My husband and I had a very pleasant experience of buying a new X3 M40i from the BMW of Bellevue. From the moment we walked in for a test drive to the moment when we left with the new car we felt welcomed and comfortable. It was a pleasure to work with Sales Consultant Andy Naum, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding a model that we chose, all packages, options, specifications, and purchasing options (oh boy, we had a lot of questions). He kept us updated on all steps of the purchase process and was always available for questions. When we picked up the vehicle he gave us detailed training on all of the tech (and non-tech) features making sure we were comfortable with them before leaving the dealership. Also, Andy offered us post-purchase support with any additional questions, operating any of the car features or technology. Thank you BMW of Bellevue for such a great experience and Thank you, Andy, for making a car buying experience so smooth, enjoyable and so much fun! We highly recommend this dealer.

Olivia is very helpful and professional. She prepared everything before we got there, and we were able to get all the paperwork done in just couple hours. And I also want to say thank you for bellevue BMW dealership. During this pandemic, the car dealerships are experiencing chip and parts shortages, many of the dealers increase the price, but Bellevue BMW doesn’t ( except for those true Ms), they are trying to treat customers fairly, thank you. I also got the royalty discount of $750 on my new car.

More than fair pricing as we used an app to complete our financing.Spencer is a great salesman and never pressured any part of the sale. So thank you for your professionalismWe did have to stay a little bit later as the controller/financial officer was held up by another party. Still the wait was worth the car super clean and they give you a short in-house warranty. Definitely worth the 1.25 hr spent getting to this dealership.Thanks again Spencer!! Good job!

The good: great cars, nice sales people, decent rebates and APRs even during the pandemic. It only took a couple hours before we could drive our new car home.The bad: right before signing the final financial agreements they start selling you $15K worth of extra insurance explaining how expensive it is going to be to own a BMW. From $15K they slowly slide down to 5K, then to 2.5K and then to $1999. It reminds me a timeshare area of the Cancun airport. Just terrible.

Won’t take my car anywhere else for a service. BMW Bellevue and specifically Milko provide wonderful customer service. They are professional, up front, and communicative. We recently purchased a 2021 330i from Bellevue BMW. This is the 3rd BMW my family has purchased from this dealership (1996 328i, 2003 525i, 2021 330i). Our experience with the dealership has been great and that is the reason we keep coming back.We have been driving our new car for about a month now and we enjoyed every minute of it. The car has truly lived up to its claim of delivering the ultimate driving experience. We are contemplating on trading in our second car for another BMW.Jenna Ly was our sales advisor on the 330i and she made the overall experience enjoyable and stress free. Unlike others, she was honest and did not pressure us to make a purchase due to the current shortage of cars. She was an excellent listener and tirelessly worked to find the trims/options that we were looking for and ultimately gave us great advice on selecting the perfect model that satisfies all our needs. We highly recommend her and BMW of Bellevue to anyone who’s in the market for a new car.

This was my first time bringing my car in for repair at BMW of Bellevue. I had an extremely good experience. My car had a check engine light on, needed brake oil service, had a mysterious sound under the car when driving slowly, and some tire pressure issues. I made an appointment easily, brought the car in, and was happy that there were a ton of extremely helpful employees around to get things going. The overall vibe is of organization, professionalism, cleanliness, and open space.I met with my service representative and explained all of the many issues with my vehicle. When hearing about the sound, he ran off, found his shop foreman, and we took a quick drive around the parking lot and immediately heard the sound -- the foreman said Wow, that scared me!. When I asked him if he could fix it, his response was I can fix anything, as long as I can reproduce it.A day and a half later, everything was indeed fixed perfectly, with some key items covered under a warranty I didnt even know I had. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, and overall this experience makes me happier that I purchased a BMW a few years ago. I had numerous similar very good experiences at BMW Seattle. (For comparison, I have had nothing but terrible experiences at all other non-dealer places I have ever taken my cars for any reason...)

