I drive All the way from Newton center to T spa. This gem was introduced to me by a friend of mine who lives in Watertown. They’ve been gracious enough to squeeze me in. You can call ahead for an appointment. They were quickly, efficiently, and the prices are more than fair. Picture it is my first powder nail dip. I’ve also had good pedicures from them in the past.

I’ve been going here for so many years, I had an awesome girl that was doing my manicure and pedicure named Tina.. called to make a appointment few weeks ago and was told she’s no longer there so I asked the owner Sofia to put me with someone similar to Tina and she set an appointment with a brand new manicurist who didn’t even speak one word if English and didn’t know what the heck she was doing at all. I was pretty upset and again I asked Sofia (the owner) to set my next appointment with someone experienced and again when I went to do my nails this woman named Sonia didn’t know how to do my manicure and pedicure she ruined my feet and ruined my nails. Bottom line this place is horrible and the owner doesn’t take care of clients or notify that her manicurist’s leave and the clients are left with no one experienced.. I’m taking my business somewhere else.. this place needs to go no care for retention of clients!!

They call everyone my friend lol... Very clean place with soft spoken and friendly staff. The lady did such a great job with my fill in service. Its very convenient to me, I went after work around 5:45pm because they actully close pretty late (7:30pm), and its just a 5minutes drive from my job. I only gave them 4 stars because I felt a bit rushed and they were lacking regular polish color options as opposed to gel polish. I had to settle for black, which I love dont get me wrong, but wasnt my first choice. I also had to set an appointment, they get busy during evening. They initially turned me away the day prior, said they were booked for the night. ... 👍🏾👍🏾

I went here twice and had okay nails. I went a couple weeks ago for a full set of acrylic. In the beginning after they were done they looked really good and I loved them. After not even a week under my nail a fungus started to grow. So I obviously took the acrylics off and under my nails is a yellow fungus that I cant get rid of. This means the service and tools were not Clean.

Went earlier to get take off my tips and dip and get fresh new dip. My nails were nice and long from the tips and dip and I wanted to keep it at the same length. I decided to give T Spa a try and a young man took care of my nails and did a WONDERFUL job!! I absolutely love love love his work and my nails :) and the price was good. I highly recommend coming here. Probably better to call in advance and set up an appt

I have been going here for about 2 years now. The owner, Sophia, is absolutely fantastic, friendly & personable. She tries to make everyone feel welcome and remembers everyones name, you can tell she truly cares about her clients. She always meets my expectations. They raised prices by a few dollars due to covid-19, but it is reasonable and I personally think $28 for a shellac manicure that lasts me 3-4 weeks is worth it (regular pedicure $28 too). I would definitely recommend going here, if you want something specific then be specific! I always speak up when I want something done a certain way and they never fail to meet my expectations. Sometimes I go in and show them a picture and they are able to help me pick a similar color and carryout the design. Plus they are following Covid precautions, have clear curtains up and clear glass to separate one another. I find the reviews on here of people being dissatisfied are 1. They were uncomfy and didnt speak up or 2. They went a few years back when the salon had a different owner.

Had a pedicure for first time since before the pandemic. Good service, everything is sanitised. I appreciated the plastic barriers that allowed both me and the pedicurist to stay safe.

Mary is the best ) I’ve tried another girl in this location. But she is not as good as Mary. Mary even will do shoulder massage after the pedicure! schedule pedicure with Mary - you won’t be disappointed)

I always have a good experience here. One time my nails started peeling the next day and I went in and they fixed them. Really good customer service.P.S. theyre busy so an appointment is recommended after ~3pm.

Mary and Andy were wonderful! I highly recommend them. They have all the new OPI and Essie colors available! Very updated and squeaky clean. Wonderful experience!

