazing! The staff was very professional and enjoyable to interact with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the greater Boston area :)

I had a great experience here. Maria is lovely and very friendly. It is very obvious that she has had a lot of experience. I took my mom with me and her sister did a great job as well. It is family owned business, they are good at what they do and the price is reasonable.

I went today to get my eyebrows done with wax. I left the place and the lady didnt show me her work, she made me pay and I left. I got home excited to see my new and gorgeous eyebrows, as she claimed and I wasnt sure about laughing or crying. my right eyebrow is literally cut in half, and there is a thick line in between. nothing else to say, disappointed and mad.

Yesterday I went to Roberts Salon for the first time with my 7 year old daughter on mother/daughter day. We both got a haircut and styling from Maria and it was an excellent experience! So warm and friendly are all the people there and Maria gave me the best haircut ever had! And my daughter kept asking me that day mommy is my hair still as pretty as I left the salon. So we will defenitely go again!

I have Maria nogueira, she is the best, kind friendly, attentive and most important when you walk out of the salon, you feel like a million dollar because you look so GOOD.

I came here to get my color done a while back and have been coming back ever since. I get a full highlight and I love my blonde to be honey with light cream. I got exactly what I wanted. The girls are great at listening to my wants and needs. I actually also hair extensions there ( Hot Heads) they are tape extensions. Looks amazing! Super natural, added a lot of volume and length to me own hair. Its easy to say that Im addicted to them! Also, I recently saw Maria for a facial, she fantastic and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend the salon.

Maria was amazing. This was my first visit to Salon.I have very thick hair and she did the best job, I got more style than I had dared to hope for and will go back again.

My friend and I went to get pani/pedis and not only did my my friend have to wait for 2 hours for her appointment (hers was earlier than mine) but also the lady did a very sloppy job. She made me bleed several times and did a very bad job painting, leaving lots of polish on my skin. Not entirely her fault, the salon kept scheduling her only 30 mins for each mani/pedi, so she was stressed and rushed. Not including waiting, my mani/pedi took about 2 hours. Lady was nice, but that was such a waste of money and time. Not sure how this place is for hair, but definitely don’t go here for nails.

This was my first visit. I have a specific color with Goldwell that I have used for years and they were happy to accommodate my request. I have been to new salons and received flack and negative remarks from the stylist (and owner!) about my request which I have used for years and years and it looks incredible on me. I am sure it can be a pain for salons when a new client makes a specific request and the salon feels it may not work. But mine does, and it has for years. Elizabeth and her team were happy to oblige.Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and personable. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

My pedicurist Pedicurist Moon (due to a fire at Vantis) is now in Robertsalon, so I decided to have Robert, followed by Elizabeth do my hair. They are such a warm family type of business Im so relaxed and happy there.

Amanda is a color genius- I love come to see her. She takes very good care of you and the salon is a nice place to relax.

I bought a Groupon for Roberts Salon to get my hair cut. The price was right, so I thought Id give them a shot. Samih cut my hair, and he did a great job. Hes been there for 19 years, so he is certainly experienced. I love my long layers and how it looks. Very impressed.

Great service HOWEVER I was charged separately for a mani & pedi as completed by 2 different people due to their scheduling error! It’s not the $$ it’s the principal. Moon is fantastic for a mani or pedi.

Really bad experience getting a manicure. She cut the skin around my cuticles too much and left me bleeding on multiple fingers. Avoid getting your nails done there!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I had an appointment on a Monday at 9:30 am, the salon was supposed to open at 8:30 am. I waited in front of locked doors until 10 am - nobody ever showed up. I had a crucial appointment in the afternoon, this was actually important. I left two messages with my number (which they had anyway) - no one EVER called back to apologize or explain. BAD customer service, you do not treat clients like that and dont deserve them if you do. Will never go back or recommend.

Robert gives me haircuts that are better than Ive gotten anywhere else. Plus, Robert is a nice guy.

Robert is excellent, been going there for over 10 years, never disappointed.
