I’ve had a great experience with management. They were very responsive, understanding, helpful and cooperative. They sent gifts and cards during holidays and my birthday as a small token of appreciation.During the pandemic, I left my apartment for an extended period of time. Adagio management team willingly helped clear perishables in the apartment and double checked the safety in the apartment.I’ve only had a great experience with the Adagio, and special thanks to Erika, maintenance team and management team for their support during my stay. Highly recommended

I have lived in this community for 2.5 years. The management -mainly Shelby, Erika, Oscar and Tsolomon are very friendly and responsive for any in home work orders. Spacious Parking area and closer to all nearby amenities to grocery shopping and work location.I would recommend living in this apartments with good light, non smoking rules and less noise from surroundings.Spacious rooms helped us to work pleasantly during the pandemic times

Ive lived in Adagio for 4 years since 2017. At the beginning, I chose Adagio is because it is the best looking apt in this neighborhood, large window, nice paint color, big parking lot. It closes to shopping center, highway and parks. The rent is reasonable in this area. Im so happy that I chose Adagio. It is a well maintained community and Shelby, Erica and the management team are professional and friendly. Their response to the repairs are always fast. Im very thankful and feeling being well taken care of.

One of the best communities I have lived in so far.The leasing office folks especially Erica and Shelby are committed to their responsibilities, are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your requests and answer your questions. This is especially important to me since I have found this to be rare in my past experiences.The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, clean, and the community folks are cordial and sweet.Close to quite a few great restaurants too! The apartment was spacious with a breakfast bar in kitchen and had full sized living room windows, which was an added plus.I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe and supportive neighborhood :)

Great place for stay. I lived here for over two years with my wife, and our experience was positive. The apartment, we stayed at, was in a good shape. I did not have any major complaints during my stay. At times, when we did have complaints, like clogged toilet, accidentally locking bathroom from inside, the management was supportive in resolving those problems in timely manner. Thank you Shelby, Erika, and entire management staff for your service.The community is safe. One can see kids and families playing around or walking on a sunny day inside community, which was a great way to connect :). It is close to grocery stores, Microsoft and public bus stop, all these are nice to have.Monthly rent was also lower than average amount in the neighborhood communities. Personally, I liked the layout of the one bed apartments. Had I not had need for a two bath apt., I would have extended my lease.If I have to be over-critical, insulation between floors/ceilings is not that great. Therefore, one can hear stomping noise from apartment above, especially when family above have kids. However, I understand that this is not something we can do much about. We were lucky to have great neighbors, who were considerate, and used to be careful during usual sleep time hours.

Adagio is one of the best apartments we have lived in. It’s was very peaceful, greener behind M building is so beautiful with birds musical chirping and big tree. We had an amazing stay, special thanks to Erika and Shelby for making our stay completely stress free and always being cooperative and responsive. Shelby even helped us with attestation for no cost. Erika also always helped us with any maintenance request we raised and check with us if we were satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend any of our friends looking for apartment lease in Bellevue location. Thanks again Adagio!

The best management I ever interacted with in the US. Shelby and Erica resolve any issues immediately and are available at all times. The apartments are nice too, with lots of pine trees, big patios and large windows to let the light in.

Wonderful experience. Both ladies I worked with (Shelby and Erica) were phenomenal at their work. The apartment (I stayed in a 1bd room) was huge and there was lots of space. There are huge windows which we loved and the view was good as well. I spent a lot of days playing Tennis as well and the community is very friendly.

Adagio is a great place to stay. Both Erika and Shelby are FANTASTIC!! such an asset to their management. We signed the lease from out of state and could not come to the apartment for a month due to COVID. they were very helpful with taking care of our packages and mails etc. Ver professional and friendly.

We were at Adagio for an year between 2019-2020 the entire community is just very welcoming & warm. Shelby, Erika at the leasing office, Solomon and Oscar from the maintenance & support team and others were very nice, helpful & courteous and are good at what they do. We will miss this community for sure. We also liked the energy, vibes and their monthly community events. I took off 1 star from the rating for security reasons, we witnessed a few incidents of thefts, we ourselves were victims of carjacking, nothing to do with the staff here, probably the management can have some measures in place to protect the community better.

Moving from another state during a pandemic is hard. Shelby and Erica  went above and beyond to make my move and transition easier for me in every possible way!! All staff are very welcoming  and friendly! Beautiful apartment and clean and green area.  I would recommend Adagio to anyone looking for an apartment home.

Full 5 stars to Adagio. We have made so many memories here and built many lasting relationships. Most friendly community and a great place to be in if you have kids. Had a fantastic view of Tennis court from my living room, and enjoyed evenings watching some good games. The staff is very responsive and helpful, Thanks much to Shelby and Erica! During my time here in 2 years, I never had a concern that was not addressed the same day. I recommend this place for anyone looking for 2-bed apartments in Bellevue/Redmond.

