I have trusted this Discount Tire in Bellevue so much that I brought my Audi Q7 there for a new set of tires. I liked the guys (Mitch and Chris) when I checked in. I hoped the technicians did a great job when I left. Unfortunately, I was wrong and so disappointed that they damaged my wheels when they swapped out the tires. The wheels looked pretty beat up with markings and scratches. The assistant manager-Mitch agreed to file a claim with their insurance. Its been 3 weeks and the adjuster has not contacted me. I just want the people out there to know its happened. If you bring your beloved car here, take a lot of pictures before the work and examine their work carefully when you pick it up. Dont be a victim like me.

Wonderful staff. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 and I just dropped it off and picked later in the day. Mark was very friendly and I just had an overall pleasant experience. I been coming here for last 10 years and they never fail to deliver.

Great service! Went in for a flat repair today, dropped the rim off around noon and picked up shortly after five. At pickup, an associate asked me if I wanted them to swap the rim for the donut on the car. After asking about the wait I thanked him for the offer but passed as planned to swap myself quickly before leaving the lot. A few guys from the shop noticed me in the parking lot, got my attention and insisted they could swap the wheel quicker than me. Maybe it was me trying to turn on the Wiggles on my phone for my 1.5 year old so he could watch a show while I swapped the rim or maybe they just wanted to change another wheel out in this heat. Either way, was super nice of them. My little guy loved watching the Discount Tire Crew from the window as we sat in our car as they swapped the wheel out. They even aired up all four, aired the spare and put the spare tire back in the well in the trunk, secured. All of this, service and repair, for NO CHARGE! Their flat repair service is complementary. Suffice to say, we will definitely be back when we need to purchase a new set of tires. Great crew here with great service, you dont see that everywhere.

I visited the discount tire to repair the flat tire and really surprise after they providing the service to me. They repair the flat tire, checked the air pressure in all the tires and set my additional rim into my cars trunk. The best thing was crew was really enjoying the work with a big smile and they are not charging for flat tires. Its really awesome and appreciable work. Thanks a lot Discount tire group. I came in to get all 4 TPMS sensors replaced on my 128i. Mark was very helpful, personable, and got me the best deal possible for the service. Will definitely be returning. Only gripe is that the tech forgot to put my valve stem caps on (luckily I noticed before leaving)

Great service by Jose! I brought in my car in just before they were about to close, but Jose was friendly and quick to help assess my flat. Despite the lateness, he provided three options, quotes, and his thoughtful recommendation. This was followed by proactively ordering my tires and scheduling me for my tire change the next morning after our call, just so I have a quicker turnaround time. I’m sitting in their showroom as I’m writing this review at 6:30pm. It clearly states that they close at 6, and since one of the tires on my S4 is dangerous to drive on, I showed up at 5:50 and these guys graciously took me in without a second thought.I’m coming back here, and commending everyone on their team for staying late to take care of the community. Can’t thank you all enough!

Super easy. Bought tires online and made an appointment, first thing in the morning. They had all my tires changed in 50 minutes and I was back on the road.

The website allowed me browse the selection and compare models and prices and then i phoned in my request to place new tires on order. The appointment check-in process and total turnaround time went smoothly. Staff service was excellent. Safe and Essential Business.

They really are great - will air up, rotate, and repair tires for free, even if they werent bought here. Theyre not really taking walk ins due to Covid19 but you can almost always get an appointment for the next day. Then just check in at the queue, theyll come get you when ready and have you drive your car in/out to avoid touching inside your car. Highly recommend if you need to have an essential tire service performed at this time.

Awful. If you care about your car, go elsewhere. Took my car in to have one tire replaced, asked them to be very careful with the rim since they are near impossible to replace, was given a speech about how customers bring in Porsches all the time and they are experts bla bla, but got it back absolutely covered in scratches and filthy. AVOID.

You have to wear a face mask & pre-schedule a time that works for both you & the store. They sell new high quality tires at reasonable prices & charge a nominal fee to mount & balance them & the extra insurance very reasonably priced which offers extra coverage if the tire ever damage or fails, ask the associates about the additional coverage for peace of mind.We went with Continental Contact AS tires on a 3rd Gen. Prius & testing them even with lower tire pressures resulted in great fuel economy vs the old Michelin Defenders.All the employees we interacted with we polite & professional!I have been buying tires from discount tires for more than 20 years & always have a strongly positive experience & will continue to patronize their business because of the exceptional quality & value they offer!

