This is a great place with friendly people. They only received a three star review due to the lack of a few services, one of them being nose hair waxing. I hope that one day they will offer this service and I can change this to a five star review.

Took our 3 year old son in for his third ever haircut. We were apprehensive to go to a barbershop that doesn’t specifically advertise being kid oriented. However, after going in and having my sons hair cut by the lovely Chanell I can say that this barbershop was wonderfully prepared and equipped to make something scary as a haircut into a fun adventure for my son. The entire experience was filled with laughs and fun with a complete absence of tears and fear and at the conclusion my son had a stellar haircut! What haircut did we go with you might ask? We opted for an epic mullet. My son looks like He created NASCAR, lives in a deer blind and owns a pair of pit vipers sunglasses. Immediately after the mullet took shape I watched his shirt transform from a button up into an American flag tank top. Toby Keith called us on our way home to tell my son he’s his biggest fan. I’d love to write more but I have to get going… my son is putting a 6 inch lift on his big wheel and says he needs my help. Long story short go to this barber shop…they’re great with kids!

Ive been seeing Christy for approaching a year now and shes always done an exceptional job. She and the other barbers are so good that theyre too busy for walk-ins, which is a sign of quality when there are a dozen barber shops on the South Hill.

Christy always makes you look better than when you came in. Plus she s a great stylist. Always walk away feeling better.

Good cuts for good prices! Friendly staff who make fun conversation as well. Sometimes they cut your hair before the shampooing and all that, which can alter the stylists understanding of hair texture and the hair capabilities once properly treated, but my cut came out looking great!

COVID protocolsmake the experience of a barber shop a bit less comfortable than I prefer but that cannot be laid at the feet of this fine establishment. The service was excellent and my simple hair cut was clean and professional.That said, I dont know if Ill go back and for only one reason: It costs extra for the straight razor and hot towel.

Awesome place!!! I’m very picky with haircuts/ fades. Doesn’t seem like many people in town can do a proper fade. This place delivers, Marisa really knows how to give a fade. Plus, they let you book online, use a credit card for payment (many barbers are cash only), and their price is competitive. They also have a nice clean waiting room with complimentary candy and drinks.

I took my son Vinny to get a haircut and Im so happy eith the results! Chanell Tobin went above and beyond when Vinny wanted a design she gave him the best lightning bolt. According to my son it was great, and the best haircut he has ever had.

So believe it or not, the biggest struggle I have when I move to a new area is finding a good barbershop. I believe a haircut represents who you are in a sense so I tend to be a bit picky. Christy gave the best haircut I’ve had in a while. This is my 4th barbershop over the last four months and two out of the four, I wanted to cry after the results. The third barbershop was decent and did a great job but did not offer razor fades. Christy and The Regal Barber delivered in all areas. The cost for a razor fade is a little bit higher than I’m used to paying, but as a business owner myself, you never want to be the cheapest company. If you can charge more and offer a better service customers will appreciate it and pay the price. Thanks for a great haircut.

This is crazy! You can call, make an appointment, and get your haircut! No need to sign up for anything. No email address needed. No app to download. No heavy sales pitch. No unwanted spam! No tracking of personal information for marketing! Its just a place to get your haircut. Christy cut my hair today. She did a fantastic job. Shes a pro, and you can tell by the way she cuts. I sat down, had pleasant conversation, and bingo, twenty minutes later I was out the door. Sometimes old fashioned is the best fashioned.

I will never come there again. I paid 10 extra dollars there than I would’ve if I would’ve just gone to my regular barber. Trying to save some time on my only day off. I paid the full price for a haircut when all I had done was a trim around the edges and wanted to blend it in on top which was butchered. I have so many little hairs sticking off the top my head I also asked her to trim down my eyebrows and in doing so she shaved 1/2 Of one eyebrow off and I look ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes to get in and was only in the barber chair for about 6 or 7 minutes. and in that time you think she would’ve took a little better care of me as a first time customer. Or even a customer in general you could tell she was in a hurry. I only came in due to the great reviews I saw on Google. and it’s sad that I didn’t get that same experience. I’ve had bad experiences before. but is the first bad experience I’ve had where I felt I needed to do a review as to people will look at me like this for the next few weeks.

I take my son here. He is a teenager. The hair stylists work with him to get the haircut he is wanting. They listen to what you say. Always looks good after. Pretty easy to get a convenient appointment. They take walk ins too.

Walked in, my name was taken, and told Id have to wait about 30 min. Returned about half hour later, and only one barber was there cutting a customers hair. Waited another 15 minutes, and asked how long it would be; answer 10 min. The other customer left, and I heard water running.....waited another 15 min, sound of water running continued, and it became clear the barber was not going to talk to me, and not cut my hair. I am an older man and have long hair. Guess they dont wait on old folks with long hair. Doesnt sound like the same person who is the barber in the other reviews.

I give 3 stars because I’m a woman with very long hair that’s important to me. I understand it’s a barbor shop and all but I have been coming for months and never had an issue. I had to come back this because my hair was pretty uneven and looked choppy. The woman I had this time has never worked on me before..My hair is also quite a bit shorter than I’d like it to be... they were very willing to fix the problem and were kind to me. My biggest concern is that if you don’t feel 100% confedint to cut my hair please send me away right off the bat :( don’t tell me half way through my hair cut that it’s been forever since you cut women’s hair... I feel like that just didn’t want to loose the 20 dollar hair cut and send me somewhere else. She also seemed to loose confedince In what she was doing half way through. In the future I’m most likely going somewhere else. No hard feelings since everyone was kind. Just not 100% happy with my results like I have been from this business for the last year.

I have been here twice, and both times Angela has been on point with the haircuts. Always welcoming, and they are very knowledgeable about their products.

Saw good reviews of this place so I decided to check it out - left somewhat let down. My neck got the worst of it - its been 7 hours since I got my haircut and I still have several noticeable red marks on the back of my neck from the straight razor. The most noticeable marks are inches below where my hairline ends, it seems unnecessary for my barber to have been shaving that low on my neck in any case. Also when I got home I noticed by my ears my beard went about 1 full inch higher on one side than the other. Considering my haircut was a skin fade down to my beard, it was very apparent that my two sides were uneven. Overall after I evened myself up at home, the haircut looks good. The fade was well done, as was my hard part. Could have been a great experience minus those two glaring mistakes.