Truly the perfect place to call home! The office and maintenance staff are extremely prompt and truly care about your experience. I moved in two months ago, during the middle of the pandemic, site unseen, and the apartment was PERFECT and SPOTLESS!! The constant communication from the office during the move was a huge help and really appreciated! There is plenty of storage, and new appliances in the kitchen as well. My favorite part would have to be the floor to ceiling windows! The patio is also quite large and my favorite place to lounge! The location is perfect, not even 10 minutes from downtown Bellevue, and a short walk away from a park! Overall, I highly recommend these apartments. You truly can not beat this location, price, and service!!! Huge shout out to Shelby and Erika for their amazing customer service! So happy with my new home:)

Amazing management team here Shelby and Erika are responsive and and very kind. Moved here recently during the pandemic the apartment was spotless and they even gave a little care package with some travel sized cleaning supplies which I never received at my old place! Big floor to ceiling windows keep my cat happy watching people and birds. Kitchen is beautifully updated. I could not be happier and am so glad I moved here!

Apartments are nice, recently renovated, and grounds well kept but the staff is amazing. I have lived here for about a year and although I appreciate my apartment, it is what I expect to get for what I pay for it. The service here is what sets Adagio apart. Couldnt be more satisfied with how Im treated, there timeliness, how I watch them interact with others and how the dealt with any issues I had. Safe, clean, quiet apartments with amazing staff. Erika and Shelby get 10 stars.

Great apartment complex. Spacious roads and very good ventilation. Big windows are a delight. Maintenance is excellent. If you file a service request, they do it on the same day itself. Really really enjoyed the stay here.

Great layout and renovation. Still cheaply built though so its unavoidable to hear the noise from neighbors and every walking steps on the stairs. The rent is high since its right next to Microsoft. The leasing office responds fast. I was disappointed about their quote about move-out fees - it was fairly high even though I took a great care of the unit. Their leasing practices is questionable. A lot of leasing companies are changing their practice to be more friendly to tenants but I think they are taking advantage when they can. If you just consider the deposit a lost money then its still good deal compared to other nearby places.

I lived at Adagio Apartments for about three years starting in 2018 and lived in - at the time - the most recently renovated apartment and only moved out because of unfortunate circumstances that had nothing to do with the complex themselves, otherwise I would of actually continued my lease!Where do I begin? The staff are an absolute delight and will respond in a timely manner and help you with whatever needs ASAP which is normally a hit or miss with staff at most apartments. Here, they will try to accommodate you to the best of their abilities to make sure your living experience at Adagio is comfortable as possible. The maintenance crew is wonderful as well. Any time we had an issue, they solved the problem pretty much right away. When we first moved in, there was an electrical issue that took a few days to solve but they solved it and even gave us a Visa gift card for the inconvenience since we had just moved in. Even after hours, they have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line that we can call in case something goes wrong when the office is closed which has came in handy a few times! Pre covid, they would hold small events and activities for residents to join in on and would also have free snacks/ice cream to give on certain days. Even during covid, theyre doing their best to still have some sort of virtual gatherings and such and I remember they were giving out free pie around Thanksgiving time within covid restrictions. They had a lot of contests before too sometimes which we had won once and got $200 off our next months rent!The location is ideal for the price you’re paying which is pretty competitive. You’re close to the freeway, shopping centers, and restaurants. About 15-20 minutes without traffic to many cities in different directions such as Seattle, Issaquah, Lynnwood. There is a small park nearby called Goldsmith Neighborhood Park which is walking distance near the Apartments so its great for your dogs that need a walk. A lot of nearby bus lines as well. Its right by one of the Microsoft campuses thats walking distance so from what ive seen, a lot of the residents are Microsoft employees/interns.I don’t have many complaints. They are apartments so you will have neighbors above you that you’ll occasionally hear living on the 1st and 2nd floor like living in most apartments. Then again, we’re pretty lenient with sounds & what not. Even during the day, the area and neighbors (at least ours) were fairly quiet. The amenities - we would occasionally use when they were open pre covid, such as the pool and tennis courts. However, the gym during the few times we did use it, only had a limited amount of workout equipment so if youre looking to really workout, its probably best you dont rely on the apartments gym.Crime isnt too much of an issue, like many places you will occasionally have someones car broken into or a bike stolen but its not a high crime area by any means. The plus side is, you either have free parking or can pay for a carport or a reserved spot. Thats a perk I miss already after moving. With the free spots, it is a first come first serve thing but it was never an issue for us finding a spot right in front of our apartments. I believe they also have a storage garage that you can pay for (im not entirely sure about the storage since I never used it so make sure to double check on that). They have weekly scheduled landscapers that keep the area nice and tidy from leaves and grass/bushes and what not as well.Overall, the staff, the location, and the price youre paying for the location, I think is an absolute steal but the staff really made it worthwhile! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move within this area.

We lived at Adagio for almost 4 years and hardly ever had a reason to be disappointed with this apartment community. It’s at a great location, close to Microsoft offices and major retail stores on 148th Ave. The apartments are recently renovated with new appliances and facilities. The highlight are the two large widows in the living and dining rooms that give you ample daylight which is very important in a place like Seattle.We have seen three different management teams at Adagio, and I must say the current team of Shelby and Erika, has been the best so far. They made the community livelier with their fun initiatives even during these stressful lockdown times, and were always very helpful. Special shout out to Oscar and the entire maintenance team, who have come to our rescue multiple times. We will miss Adagio a lot!