I was a walk-in (didnt have a reservation or anything) because I got a sudden flat tire.The team at Discount Tire provided an extremely thorough and careful service. They checked the car back to front and fixed the flat tire in under half an hour.They told me the fix was on the house. Wow!Ill definitely be coming back to purchase new tires when the time comes.

When I tell you these people saved my week, I really mean it! I live in Puyallup but happened to be in town for a haircut. About half an hour before their closing time a nail went straight through my tire(You could hear the hissing!) I watched my pressure gauge drop from 39 psi to 18 in no time flat. I knew I couldn’t leave my car anywhere because I had an appointment at 7:30am the next morning, this was an issue that needed to be resolved now or it was going to lose me a lot of money. When I walked into their office 15 minutes before close they were incredibly kind and cordial, they assured me that they would have my car done that night so that I could get home and get to my appointment in the morning. They decided to stay PAST closing time to help me with my car. It’s not often that I encounter customer service like this and I am truly grateful for their help! If you’re looking for a place that values you beyond a number and will go the extra mile, look no further than this location.

Really appreciate being squeezed into the schedule for new tires. Check-in was touchless, and seemed very safe. They got my car done in less than an hour, when I was expecting it to be the end of the day. No complaints. Very satisfied.

Ive visited the Bellevue Discount Tire several times for tire rotations on my Tesla, and the service has been consistently excellent. The employees are friendly, courteous, and hard-working, and theres an all-around good vibe. Theyve never once tried to sell me anything. When it came time to buy new tires, of course I wanted to give them my business since they had been rotating my tires for free. Turns out, their price on the tires I wanted was as good or better than the competition. On top of that, they actually were able to save me even more money by processing a tire milage warranty claim on my previous tires, and I ended up spending quite a bit less than I had budgeted for. They really didnt have to do that for me but they totally went above and beyond--thank you, Mitch! Also, it took only two days between placing the order for new tires to getting them installed! Couldnt be more pleased with the whole experience.

Terrible communication, dont answer their phones, dont contact customer when car is supposed to be ready, we just have to guess... Ive been trying to call the for 30 minutes, but keep getting prompted to use the website which cannot help this situation. My car was supposed to be ready about 3 hours ago but I have not been contacted by the store. This is ridiculous and extremely inconvenient.

The folks at the Bellevue WA Discount Tire store went way out of their way today to accommodate my needs. I was facing a tough to meet time line to deliver one of the wheels they were swapping out winter to summer to the wheel repair people because of their early closing time. Zip! Swish! I was in and out of there in a flash and made it to the wheel people on time.

I got a new set of tires from a terrible shop about a year ago. I’ll never go back.Got a flat and came to Discount Tire here at the recommendation of family. They patched the tire at no charge and actually never even set foot in my vehicle. They had me pull the car into the bay and then I waited while they took just a few minutes to work on the car. When done, I drove it out.This was reduced risk of others in my vehicle during the pandemic was much appreciated. If you think about it, these guys could be spreading germs between all of the cars they work on throughout the day, but their solution works!Short summary: they patched a tire by another shop for free in record time with the best-in-class professionalism. I’ll be back when I need new tires.

This place is amazing! COVID SAFE measures for their staff and customers. They took care of my car no problem, there was a bit of a wait but I didnt have an appointment so I wasnt bothered by having to wait. They were courtious to everyone and even when they have to deal with pretentious a**holes, Im sorry but they were busy and people had the nerve to demand they cut to the front of the line because they had stuff to do, EXCUSE ME but I got stuff to do too!! When the associate offered options he was cussed at and the dude left and even worse the employee followed him and apologized. I told him not to apologize because he was doing his best and doing right by everyone. I had to get online and make sure these people got the credit they deserve!

Have you ever been to a place where there is more staff standing around doing nothing when there is an overflow of customers. Well this is that place. If you value your time try another location or Les Schwab right down the street.

I am very please with Discount Tire for their professionalism, the knowledge of the staff, timely service and how caring they were about my needs of afforaity and pricing. The online appointment scheduling is the best way tto gert prompt service without wait for ther next opening in their schedule. This is a very busy shop, so if you care about your time spent, schedule your appointment online or call before you show up. I felt I received tyher best service possible and was given enough information to make the right decision for the well being of my safety for my vehicle.