I had a positive experience during my visit as BMW of Bellevue. I gave 4 stars because several sales men walked past us while we were looking around. It wasnt until we asked for the sales department that we got to talk to someone. After that it was a great experience. Ben was amazing during the whole process as well as Andrew. I was extremely happy that Ben went and filled up my gas tank for me. It was a pleasure working with him. Overall it was great and I highly recommend.

Vehicle was serviced in the predicted time. The technicians noted degraded wipers and low battery in the key fob, which replaced. Our service manager, Aaron Weaver, noted that we are mobility limited and moved the car to our location. Thanks,A very well done service!

I have nothing but positive things to say about BMW of Bellevue. I have been looking around for about 2 weeks for two (2) AWD vehicles for my teenage twins. As soon as I walked through the doors, I knew I was at the right place. I was greeted by several staff members, including one of the managers. I met with Alp Tanrikulu and Jenna Ly who both went above and beyond the call of duty to find the perfect used vehicles for my twins. After test driving the used 2018 X1 and X2, we decided on getting a 2018 Black X2 with M-Trim for my son and 2018 Oasis Blue X2 with M-Trim for my daughter. Since this was a no-haggle dealership, I knew I got a pretty fair deal. I did see some X2 and X1 cheaper at other dealerships and online dealerships such as Carmax, Vroom and Carvana, but they were not certified preowned. Being CPO was important to me and paying about $500 -$750 more gave me a peace of mind that the car was in excellent condition with an extra year of warranty, past the standard car warranty.The paperwork took longer than expected since I had to fill out paperwork for two (2) vehicles, but the Finance Manager was amazing. She guided me through my first BMW purchased and did not push any additional products on me.Overall, the entire experience was excellent. Both Alp and Jenna responded quickly to all of my questions & concerns and always made themselves available 24/7. I would definitely support their business again, should there be a need for another vehicle. Since I had such an exceptional experience, I am thinking about trading in my 2019 Outback for a used BMW with similar miles.Bill

On the positive, they seem to have fixed the issue two other BMW Dealerships couldnt. On the negative, I have to make a trip back to have something else reset that wasnt done at time of service. Since its a 100 mile drive for me each way thats a noticeable inconvenience... I feel like they mentioned they were going to wash the car when it got serviced too, that never happened, so maybe I just imagined it.

Poor level of service. I wanted to buy a gift accessory. I checked the hours of the location on Google Maps - it closes at 8pm. I contacted an agent to double-check the hours - it closes at 8pm. I came at 7:30pm. The dealership was open, some employees inside. We entered - nobody greeted us or asked the purpose of our visit. We went and chose a gift accessory from the shelf. Then we couldnt find a cashier. We went to an employee who was working nearby. Turns out the cashier ends work at 6:30pm. No apologies, no attempt to help us. You can come tomorrow. We asked the status of our car repairmen (which is in other branch - in Seattle). We dont have access to their systems. So we had to leave without the gift and without the information about our car. I dont have time to go back and forth to the dealership. We are loyal BMW customers and paid a lot of money not only for the car, but also for a good level of service. Customers time should be valued.

We are with autonation for years in 2 locations. (2 car makers). All good, this time was Excellent!- Geico left car at night (flat tire), Mat called, was fixed with 0 intervention on my part (aside of approving price offer of course, for the new tire). Credit transaction over the phone (Ive asked for it) and tel call to let us know car is ready for pick up. Can not get better than that (maybe a car shuttle to pick up up but it was finished late late afternoon so I guess no one was avail to coordinate the service).Perfect resolution, minimal intervention. Prefer that than wasting time waiting around :-)

I received notification of a car that fit my search criteria and emailed Bellevue BMW to get more information. Almost immediately Terry called me back and we chatted for a few moments before setting up an in person appointment. Upon arrival, Terry was very prompt and had the car up front & ready for a walk around and test drive. He answered any questions I had and off on the test drive I went. When I returned, we briefly discussed the purchase process and went inside. Within about 2 hours (including the walk around, test drive & paperwork) I had myself a wonderful new car. Because of Terry and his preparedness & knowledge, the transaction was smoother than probably any car purchase I have ever done. Also, there was no BS with the finances. No pressure to buy anything I didnt want, which was exactly the way it should be. Thank you Terry and Bellevue BMW.

