My family has used them for all our vehicles for the past 15+ years and they’ve always done good work. Not the most economical necessarily… but at least there’s the peace of mind knowing it’s quality work and I would say the cost averages out to be fair over time and absolutely worth what you get.

It was a great experience, I got to deal with the owner and was treated very well. They wont let a vehicle leave unless it meets their standards of excellence, professionalism and top quality of work. More then happy with my truck back on the road and restored to her former glory.

First let me say that EVERYONE at this business is great and friendly. Matt is simply awesome. He is friendly, explains exactly what is going on with your car and what they are doing, and most importantly he is straight forward with what the costs are. They do not tag on random fees. The invoice has exactly what they did and the cost, no lump sump vague service like my previous dealership experiences. This will definitely be my go to car repair shop as long as they are in business. Plus points on Matt being funny!

These guys are awesome! Theyre always up front about what your car needs and doesnt. Theyve gotten my car taken care of faster than the quoted time, most of the time. I really appreciate that they will explain whats going on and show me what needs to be fixed. Bonus points: they dont do any of the sexist bs I encounter at some other repair shops. I would definitely recommend them!

I was in a car accident and the body shop that repaired my car could not fix the window - it wouldnt stay rolled up. The body shop sent me to Sa-Go to see if they could fix the window. Not only was it easy to get an appointment, they made the repair in only 20 minutes! They were friendly, prompt and fast! I will definitely be going back!

Great service and personality! A few times, jobs were so small that they fixed my car immediately and sent me off without charging a fee.They work fast and usually charge less than the original quote.

We have been going to Matthew even before he was Sa-Go Auto. He is the best mechanic we have ever had. He is honest, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, very reasonable, oh and did I say honest ? :) He always will let us know what is coming down the pike to fix on our cars not expecting us to fix it all at that visit.We trust him with every one of our cars. The best auto repair shop in Bellevue or Redmond ! They are honest, friendly and very fairly priced. I took my wifes car in for brakes and saved a lot vs. dealership pricing, with better we service. The best and most honestI hardly write any reviews but I definitely need to write this one. I am Mathew`s customer for more than an year and recently my car`s power window was not working. So I took it to Mathew for getting it fixed. As usual he gave me an honest suggestion and he did not even charge a penny for it and got it fixed. He told honestly that window clips needs be glued and nothing else.If I had taken it somewhere else they would have charged me $300 by saying the motor/regulator need to be replaced.It is very difficult to find honest folks and I am lucky to have found Mathew.In short if you want an honest, cost saving, reliable and excellent service go to Mathew

If youre in the Bellevue/East side area and need work done, I cant recommend Matt enough- hes the man. I work in healthcare, and understand the frustration that comes with the service industry, but Matt has a gift for simplifying complex problems and fixes into terms everyone can understand. Hes such a personable guy; he even went out of his way to write up a list of good hikes/fishing spots for me (Im new to the area). He answered every question I had with confidence (and extra information) and was a great guy to talk to/work with. Ive had a tough time finding a good shop around here (used to the small town lifestyle), but Matt and his crew remind me of home. Affordable, quick and thorough work- definitely recommend them.

Im so glad we found Sa-Go, now two years ago. These guys will tell you whats going on with your vehicle and take the time to explain it to you! They are honest about pricing and I always feel that Ive gotten a great value. They let me know when its time for maintenance in advance, so that I dont have to think about what might go wrong. I have such a peace of mind since we take our Honda to Sa-Go Auto.

I was planning on purchasing a used car from a private seller. I called 15 different mechanics in Bellevue. The price for a buyers inspection ranged from $85-200. My last attempt (alphabetically) was Sa-Go. Matthew, the owner answered and was so pleasant. He said he didnt charge for an inspection and that he would squeeze me in during the holiday week. He said if he had to spend more than 20 minutes looking at the car, I shouldnt be buying it. So very true! Matthew found a few things wrong with it and guess, what? He now has a loyal customer who will come for repairs in the future. I would definitely recommend Sa-Go!

The car reminded me that Service A was needed. I emailed three stores to make an inquiry. The first store started quoting $1394. I googled the specific maintenance items of Service A and found that they were quoting according to Service B, bullying me, a woman who doesn’t understand cars! But they forgot to google it 😂! I emailed them again and asked them to quote on Service A, which turned out to be $287.The second store is Sa-go Auto Repair. I especially want to praise this store, and I strongly recommend that everyone go to this store for car repairs in the future! The owner, Matthew, is a warm and humorous person, about 50 years old, and most of the maintenance staff in the shop are also gray-bearded people, all of them are gentle and polite. After the last car repair experience, this shop is really flattered! Back to the subject, Matthew replied to his email that he is welcome to reset it in 15 minutes or so at any time. I was confused. I went this morning. A handsome repairman went to the parking lot and spent a few minutes to reset the meter., And then let me drive away, no charge [呲牙], I said there are light bulbs to be replaced, and the front tires need to be pumped up. Then he drove the car into the repair shop. A few minutes later, the owner smiled and told me to read the email I wrote, and then said: Sorry, he thought my car had been serviced but didn’t reset the gauges. Now it takes an hour. Come to do maintenance Service A. After waiting for almost an hour to complete the maintenance, I changed the oil filter and oil, and also changed three light bulbs. The final charge was only $162!Sooooo suprise!When paying the bill, the owner started to say that it would cost more than 700, and I said: you mean my bill? He smiled and said: just kidding! Don’t scare me, okay, after the car repair last time, I really thought I met the sacker again [呲牙]In short, the people you meet in Sa-go make you feel comfortableThe third store directly emailed back and asked me to call for consultation during working hours and hit your sister [smile]