To get a job on your car they ask you to make an appointment so they can work on your car. I made the appointment for 9 am. I arrived 15 minutes before the agreed time and 1 hour has passed and they cannot work on my car.

When I purchased these tires. I was not given the option to wave the certificate. It was just added on to the price of the tires. When I went back to store WAS 02 I was informed by the manager(Mitchell Hodge) that it was standard procedure to add on the certificate charge even if the customer doesnt ask for it. The owner of the car wants to know why/what the certificate is for. Your website say that we will ask you if you want a certificate for repair, refund or replacement. I would like some sort of certificate (one that is not printed on my computer) Thank You. BTW. Other than this issue the service was great.UPDATE. Great place. Ordered the tires. Had them installed two days later. There was a small mistake with the invoice but it was corrected and was reimbursed with full warranty on the tire. Would buy tires from them again.

I love Discount Tire. Every time I have to deal with them I am impressed. I moved from a different state and used that company in different state. I got flat tire and came to them again ( due to good experience before). Their not only replaced my tire using warranty, but also honestly told me I do not have to change another tire I wanted to check just in case. I know many places who would try to upsell just because. Quick, friendly, dependable. Definitely would come back again.

Ive had very polarizing experiences here. When I first got my tires a few years ago, I was hooked up with a great deal on some great Hankooks. A few days ago, we took our car in because it felt like our brand new Toyos had a pretty significant vibration. We set up and appointment and had to wait 45 minutes in the car before they even took the car in. Then they gave the car back and did not say anything about if the tires were unbalanced or defective, and just said heres your car, gotta go.

There were some scheduling issues but the staff was extremely helpful. Really appreciated having the floor mats vacuumed. Nice touch!!

Had an appointment to replace tires that they had me get there early for to make sure theyd be ready. Promised me it would be done in an hour and that I shouldnt leave the store because itd be so quick. After, 1.5 hours Im at the store looking at my car in the bay with no wheels on it and nobody working on it. Expect the Discount customer service in addition to the Discount tires, this place is awful.

After getting a recommendation from Costco to replace our minivan tire due to a puncture we brought it to discount tire. They had no issues patching the puncture, no charge. Customer service was amazing, quick and courteous.

Every time(around 5 to 6 times) I had a flat tire they said it’s not fixable coz it has a nail in it and asked me to buy a new tire. So I got the tire warranty package last time when I had a flat tire. However this time when I had a flat tire coz it had a nail in it they said it’s fixable. Why?? Coz either they lied before saying it’s not fixable to sell tires or this time they lied saying it’s fixable just because they have to replace a tire since I had the warranty package.. never expected this from discount tire. I will not be back again ..

I went in for a flat repair this morning, had a screw in my tire! Was so very pleased with the curbside service, employees were masked (except one), courteous, and quick! And after all was said and done...there was no charge! I have used Discount Tire to purchase tires in the past, and have always appreciated their prices and services but today was above and beyond what iexpected

My experience with most Discount Tire stores were positive until coming to this one. I got here before they opened, and got checked in pretty quick right after they were open. The guy who checked me in told me to wait in the car and someone else will come get me to pull into the bay. I waited for 40 minutes watching people who got here later than me got called to pull in their cars. So I went to talk to them. I was told a wait time of over 3 hours, and learnt about the new policy of the appointment schedule. I wasnt expecting waiting in the car for that long so I left. I totally understand about the new policy during this pandemic, however the guy could have simply gave me a heads up when he checked me in. Thats not even a service improvement issue, its a common sense to let your customers know about long wait time.

Excellent service very competitive pricing and remember you can always go back and get the air filled in your tires on 130th side of shop .

Why am I leaving a review of a tire shop? Because I had such a pleasant experience there. There were no up-sales, no scare tactics, and no surprises. I bought my tires online on a Friday and went in on a Monday morning. Waited an hour and I was done. All the guys I had contact with were very professional and friendly. If you guys are reading this, I appreciate the efforts you put in there for customers to have a great experience.

I stopped at this store to check the tire pressure of my vehicle. Waited for like 5 minutes before an attendant came out to help me. He was very polite and checked the manufacturer suggested tire pressure on my vehicle. He checked all four tires and ensured each tire was inflated to the spec. Simple, easy, and no hassle.

They were extremely accommodating and had wonderful customer service! I will definitely be going to them again for all my tire needs!