In only had experience so far with the sales department: I purchased a car from BMW of Bellevue and overall I had a great experience. The sales agent showed me several cars I might be interested in, I was able to test drive them and ended up purchasing one on the same day. From my past experiences, some other dealerships are very aggressive in trying to also sell you paint/fabric protection and try to make you feel bad if you dont take it, but I didnt got that feeling here. Inside the dealership it was roomy and good lighting in the showroom to view the cars.

Overall, the service provided by BMW of Bellevue was great! The service advisor, Angel Pinedo was extremely pleasant to work with and very helpful. After the service was completed, he continued to assist us in trying to reconnect our iPhone to the vehicle. The only issue was the timing for the loaner vehicle. Since the dealership did not have a BMW vehicle for us, we had to wait for 30+ minutes for Enterprise to find a car for us!!!

Terrible experience lied too about repairs that where not done which exceeded over 6500 dollars and my Car took a week longer then what said and some how it had 800 more miles on it then when I bought it, hade it home for 1 day if that just to have it towed back cause it would start, then had it for 3 more days had to literally come take it back cause all they wanted to do is test drive it more 150 miles more STAY AWAY FROM THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT they go out of there way to rip you off!!! They were able to schedule a morning appointment right away, provide a loaner car, and get the problem fixed by early that afternoon. Great experience. Uwe was incredibly helpful and patient with all our questions. He helped us find the car we were looking for and we love it! Alp gave us many great tips regarding the car, was extremely kind, and really wanted to make sure we are driving away happy. Overall really great experience. After going to Audi and Volvo, the experience and attention we got at BMW of Bellevue was outstanding.Darrin was super helpful, enthusiastic, and patient with our questions. Totally respected our pace and our process and wasn’t pushy. He was awesome to work with and really thoughtful in helping us make the rush choice.The only negative we had was once we made the decision to move forward there was a really long wait to lock in the deal. Finance was busy with other customers and we had to wait at least an hour to start that process. That was annoying but it is what it is.Overall everything was really positive and the experience, friendliness, and attentiveness of the staff of BMW Bellevue is what really sealed the deal for us.

I made an appointment online which was super easy and convenient. Due to the nature of my service appointment, an airbag recall which requires a replacement - I called to confirm the airbag recall would be resolved at my scheduled appointment. I was informed, yes, yes it would be fixed during my appointment. At arrival all employees were gracious and kind. Nearly two hours later, NO airbag replacements on site. I was informed they ran out of airbags four days prior and I would be called back once they were in stock, a minimum of two weeks. It is extremely frustrating to have gone through all this trouble, wasting my personal time, gas etc., all for nothing. The service advisor of course apologized, but very unfortunate for me. UPDATE: A couple of days later the service manager called me and was absolutely wonderful in rectifying my situation. It truly was top notch customer service and a great phone conversation. I look forward to their future services.

Hector and Ethan in parts are the best! From my first interaction with Ethan on the phone, he answered my questions, ordered my roof rack and just provided great customer service. Hector was amazing when I showed up. He not only put my cross bars and roof box up, he showed me what to do each step of the way so I could replicate it in the future. Thank you for your amazing service! You are lucky to have these two on your team.PS.... BMW of Bellevue...train other associates to answer the phone when your receptionist steps away. They mark up all of their cars over MSRP. (The M4 below is marked up $10k!!). Even used cars with miles are marked up more than the price of a new car. Ridiculous and it makes you feel unwelcome and cheated out of your money. Nearly impossible to get anyone to help you as they claim they are all busy helping others.

