Went for highlights and low-lights. They were able to get me in at the time I needed and did a wonderful job on my hair. I had blond highlights already that had grown out a bunch. They were able to blend and make my hair look soft and natural. I also had them cut my hair and they did a wonderful job. Lots of attention to detail.

I wish I could be leaving a better review because I came to this salon after reading the reviews but unfortunately not. So I drove all the way to Belmont because all the salons in my area (San Jose) are closed due to covid and was hoping that my hair would somewhat resemble a picture I showed the hair cutter however my style ended up looking like i got hit with a random weed whacker and my hair is completely butchered. The layers are uneven and she didnt even ask me wheres the shortest length I wanted my layers....she just literally did whatever she felt like doing. I couldnt tell at the time bcz she hid it by overly styling it so I noticed the next day after I washed and styled it. The right side of my head has so many uneven choppy layers while the left side looks somewhat decent, although its not what Id expect from a salon. I paid $40 and only tipped $3 bcz at the time I thought it was just too short ...little did I know that the next day Id be further disappointed after seeing how it looked after washing. I didnt bother to call the salute tell them about it bcz I wouldnt even dare come back to have it fixed by the same place that butcherd it. I mean how does this happen in the hands of a professional stylist? Im completely blown away. Its gona take a long time to grow this one out. Very unfair and very disappointed.

Just got permanent eye brows here and they did an excellent job. Im very happy with the outcome and like my eyebrows alot!! I also get pedicures and Im very satisfied. They also do manicures, nails, and haircuts. My 10 year old granddaughter got her long hair trimmed and new bangs cut and shes very happy. They did an amazing cut exactly what she wanted.

Fantastic! Went there for first time ever yesterday for a haircut and highlight. Michelle and Nancy are total pros. They basically inspected my hair, talked to each other and gave me recommendations. Without saying anything bad about my previous stylist, they just corrected all the nasty cuts, color, and shape that I walked in with. They fixed the color, so now its very pretty with highlights and low lights, and took the time to re-do the sad undercut I had. Plus, theyre just so darn nice and cute! Definitely going back for more!

Thank this salon ! I went to Bella Nails salon next to the waterdog tavern restaurant, and I had the worst experience of my life! I come from France and I make so much effort to speak English because I am here for a couple of years so that I can’t understand why they hire people who don’t speak English so they can’t understand what you need and mess up with you! They just want to make money! So they messed my eyebrows which any woman can understand are so important for us! I am glad that at this salon, Michelle fixed me!! It’s even harder to fix than to work on right away! As soon as I was done with my waking at the Bella nails place I went to Michelle’s salon because I couldn’t handle it! She took her time to comfort, and fix it! The salon is clean and beautiful! Not too big because they provide good care and not industrial care... the owner is worry about the customers, he is absolutely nice! I Will stick to them !

While most of the reviews are good am surprised why the ladies in the salon acted very impolite to me.As i entered the salon for threading,I could hear no greeting or even a smile.The girls just looked at me and asked a stern WHAT in a harsh tone. I was finding this too weird,nevertheless i sat down for the service.The lady did a good job shaping my eyebrows but in the event of it she made lot of cuts on my forehead.I was not knowing the worst was yet to come.I paid 30$ for eyebrows and forehead and upper lip.when i reached out i realized I dint have my phone so chose to wait in the salon for my husband to arrive.When i went back in, again i was asked What in the same tone.Why in the world people cant be kind or polite?I was too irritated at this gesture but waited patiently with my little one.What i noticed was the same girls were treating their other customers quite well with big smiles and lot of madams,hello and byes.So i was jinxed with the question, why they had to be so rude to me? Just that my color is brown and am an Indian?

Had a really great experience here! I had the deluxe mani-pedi and it was amazingly thorough. I left all exfoliated and moisturized with a really great polish job. The customer service was also very nice. They brought me bottled water, they ask if the massage is too rough or too soft, and the whole place is really clean and nice.Good magazines, lots of polish options....In short amazing salon in my experience!

