Very spacious apartment — about 1500 sq feet for 2B2B. This is the best apartment I can get in the downtown Bellevue given the price. Convenient distance to supermarkets, restaurants, haircuts, banking and etc. Quiet and safe place to live in. Very friendly leasing office staffs. The concierge sent us a broken link to the application and before we could contact him the apartment got leased out. We flew in all the way from Chicago to finalize and once we are back, we find out that the apartment is gone. I called the management to see what can be done and if they had similar floor plan in the same price point but they just casually say no. They werent even willing to meet us in the middle in spite of it being their fault and owning up to it. Our entire trip to Bellevue became a waste and now we have to hunt for apartments all over again from Chicago. They just want business and dont really care who is affected and how.

I want to thank Sabrina. She is the only housing consultant who speaks different languages. I have been living in Ashton for almost a year. She helped us solve many problems. Generally speaking, my friends and I are very satisfied with Ashton!

The sq listed is much smaller than the real area of the apt. We signed a room with 1080 sq without seeing the room, but we found that the real area is even less than 900 sq when we move in. We were really disappointed when we see the room. We finally refuse to move in and got the deposit and application fee back. It’s really a bad experience. I suggest you can look at the “real” room before you sigh the contract. I should have rated them as 1 star, but I still rate 2 star as they are still somewhat reasonable to have my money back.

Imagine having a tiring day all day, and coming home to get some sleep at around 8pm, and all you hear is a party in the courtyard and non stop baby crying from there for couple hours.And when you call the office, and was told by the maintenance emergency guy that there is NO night security, and your best bet is wait for the leasing office tomorrow or call the police...And its not an infrequent occurrence. When its not running, theres always some group gathering, and theres always baby crying. In the midst of summer, sometimes it goes real late

Noise pollution 24/7 don’t rent here overpriced for the constant noises all day all night, which could be prevented if they just repaired the large grate in the alley. People drive over this and you can hear and feel this. Worst place I have ever lived.

I lived there for three months and yes, I had a few problems with them, but I am giving five stars anyway and feel that they definitely deserve them, because they always solved these problems in a manner that was in my favor.Plus, by living there, you enjoy world-class amenities, a purely delightful location in the center of one of Washington State’s fastest growing large cities, which also happens to be one of the most modern (in my opinion) and one of the 10 safest (a serious statistical fact, not my opinion) cities in the whole USA.

My wife and I lived here back in 2011 for 12 months and loved it! In 2017, we needed to find an apartment again. We looked at all of the high-end apartment complexes in downtown Bellevue but it was obvious to us that Ashton is where we belong. So, we moved here again for the second time. We love our apartment, the amenities, the location, and the people! The lobby is gorgeous and welcomes us home every day. All the staff is great but Chrystle has been especially incredible to work with! I would highly recommend Ashton to anyone who wants to live in a beautiful place, in an amazing location, surrounded by great people!

This is the best apartment building Ive lived in. Ive never been in a building where all the residents are so friendly. Residents say hello when they see you, and people seem happy. The concierge always greets you when youre heading off to work, and someone is there to say hello when you get home. The staff, especially Chrystle and Geralyn plan great events, like summer and holiday parties, and bring different local businesses for events. They go our of their way to make it a great place to live.

Ive lived in 10+ Apartment Communities across four states, and The Ashton by far has provided the best experience. From the Leasing Teams genuine desire to find one a unit they love, to the Concierges level of friendliness and service, Ive found a home-base at the Ashton for all the Pacific Northwest has to offer.The Good: Excellent Location, Strong Building Materials (Sound Resistant Walls and Concrete floors), Free Coffee, Reliable Central Air Conditioning, Staff, Large Garage, and Interior Home Finishings.Considerations:Street Noise - This Building is built exceptionally well with great windows, however as with any downtown location, be prepared to hear sirens and high performance cars zipping down 10th if in a lower unit. The location and convenience that comes with it makes the rush hour noise well worth it though.Neighbors - There are a few friendly folks Ive met during my stay, however being a higher end community, dont expect to meet people in their late 20s or early 30s looking for new friends. Try the Waterscape in Kirkland if thats what youre going for.

We have lived at Ashton for about 5 years. 4 of them good but the past year things have gone downhill. There was an incredible manager Wes who was amazing but unfortunately the current manager does not create the same positive building atmosphere like Wes did (with residents or the staff). The maintenance & leasing staff have always been lovely however. The building has many positive points such as ample parking, a large roundabout for Uber/Lyft drop-offs or pick-ups as well as a large alley behind the building for moving trucks. Since its concrete & steel we personally havent ever found there to be any noise issues. Its been very quiet for us. You can hear a baby cry or a piano here & there but nothing major. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here for the most part.

Twice Ive been here to see apartments and twice the person at the entrance was rude (today and 3 years ago). I contacted them via their website to come and see apartments on a Tuesday and by Saturday I hadnt gotten a reply. I decided to drive by and arrived 18 mins before the leasing office was closed. The woman at the entrance said Too bad. She had to close early because she had another engagement. They obviously dont want my money and I wont give it to them.