I recently got the 2021 X6 M Competition from BMW of Bellevue. My Client Advisor was Andy Naum who was very professional and helpful the entire time I was there. I was turning in my 2019 M550i and upgrading it to the X6 M Competition, Andy and the Finance Manager, Elyar Samadi made the whole process very quick and easy. Bellevue BMW did a fine job. They had the (used) car I was looking for. The salespeople were very responsive and really communicative without being pushy. Jenna Ly has been very helpful and explained their process well. I came in with my own financing but they were able to get me an even better rate. The only negative is that the final “detailing” they did before handing the car over added a sickening smelly perfume to the interior that I’m trying desperately to get rid of. I recommend not letting them do that if you buy from them. Overall, it was a fine experience.

I was quoted to repair 2 items on my car. They only repaired one, said the other one was fine and my final bill was more than the initial quote for both items. If I had known they were only going to repair the one item at the cost initially quoted I would have taken my car somewhere else.

Mostly good experience from nice people.My only real complaints:1. I bought a plug-in hybrid. They filled the gas tank but the battery side was empty. I had to charge it for many hours at home. Not a huge deal, but as a customer service thing, charge the battery, please.2. I first saw the car online and had checked off interest in home delivery, but was coming in the next day, alone, to test drive it (via reservation, which worked great). Since I decided to buy while in the store, I was most of the way through the process before being told Id have to drive the car off the lot immediately after purchase. I was very lucky I had a friend available to help. I had to drive the new car home, then get picked up and driven back to the dealership to get my old one. Such requirements need to be clarified better up front. Or, you know, since Im buying an expensive car, do the service of delivering the car the few miles to Seattle. If it means me signing the final papers and giving the down payment at home, so be it. Was mostly e-signing anyway.Thanks.

A very poor customer service. I got a car from the dealership and had to bring in to the service center the very next weekend itself as the wheel alignment was a little disturbed. Shows that cars are not maintained properly.I went to the dealership in a new BMW and they gave me a low class (base Nissan) rental car as an alternative, and that too did not have gas.If you are running short on loaner cars, at least provide an alternative car of the same class.Moreover, when I picked up the car back after a couple of days, it was all dirty. Completely unacceptable. Check out the photos I attached to this review. Never expected this from a BMW dealership.My last car was a Mercedes from the Bellevue dealership and was so happy with the customer service. To anyone reading this review, I would recommend you to stay away from this dealership.

We had an excellent experience with John Lee at this dealership. We made an appointment through the Costco Auto Program, and though we originally started out with another sales agent who then moved out of the state, we completed our purchase with John. From the get-go we knew he was going to be a top-notch person to deal with. He was friendly, professional, transparent, and clearly wanting to do his best to make our experience positive and memorable. The stereotypical smarmy, know-it-all car salesman—this is exactly what John is NOT. Update: went for first service here, Leonard was so helpful. This is the first time ever in my experience, a service technician actually verified my concern on road. I owned a Ford before, even after multiple complaints about similar problem, it was never addressed.I recently brought a X3 from BMW of Bellevue. Keino Patterson was helping me with this purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find a very good deal. He was very patient helping me change the vehicle even after finalizing the deal. Car was washed cleaned and all ready for me to pick by the time I arrived.

Mistakes during a recall repair, but excellent service helped make up for it.I took my car in to the dealer for a recall repair and on the way back from the repair the car ran into issues with the coolant system.Obviously super not happy about the fact that a mistake like this made it through.. but the service team did act quickly the next day to investigate and repair the issue that occurred. Brian and his team were very helpful in helping understand how it happened and offered to make a repair that wasnt part of the recall repair as a way to help me with the inconvenience that was caused in the original mistake.Something so frustrating was much easier to deal with because the service team worked with me transparently and honestly to make it whole.

