I came in to just clean up my hair. Get it slightly trimmed on the sides and top just so it won’t go all over the place. Told the stylist to just take off at most a quarter inch of hair. I don’t know what she thinks a quarter inch is but she about made me bald on the sides and left the top looking like I came out of the fortnight video game. In my opinion this is by far the worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten and I 100% will not be back…

I’ve been going to this Sports Clips ever since moving across country. This place is inviting, and welcoming and has some of the best staff. Today I got one of the best haircuts I have ever received via Angela. Such great attention to detail and making me feel like I have a place to call home. Couldn’t be happier than that

Listen yall do a great job at cutting hair. I am always a MVP when I go because I enjoy the wash and massage and hot face towel. Its great a spa for men. However when someone gets a wash it should be common practice to sit them down and look for spots that may have been missed.

Always a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Everyone is courteous to customers and there is an easy going laid back vibe that does not get in the way of professional speed and efficiency. The stylists are good at what they do. They can perform a wide range of styles to suit your needs or preferences and the hot towel and massage is a great bonus. By far the best stylist is Monica. She is always friendly and professional and probably should get a raise for her efforts.

I walked in with no call ahead, and they were able to seat me right away. I was able to watch some college hoops while getting my hair cut. The hair cut itself was quick, and it turned out very well. I even got a complimentary upgrade for it being my first time at the location; this included a hot towel and a free shampoo with a massage. I recommend even if youre not much into sports. The staff is friendly and efficient.

My son is in college, but when he comes to visit mom, he enjoys going to Sport Clips. They always do a good job, and they are always pleasant!

Second worst haircut experience ever. The woman sid nothing i asked. Cut my hair the way she wanted. I explained i needed to save a bit of money this month so was not gonna do the MVP. She preceded to hassle me about trimming my beard. Saying its part of the deal and she dont mind doing it. Finally i said ok. She then shaved off my entire beard. Then when started hassling me about the MVP again. I finally stop talking. Then when i got to the counter to pay. She charged me for the MVP. Because of the beard trim. Excuse me beard removal! This place is as back as the roadside ripoff mechanics. Ill never return.

Theyve always taken great care of me here. It costs $5 more than a normal barber shop but you get a shampoo, hot towel, and massage so its totally worth it.

I used to think of getting a haircut as an unpleasant chore. If someone ever invented an automated hair-cutting robot-vending-machine, Id probably try it out -- just to avoid the salon experience. Sport Clips (particularly this location at Nippers Corner) has changed all of that. For a modest, reasonable price I get a great haircut and an amazing customer experience. And I strongly recommend the MVP (or double MVP) upgrade; try it once and youll be hooked for life!

Clean and professional.

10 dollar haircuts for a 20 dollar price tag, and they make it awkward and difficult if you choose not to tip. To tip or not to tip should be a personal choice, and making so difficult to select not to tip is manipulative and unethical.Ive been there multiple times and had a few OK experiences, but most have been average or below average. I wont be back after today.

They are always very professional and quick. This is my go to place to keep my hair in check. They also have some great hair product choices. Monica does an awesome job!!!

UPDATE FEB 2018My son still wanted the hot towel treatment and shoulder massage so we returned to this location. )Going in hoping for a makeover, cutting off shoulder length hair, Elizabeth greeted us at the door with a smile eager to take part in his transformation!She did an AMAZING job and he cant wait to go back for her to maintain it!Changing my 2stars to 5 now!paid the same for a half inch trim only we would have paid for a full shampoo, mvp service... staff seems to change alot. requested the same stylist as last time and they ignored that request and the next available took him... overall, not a good visit

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely worst haircut I’ve ever seen and My husband got up and left half way through the massacre of an experience. She had no clue on what a fade was and completely butchered his head. Walked right out

Gave this place a second chance. Been going to sportclips all over but this one was just not good. The last time I went, the stylist rushed though my cut, and I had to check my head and found she nearly missed the majority of the top of my head, causing her to re do the cut. Then when I got home I found that she did not fully clip the side of my head with the 2.5 blade. When I went back the next day to get it fixed, instead of taking the 3 minutes it would have taken to fix a mistake, they said I needed to wait in line. I dont write these much, but that was terrible customer service. I wont be going back

This one lady gave me bangs. No for real. I mentioned it on my next visit and they laughed knowing how terrible this lady was. What a joke. Go to a real barber shop.

Pretty nice place when they arent busy. Every time I come here, my stylist seems to have moved here 5 months ago.

Stay away from Saturday mornings, went today to stylist 4/5 people in line, hour plus to get haircut. No thx, ended up walking out. Learn how to staff/schedule on the weekends.

I needed a haircut, just started a new job in the area and wanted to try them out. The store closes at 8pm. When I put the address in my GPS, it said i would get there at 743pm. I still called to see if I could maybe get put on a waiting list, maybe there even wasnt one? I didnt know, I was just calling to ask. I believe her name was JoAnne, could be wrong but whoever it was it happened the night of 4.12.17, and my bday was the day before and I was meeting my mother for a late dinner afterwards. When I called the lady was very rude and said they were closing right at 8pm. And even if I got there by 743pm that they wouldnt have time to cut my car. I have a very simple mens haircut that takes less then 10 mins to cut, wasnt asking for anything special. I understand that people want to get straight out of there job when its time to go, I get it. I know that if you close the store at 8pm, that your prob scheduled til at least 830pm or 9pm because there has to be closing paperwork and other things that cant be done or shouldnt be done with customers in the building. I have used Sports Clips in other citys. But because of the rudeness and basically refusing to help me I wont be returning. Thankfully there was a great clips in the same area and they were very nice and grateful to cut my hair.

So I dont go to walkin places bc Ive never had a good experience but sometimes when you cant get an appt at a real salon then you have no choice. Well its July 3rd and I need a haircut bad, look at reviews to find the best walkin place against my better judgement. Let me first say that everyone was super nice and customer service was just fine. However when it comes to cutting hair the only thing I care about is how my hair looks. I knew before I even got in the car my hair was going to be jacked up but to avoid embarrassing the lady I waited to check it out in the car, my hair was two different lengths in the front by a lot. So went back in and had another girl fix it the best she could. The back is still not correct and my cowlick is fd. I should have just waited.

Worst haircut of my life, and Ive been through boot camp. Seriously, my assigned butcher said, wow, thats some cowlick, then proceeded to buzz it off down to skull level. My hair is 4 inches long on top, except where my cowlick used to be - its a quarter inch there. Maybe she was distracted because she spent the whole time telling me how supermarket shampoo was drying my hair out, in a misguided effort to push their product onto me. I wouldnt let that person cut the hair on my dog.
