Horrible experience!!! My kid had allergy and almost can not breathe, because they install toxic air fresheners in elevators!!!And manager do nothing!!

This is a seriously awesome complex. Ive lived in a few building around Seattle/Bellevue and this is by far the best. The best thing about it is the staff. They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ive lived here for about a year now and have had zero complaints. Maintenance is quick, the amenities are great (when theyre open due to COVID), the units are fairly quiet, and the roof is awesome. Great location and competitive pricing.

Amazing place and great location!I really like the fact you can actually see inside all types of apartments before you decide what you want. The staff is amazing. Dahzia was so patient with me and answered all my annoying questions!

Pete greeted my husband and I for our apartment viewing with accusations and assumptions that I cannot afford to live here based on my current residence (a luxury apartment building in downtown Bellevue) and proceeded to insult us by interrupting us to talk with a woman asking a question outside the leasing office on the street.When I asked for the price of parking he replied with a range and said parking didn’t matter if you can’t afford the apartment. Which much to his surprise, I actually CAN afford.I am appalled and disappointed in this kind of treatment. If Pete did this to me and my husband I’m sure he has done it to others. I immediately left the building, although very nice and beautiful I was turned off by this sort of behavior to customers.Please Pete, do me a favor. Next time you greet a possible customer, greet them with “how can I help you?” Or “what kind of apartment are you looking for?” Not “where do you live now, oh you can’t afford this.”...

BLU Bellevue is the perfect location and a beautiful new building. The staff, specifically Ashley and Pete, have been so incredibly kind and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend living here!

Awesome place to live. Staff is super friendly and genuine. Never have had a better apartment.