We had an unfortunate experience at BMW of Bellevue. It was our first time at this dealership, and scheduled service for our X5. We knew going into the appointment we would be paying additional for labor and mechanical parts than other BMW certified mechanics, but hoped the customer service experience would have been exceptional and timely. We indicated we would need a loaner vehicle while our car was being serviced, which was difficult to secure due to nation-wide shortages, which we understood. But our service required multiple days of investigation by BMWs tech. We had to switch vehicles a couple of times during the week because we were told our vehicle was ready for pick-up and wasnt; and when we eventually did pick up our vehicle, we had to bring it back twice because the vehicle was not adequately fixed and still showed the engine indicator lamp. It was apparent that the techs testing was not thorough until we returned it for service through multiple checks. On the last pick up of the vehicle, after being reassured we would not be back for service for a long while, the second time we turned on the engine, the indicator lamp came on again and our diagnostic tool fired off additional error codes. We ultimately decided it would be best to take our vehicle to a separate mechanic for the trouble of continuously returning for service, general inconvenience through miscommunication, and overall cost for value we received from BMW of Bellevue Service. The staff was apologetic and made several attempts to correct the issue, which was appreciated. But ultimately after several thousand dollars of repairs, they still could not resolve the underlying issue with our engine without several attempts. They addressed some, but not all of the vehicles issues. And we werent confident we paid for the right parts/labor for what was actually causing the engines indicator lamp to trigger for the services rendered, which stripped our confidence we made a good decisions about what was worth fixing.

I had a good first experience here when I took my car in for an oil change. The greeter was helpful in making sure I got checked in and knew where the waiting area was. Getting the car registered for service was quick and I appreciated that they were willing to call a Lyft to get back to my place while the work was performed.The facility is only a couple years old, so its clean and attractive which makes the showroom experience great.I have two minor complaints. For one, although we confirmed to have my windshield wipers replaced, they completely forgot to do the work. So, Im still driving around with old, loud windshield wipers. Secondly, I asked to have my tires checked to see how much life they have left. The service advisor checked them immediately, which was kind, but measured my rear right tire as 5mm, while later a service technician measured 3mm. I wish I knew it was 3mm while my car was there because I would have asked to have my tires replaced. Now I have to go to Discount Tire which is going to take more time when the work could have been done when I was at BMW of Bellevue.Overall, this is a good location that isnt as quite as great as the legendary experience at Lexus of Bellevue, but better than most car dealerships.

He’s knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs for every question we threw at him. He knew we weren’t sure about the car, but, he did his best to ensure we have all the information we need. Excellent experience at this dealership. Everyone from the front desk to the sales associates to the manager were all friendly and eager to help. Our client advisor was Jenna. She explained the features and differences of each car we looked at helpfully. Anything she didnt know, she would find out immediately. Thanks to her, we excitedly got one of the cars with our desired add-ons. She worked hard, stayed late, and assisted us during and after the paperwork, which started near the end of normal business hours. The car offers a smooth ride that matches our purposes. Jenna showed and demonstrated all the unique features during the test drives, so it is easy to engage our cars features. Overall this was a happy experience searching, purchasing, and, of course, driving a new car.

I purchased my 2019 X3 here a few years ago. Frustratingly, the customer service is hit or total miss. Thankfully, this time around I had rep Leonard Mayorga and he was wonderful. Leonard took some extra time with me and actually walked me out to my car to go over a few of my questions and concerns inside the car so we could troubleshoot together. A very comfortable buying experience at Bellevue BMW. Really enjoyed everyone I met on the sales team. They have improved the process greatly with haggle free pricing. The finance office still retains some of the traditional sales feel, so do understand what your needs are. Overall, I would highly recommend the dealership.Update. I had to come for service for faulty air-conditioning. The issue should have been detected and dealt with prior to the sale. I had to make two return visits for the issue to be resolved. Huge inconvenience for me. The folks who greet you for service are very nice, but not one in management took responsibility for the initial screw up, or the service mistake. They made an easy choice the first time to send me home with the AC still unfixed, topped off. They didnt find the leak until I complained a second time. No call from anyone taking responsibility for selling a CPO car with an issue of this magnitude.

