They dont care, whats the point in renting in these apartments if the person renting is responsible for issues that the office needs to deal with.

If you live in an apartment complex... On the lease you sign has nowhere on there that you have to have a valid car with tags to live here.. Theses people go around an put papers on tenants cars saying they have 7days to gets tags or your car will be towed. If I ever walk outside an see my car gone you will be sued an trust me you will pay off my car an get my tags when Im done

I dont live here,but have viewed townhomes and have heard good things since new management came in. The office mangers have been reapectful and helpful when I have came into office. The office was clean,and the grounds looked well maintained. It was pretty quiet during the day,I am not sure how it is at night.The Sara Lee company smells great.Again, not a resident but have had nothing but good experiences.

I lived there for a long time and it was great but now there better.

2yrs my car hasnt been broken into yet, that should say enough. Spontaneous kids are everywhere be cautious and drive slow.

I will never recommend this place to anybody. The staff is very unprofessional .Dont care too much about safety. The whole company sucks..they had my son and i wait 3 hours for keys to my apartment. After they said they didnt know where they were. If you want a safe place for your family this isnt the place or the people.. Such a shame they still in business ..they dont care about the safety of children ..chandler view please shut down .. They can say what they want but how many lawsuits they have bc of no snow removal or ice ..broke my leg on the property before. Nobody from the office ever asked was I ok. Just a dam shame these people have jobs ..never rent from these people .They dont fix anything either zero stars

I have asked the to fix the blind in my kitchen for 4 weeks and the hole the maintenance said they would fix 4-5 months ago so for the holidays my house would be ready and to this day nothing it’s the 26th of December and they have yet to fix anything but my friend who also lives here calls and in no more than 30 min the maintenance is at her door !!!

I HAD ONE OF THOSE POPSICLES THAT YOU SNAP IN HALF TO GET 2, THIRTEEN YEARS LATER I STILL REMEMBER ITS EXACT COLOR! IT WAS YELLOW! I WATCHED MY VERY 1ST EPISODE OF SPONGEBOB! IT WAS EITHER SPONGEBOB B.C. OR DUNCES AND DRAGONS! I REMEMBER MY COUSIN VISITING ONCE AND USING A KALEISOSCOPE FOR THE VERY 1ST TIME! I REMEMBER SWALLOWING A PENNY! I REMEMBER GOING ONTO THE BIG DVD SHELF AND SEEING A COUPLE OF SPONGEBOB DVDS AND I WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO READ THEM EVEN THOUGH I WAS ONE OR TWO YEARS OLD! THEY WERE CALLED SPONGEBOB GOES PREHISTORIC AND LOST IN TIME!! BUT ONE DAY I MOVED OUT @T AGE TWO BUT I WAS AWAKE AND I WAS IN THE CAR WHILE MOVING AND I STILL REMEMBER THE DIRECTIONS MY FATHER DROVE TO 11041 OLD 36TH ST BELLEVUE, NEBRASKA! MY FAMILY THOUGHT THAT I WOULDNT REMEMBER THIS PLACE BUT THEY WERE WRONG! HAHAHAHAHAHA! MAN I MISS THIS PLACE.