Ive been a loyal customer for almost a decade. I love and adore Mary, she is amazing at what she does and should be commended for her great work and services she provides to her clients. Today (7/14/2020) I went to get a mani and pedi and obtained the worst service at T-spa ever. The person who worked on me was a younger girl who did not even introduced herself, (Ive never seen her there before). She was rude, extremely rough, in handling my hands and feet and blatantly condescending. She should not work there anymore if she is incapable of providing good service. She is bad for business. I may return to T-spa when Mary returns back after the pandemic is over!

The place could be named anything at all but as long as Sophia and Mary are there, my mother and I will be loyal customers for life! Absolutely adore both of these ladies. All of the nail techs there do a great job. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. Always a pleasure going to T-Spa. Should you choose to visit, tell Sophia that Naomi and Kathe sent you! 💅💅

Fantastic service, as a guy just make sure if you come with a woman that you express very clear intent to get your nails done! But still, they were very friendly and my nails look great! Get on in here!

Friendly staff, lots of colors to choose from, and prices are reasonable. Bonus: Their massage chairs are actually very comfortable. I received an amazing massage from Dom during my spa pedicure! Definitely recommend.

One suggestion: uplifting show (like the cooking channel or travel channel) on the TVOverall I really enjoy this Salon. Sophia is warm and friendly. Tom does a wonderful job with nails. Though, the last two times I have been there the news was on the TV which made me feel more stressed then relaxed. This would keep me from coming back.Since I may not be the only one feeling this way I thought I would post the suggestion.

T Spa is the best nail salon I have ever experienced. Everyone is so nice and they really go above and beyond the call of duty. I go with my grandmother who has Alzheimers and dementia, and everyone is very understanding and sweet with her. They accommodate her every step of the way.Additionally, Id like to say that Nancy does an incredible job with both a regular manicure/pedicure as well as with acrylic nails. She is extremely detail oriented and meticulous and always listens to my requests.I cant recommend T Spa enough!

Ill pitch in with the rest of positive reviews. Yes it is indeed a very good nail salon, friendly professional staff, comfy chairs and hot stone massage :-) Ive been going here for a while and will continue to do so.

Rough service and rude staff. I just swear to my self Im never coming back to this place. I remember my first time there it was a manicure being done by a person who just ate and food and garlic smell was all over the experience. Today, the same person had no eye contact me while manicuring. Cheap but disgusting.

I have nothing but great things to say about T Spa. Not only were they helpful booking over the phone, I was greeted with a smile from Sophia. She’s so nice! Tom was my manicurist - his work was amazing! He shaped my nails perfectly. He also was very kind and polite. One more thing I love about them, is they address you with, “my friend.” There’s no way I’m going to a different salon - this is definitely where I’ll bring my business always. Check them out for yourself!

T Spa in Belmont is hands down the best salon around! I’ve been going there regularly for a year, and have never left disappointed. My most recent visit was fantastic. I was short on time and was just going to settle for a gel mani, and bypass the pedi. They were able to accommodate both AT THE SAME TIME!! I was out of there in 40 minutes. This place is 5+ stars!

Terrible place. I will never come back. I made appointment for removing shellac and make the same manicure again. I waited 20 min when someone took care of me. Then, the girl, who should work with me, tried to work with two clients besides me in the same time. She looked so tired and exhausted. I felt that she had only one dream to go home. Another client nearby started taking care of herself and said that its easier and faster to do it on her own. You can imagine what ppl think that time. Then, I asked her to remove my shellac and pay attention to me because I can not spend three hours waiting. So, what she did it was putting my fingers to acetone. I never saw this before. I asked her three times to use machine because I dont feel comfortable to keep my fingers in this chemical and inhale it. You know what you feel? Super hot, like your skin is leaving your bones, and then super cold. She did not that because machine was not available that time. So, result, I spent there almost 2 hours for simple manicure, not shellac again because during the process, I realized that its better to do something simple and leave as fast as I could. Now, its almost four weeks after, my nails in terrible shape after this ton of aceton and the same happened with my skin on my fingers, it can not stop pelling off. I agree that place is cheap, but i would prefer to pay double, but get nice service. Would never recommend anybody.
