This is actually a great complex. I moved from out of state and was able to handle all of the paperwork remotely and secure my studio with the help of Li Li. She was extremely accommodating, particularly with the key acquisition, even though I was out of state and would be arriving over the weekend when the office was closed and everyone went home for the weekend. Quite helpful.This is actually my second time moving here as well. I chose this complex twice. The new studio I moved into is very clean and excellent quality.

Li Li is super helpful shes kind friendly. I havent move in yet but she tell me about everything. And all the details was clear. Shes very professional and wonderful at the same time. Thank you LiLi for all your help you make the world a better place with people like you

I have not moved in yet but LiLi has been fantastic to work with. She has kept me informed about available units and has been extremely patient with me while I decide which unit makes the most sense for me. Im really looking forward to moving in!

Large apartment complex in north east side of Bellevue. Have a couple of friends that I visit there. Large older apartment complex with lots of two story assembled around several small courtyards and connected by intersecting pathways. Studio and 1 bedroom units that I have seen. Only a few handicap parking that I have noticed. Guest parking is uncovered and unmarked spots Handicap accessibility were added to property years after original construction. I am unaware of any of the leasing agreements and cost.

Excellent place to stay at Timberwood Apartments. Affordable rent.

Now Ive had bad maintenance, and this maintenance team does a fantastic job. Im thrilled!!! The staff in the office have been respectful, kind, and helpful.

Very rude and can’t comunicate like they are suposted too, this place really needs new managements, I have to constantly transalate for costumers because the stuff is rude to them, please help

Horrible and terrible management and maintenance, these are very difficult people to deal with, stay away! Trying to get any kind of repair done is like pulling teeth. They have also vandalized my vehicle multiple times by placing non-removable stickers on the windshield (only possible to remove with a razor blade).When I came into the office to ask why, they told me it was because they did not know which unit my parking pass belonged to!? Well they were the ones who issued this pass to me after I moved in.The second time was when I woke up one morning to see a note taped to my car and non removable stickers saying that it will be towed. Turns out they were going to be painting new parking lines but they did not even have the courtesy to give a 24hour notice to move my car, the maintenance guy said, too bad and youre lucky it wasnt towed yet.The older lady in the office was very rude when I asked her why they did not give us a 24hour notice. She called me a “dumb bell” and told me to “get the heck out” of her office when I explained that this was vandalism.I should have listened to all the reviews of this horrible dump before I signed the lease. Stay away from these moldy and badly managed apartments.Rent increases for any changes they make like after newer laundry machines were installed, it is close to impossible to do laundry anyway! Expect to find every machine full even hours after checking on them again.Additional problems: Extremely dark apartments, living room and bedroom don’t even have a single light socket…, sticky pavement next to my apartment for months(sticky shoes after), thin walls, moldy bathroom(clearly mold was just painted over), can smell that someone is smoking outside when all windows and doors are closed, parking issues are never-ending(they will give you a sticker for parking backwards), their tiny pool that they boast about is a huge joke, twigs and leaves everywhere you turn.Too bad I can’t give negative reviews.

The new Management doesnt seem as friendly. I try to ask questions but get only rude short answeres. Doesnt seem to really care if you live there or not.

Cant get the app to turn off after I was picked up in Seattle

I do not like that I called to inquire about a place and the lady on the phone made it sound like an apt was available, but then asked me my name and then stated they had nothing to call elsewhere. Are you people discriminating against Spanish People. I will report you! if you keep doing this, it will be under investigation. I am appalled that in 2016 we still undergoing these differences.

Customer service is horrible. You go to the main office with a intention to fix things and they get mad at you for mistakes they make. New management sucks.Its really hard to get things fix in this place, and when they do something management gives you small time frame to organize your stuff.Never seen a place where they waists so much paper. Always a letter on almost every door. Alot of mistakes on the letters, always apologize because they made a mistake.Manager and assistant manager get very defensive when you complain about their mistake Instead of been polite.Corporate should send a form to review management and the place so they can see how bad this place is.Oh and be careful with the racums, they will stay outside your door

Extremely - LOUD - place to live. Large construction trucks constantly in and out, all morning leaf-blowers, and loud music.Why does the guy with the leaf-blower need to stay in generally the same place for almost 3 hours back and forth?