Ive had a lot of problems with this BMW in the past at its old location. The customer service was the worst and nothing actually ever got fixed when I brought my car in for service. I ended up getting my services down at BMW Seattle for years after I was fed up. BMW Seattle has great customer service. It was just out of my way because I live in Bellevue. I got into a car accident recently and my car was totaled. As I was looking for cars, I decided to stop by BMW Bellevue and their new location to check it out. To my amazement, I was greeted warmly by the front desk person (which never happened in the past). I informed him that I was looking to buy a new car and I was on a time crunch. He went to get me a sales rep asap. Olivia was able to help me out on my search for a new car. She was attentive, friendly, and an overall hard worker. Whatever questions I had, she had answers or went to get me answers right away. She didnt over crowd me as I was looking and gave me the space I needed. She was very flexible and helped me find the right car after a few days of communication. When it was time to make the deal she brought out her manager, Cory. Cory was very professional, flexible, and funny. He has been there for awhile and is very knowledgeable as well. We were able to come to an agreement sooner than I thought. I informed him about my previous experience at BMW Bellevue and he had the customer service manager reach out to me to ensure that me and my car will be taken care of in the future. Im pretty much sold on returning and getting my services done at BMW Bellevue from now on. I would 100% recommend Olivia and Cory.

When we visited BMW of Bellevue, we were greeted by Rob and then Rob introduced Olivia to us. Olivia assisted us throughout our visit along with Rob. Olivia recently joined BMW of Bellevue and didnt know much about the stuff going around, still she was very helpful. She always ensured we are enjoying our visit there and getting all the required information.I also wont deny the people there have really amazing sales skills and knows how to change your mind. But on top of that the customer service is just amazing.When we finalized a car to buy, my wife asked Olivia and Rob over phone to keep our future car ready for pick-up, under good lighting area and decorate it with a bow & a balloon so that she can click good pictures of the new car. Rob didnt make any promise but said hell try to arrange it. And when we reached the dealership on that evening for the pick-up, there was a big red color bow kept on the hood of our new car along with a very big hydrogen balloon. It was visible even from outside of the dealership and my wife almost cried looking at our new car with a bow and a ballon.Also, the dealership usually closes at 8 pm but our financial paperwork took time and we came out almost by 10 pm from paperwork meeting. Almost everyone left from the dealership but Olivia choose to stay till we were there in the dealership until we drove away in our new car.These are the small gestures which made our experience wonderful and Id always love to visit BMW of Bellevue again.

I thought the experience was very good. My service agent was great. He was helpful, professional and courteous. The work performed on my car was adequate. The service record was precise which I love. Having said that, there is room for improvement where I was not texted about my car being ready for picked until 5:30pm in the late afternoon. The place was great but the 2012 328i BMW that I purchased with extended warranty from Auto nation needs 5k I repairs 80 days into ownership.The 90 day warranty didn’t cover it because I was a few miles over .The extended warranty didn’t cover its I’m stuck with the repair cost. They even wanted me to pay for the diagnostic however I guess the little lady at the BMW dealership waived the diagnostic fee which I do appreciate .Wow My first BMW is my first lemon.I will never buy through these lemon sellers(Autonation) again.Thanks.

The buying experience was not too bad, although the time was excessively long. However, the vehicle, (which was pre-owned but certified), had an intermittent problem that began as soon as I took possession of the car. The handling of this issue has, so far, been nothing short of a disaster, with the anticipated time for the car to be in for repair now being estimated at a minimum of 4 to 5 days. Also, in spite of demonstrating and providing pictures and sending an email with details, every time I go in I have to start from square one and explain everything all over again.
