Lisa is the absolute best. They are clean, nice and have so many diff colors to choose from.

I would like to give this establishment no stars. I have been going there for the about 5 years. Ive never had a problem until now.A week and a 1/2 ago I had fake nails applied for the 1st time in my life. The owner applied them, she was in a hurry and I remember feeling pain in my thumb as she was preparing my thumb for the fake nail. I had no idea it was going be a problem. Also the job was left incomplete.Right away I was not happy with the job she did. It was the end of the day and I was in a rush to be somewhere. I knew I could easily come back and deal with it later. I did return the next day to have her finish the job that she started. When I approached her about the sloppy work she became very defensive. She debated with me that she was right and i was wrong. While rudely speaking in her language to her staff and coming back at me saying she was happy with her work she grabbed my hand and started to dremmel the thickness of the nail down and to fix the sloppy job. They looked much better but my thumb had pressure in it. At this point I am feeling uncomfortable and I wanna get out of there. The pressure on my right thumb was uncomfortable but not horrible.By Sunday my thumb was really beginning to get really uncomfortable. The salon was closed so I had to wait until the next day. I walked in and asked her if she would please remove just that nail. She again made me feel uncomfortable as though this was my fault basically accusing me of being a dirty person. Over the next couple of days it became more uncomfortable. By Thursday morning I was at the walk in clinic and was diagnosed with cellulitis. The doctor attempted to lance it but the pus pocket had not developed enough.Im now on antibiotics, my thumb hurts badly, I have not been able to work for the past 2 days and tomorrow could be the same. I am a business owner and losing $ every day Im not working. I went to her salon again last night to try to get her to own up and be responsible for her mistake. She came back with saying I had an allergic reaction, again placing the blame on me. She said she had never seen this happen before.I have two questions for her; If Im so allergic why didnt the rest of my nails not have a problem? And, if she had never seen this happen how would she know what an allergic reaction looks like?So the outcome of the story is; shes a person without ethics or empathy and an irresponsible business owner. May she wake up one day.