I had a nice experience when I went for myself.But for kids, they charge more than the price they mentioned at the website. When qhestioned, they say that its tough to handle kids, which wasnt true with my case. Then why not change it at their page too. And, they are not consistent in pricing. It depends on who services.I rate them 3 only because if this confusion in the cost. ItherOthe, they do a great job.

Let me start by saying I have come here quite a few times even brought family and recommended friends. I hadnt been here in a while but I remembered I was always satisfied with my manis Pedis haircuts. I recently came in because I wanted my hair done I hadnt had my hair done in years so I called and made an appointment. Let me be honest I did book for full highlights but when I got there the multiple pictures I showed Andy were of Ombres ( I am not very good with hair terminology so I will admit that was my mistake so say highlights). But if I am showing you multiple pics of Ombres and I tell you this is what I want. It does not mean I want highlights. Andy looked at the pictures and shook his head and said that could NOT be done to my hair, he insisted I get highlights instead. I told him that I really wanted what was in the picture and he said that it could not be done that it would not look good and that it could not be done. He then grabbed the book and showed me the different highlights after about 10 minutes of discussing all this and asking him if it was sure it could not be done. And him insisting I do highlights he convinced me. The ONLY conditions I had was that it stand out. I hadnt had my hair done in a long time so obviously I wanted a different look. I re-iterated that I wanted it to STAND OUT. Well now I am STUCK with this look that you can only see the highlights on top of my head cant even see them mid way down they dont stand out and NUMEROUS people have said that it looks like I did they highlights myself. I called spoke to the owner that I was not happy he said to come in there would be no charge to fix it.GUESS WHAT when I got there the owner did NOT talk to me about the issue or any of my concerns, he greeted me and said Andy would be with me shortly. When Andy came up he asked me what was the matter I told him look at me hair the highlights stand out toward the roots but blend in to my hair a 1/4 of the way down and it did not look right. He said it was because of how I had my hair (This is also why I wanted the ombre my hair is long has a lot of volume) Then he tried to justify it by saying the highlights even. (Remember I previously mentioned I wanted them to stand out not be even). The he said it was what I asked for which is NOT he also said it was NOT his fault. He laughed when I told him I told you wanted a look that would stand out. It may not be his style but its not his hair it is mine. And if I am paying for a service the least you can do is listen to your customer. After calmly discussing this with him he went and talked to the owner and he came back and said he would fix it for additional money. At first I agreed and scheduled an appointment for another day. But after talking to some friends and getting a second opinion from another Salon. They told me that the whole manner was wrong. When I called to cancel my appointment the owner was not there. The guy that botched my hair up answered I told him I was going to cancel my appointment and he didnt bother to ask why he said okay thank you and hung up.A. My hair looks like a job I did myselfB. Its not what I wanted in the FIRST placeC. He LIED to me by saying an Ombre could not be done to my hair and when I got a consultation in another location they said that it Definitely could be done.D. They just want your MONEYE. They are CHARGING me MORE MONEY to fix it?!F. Didnt even offer a refund or at least part of it nothingI will NEVER refer ANYONE there again. I am telling my family not to go here anymore and PLEASE BELIEVE ME when I say I will tell my friends and have shown my friends pictures of how my hair looks and they WILL NOT BE COMING HERE.

I got acrylic nails here done twice and I took my sister here before I used to like how they did it, but they did a really bad job with my sisters acrylic nails. We had to go back because at the second day the nails look with air inside, and they put two acrylic nails in one finger. They said it was because of the natural oil of the nails, but she always gets acrylic nails and nothing like that has happened. I really dont recommend this place. The two girls that did my sisters nails were rude and disrespectful to us. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I use mens hair cuts $ 15. I think that male customers also increased recently. The level may be somewhat, but it can be reserved quickly and cut in 20 minutes. I am recommended not to be strong.
