Good mechanics

I took my honda civic to fix the belt that was coming off. 3 parts were replaced and the problem persisted. I called adiel again about the problem and he said: I call you back... He never called me back.. I went to my former mechanic and he took 5 minutes to resolve the problem. I spent 160.00 and he didnt fix it and changed wrong parts. Then I spent 215.00 with the former mechanic and car is fixed now.. I told Adiel that my car was fixed and that was the pulley and he said:IM SORRY. An honest person would refund the money because of his mistake and made me pay to replace good parts. This is unacceptable.