Discount Tire always delivers whenever I need them. Flat tires suck. They take you out of your normal routine or divert your plan, not to mention the headache of dealing with the problem itself. DT helped me, did it quickly (admittedly I was lucky with timing - there was an immediate opening) and - much to my amazement- did it for free.This mornings flat tire was a little different, a sidewall gash that is unrepairable. And because of AWD, amd 4/32 tread depth I need to replace all 4. DT got me in and out the door in 40 minutes. Awesome!

I day, I went for Flat Tire repair. Front desk just told me to wait at outside and he is going to forward someone for that issue. After 20 minutes, I went there to check again, I did it 2 more time. and every time he told me to wait at outside. After 35 minutes, he told that Did you checked in?. I said, are you saying that after 30 minutes, I was waiting here for no reason. He told me that he knows someone waiting for 45 minutes. I asked his name and he yelled after that. His name is Michael G.

I called to this guys about tire changing for Lexus CT200h and asked them will they have a room for me if I come in 40 minutes. They said “yes”. When I got there a guy told me that they not accepting any vehicles after 3pm and my car will be done only by tomorrow. I spent my time in traffic to get there and they refused to serve my car. Inappropriate. They don’t appreciate their customers. If you wanna waste your time and money - that’s a great place for that. If google have an option for 0 star, I would definitely put zero.

Hello my name is Arman. I am one of this people who car extremely about my car. Especially my 2016 WRX. Andrew the person who swapped my summers for winters is by far the best employee I met there. Really nice kid and very respectful.

I needed new tires ASAP, and showed up at Bellevue Discount Tire as the opened. Incredibly, they had tires in stock for my BMW M3s aftermarket wheels, and had them installed in a few hours. Amazing service considering I was a walk-in.

Made appointment on Friday to have tires put on. Gave check to wife to pay for tires. Store manager Michael stated they do not accept checks without ID. Did not offer any other options for payment or solutions. Asked to speak with his supervisor and he stated he would not give it to me. Called another Discount tire store in inquire about payment options. They stated payments could be made online for the tires without buyer being present. I felt Manager Michael should have had knowledge of this option so we would avoid two trips, gas money and time wasted.

Emily Zachary and Michael were the service reps on duty when I got in. They managed to get me a good deal on my hummer H3 tires and I was able to get in without an appointment. However if time is of essence then an appointment is definitely recommended. Two of my tires were going flat every night so I could not wait but you can get an appointment at a day or two days notice. Making an appointment well in advance also helps you get the tires of your choice.I would recommend checking the website for rebates or asking in store as well. Many companies offer mail in rebates.

They had the tires I wanted (Michelin Pilot Sport 4S) in stock at the physical store location. From what I gather, they don’t take appointments? I did a walk in and had my car ready in 3 hours. It is worth noting that they don’t provide any tire work outside of the shop, so you’ll have to get your car towed there if the tire is bust. Friendly and courteous staff. Will come here again! Also, don’t forget to ask for any rebates they have running at the time.

The person was really nice and informative, took the time to discuss a lot of details with me. He pushed his special discount and price, but that was done with respect and not harsh, so thats the game I get it :). When I resisted, he cut the price of the tire he was suggested from $96 to 70$, and he finally got me :p.Once the job was done, the technician explained all the details and answered all my questions. My spare wheel was put correctly and cleanly in its spot.I would recommend the place :).

Too Busy to care. They didnt call me to say, come get your car its ready. or there wasnt any damage to tire from the nail that was in it. Nope, I called them after 2 hours and they said it was all ready. I get there and they did nothing but take the nail out and drip liquid over the hole to see if it bubbled showing air leakage. Who knows if they checked tire psis??

Some body slashed one of my tires today, brought it in expecting to have to buy a new tire, they said it was covered by the warranty and just charged me $16 for mounting a brand new tire, that was it. No upselling, no trying to scare me into buying 4 new tires for a front wheel drive vehicle, no trying to talk me into getting them siped like the guys that run to your car. The closest Discount Tires to my home is 100 miles and I keep going to them. Reasonable prices, good service and not much BS.Thanks.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Had some issues with putting larger tires on my Tundra. Joe went above and beyond to make me happy. Other staff including Michael and Brett were super friendly and accommodating. Plan to leave your vehicle for the day because it’s very busy and there is no need to sit in a waiting room with how easy it is to get an Uber downtown.