We lived here for about a year and honestly loved it! The office team was great and always quick to respond to any requests. Maintenance was also great and always friendly when addressing any issues in our home. The location of these apartments is ideal if you need to commute to Seattle, Bellevue, or Kirkland since it is less than 5 minutes away from 520. We enjoyed all of the food nearby as well. Great place to live!

My wife and I lived here about a year and a half ago and the 6 short months we lived here were great. The staff was really friendly and responsive, the community was well kept, and the community was recently renovated. Great location, with tons to do.

One of the worst apartment to live. Leasing staff is not communicate properly we need to followup every single day to get the update.Not to safe community to live in.

The apartment complex is located in a good spot, and has ample amenities along with a very helpful, pleasant staff. I personally like it aesthetically as well.For those working at Microsoft or near and around Bellevue, its a fair option for housing.

Recently renovated units and Spacious layouts. They are some residents who smoke outside once in a while although this is a smoke free property - in summer when windows are open sometimes you can smell it from inside. The management sends out enforcement emails. However the residents should be more considerate of others and take on responsibilities

Good location right on a public bus route. Across from Microsoft. I liked the pool and the tennis courts. Staff are friendly and helpful.

By far my favorite place I have lived! For multiple reasons, the price, location, quality of the home and the management is amazing!! Shelby, the current manager there goes above and beyond to make sure her residents are taken care of. The amount of resident events she would host, you could tell just how much she cares for us. I loved the community and homes so much I lived in one of the 1 bedrooms and the 2 bedrooms. The quality of the homes... I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The grey quartz countertops are so pretty and the kitchen is HUGE!! So much storage space and a cute breakfast bar that I miss having. You get your own private balcony and washer and dryer. The bathroom is a great size with extra storage under the sink and 3 larger drawers... coming from a girl, having a lot of storage in the bathroom is all I could ask for. My FAVORITE part about the home was the closet.. I kid you not you could fit a twin size bed in there and some. (I am talking about the 1 bedroom that is 732sq/ft) both the 1 and 2 bedrooms were amazing and the only reason I left was because I transferred jobs.I was looking at some of the reviews on here and it is NOT TRUE that there is “a lot of mold growth” neither one of the apartments that I lived in ever had mold. The only reason mold growth would happen is because you aren’t properly ventilating your home... just open your windows, and keep the moisture fan on in the bathroom! Simple as that, you will have no issues!

Maybe Im biased, but I feel most negative experiences in apartments are the result of user error. I moved in last year and renting with Adagio I havent had any problems. The units are spacious and well-laid out. The staff is attentive, flexible, eager to please, and polite. The grounds are wooded and lovely. All my appliances worked and never broke down. I followed the landlords instructions for using exhaust fans and Ive never had an issue with humidity or mold. No pests. Great location convenient to supermarkets and restaurants, my commute to downtown Seattle was usually about 22 minutes. The buildings are wood construction so you can hear other tenants moving around but never could I hear my neighbors voices or TV/stereos. Plenty of parking for me and my guests.Remember that angry people are more likely to leave reviews than pleased people. Give Adagio Apartments a chance and youll very probably have a great experience.

I moved in last year and unfortunately have to move out soon. However, I have had a very pleasant experience. I am staying in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. The floor plan and the renovated appliances are great. They have spacious walk in closets. Its hard to not find room for your stuff as the whole layout is much more spacious than other properties I had seen when I moved here. They maintain the community really well, there is weekly cleaning and all maintenance issues (I have only had 2 minor ones in last one year) were taken care of within a day. The best of all is the leasing office, they are really helpful, kind and understanding. Shelby and Erica are making my move out experience so easy. I would love to stay at a Weidner community again, highly recommend!!!

Great location! So close to everything you need and right by 520/405. Maintenance is stellar and everyone is in the office is so kind.

I recently renewed for another year, this is the first apartment Ive enjoyed in over a decade and I hope to stay for longer - job depending.Reading other reviews, many complaints are preferences that probably should have been considered prior to moving in.Sure theres condensation on windows in the winter, which is why they should be opened slightly to avoid that. Maybe turn on a fan or something, we all know the NW is a humid area and should know how to deal with it by now.Havent had issues with mold at all.I like having a washer/dryer, maintenance responds quickly and everyone Ive dealt with has been amazing (looking at you Erika & Shelby).When it snowed these last two winters, everything was shoveled before 8am which was amazing.As an antisocial person who prefers quiet, there are too many friendly people outside and children playing. Thats my only issue, but people are everywhere so cant really mark a star down for population.

Toured the property and staff was very friendly. Homes look nice and clean. Great convenient location to my work.

Overall I had a great stay at Adagio, the managenent was always friendly helpful and varry professional, the maintaince crew was always nice and helpful and handy, the grounds where always well maintained and the neghborhood community was great, the appartment was clean and up to date, I would gladly recommend Adagio as your next home.

Couldnt have asked for more in a community. I wake up to the view of green landscaping every morning thanks to the long floor to ceiling windows. Lots of closet space and the layout makes the home look more spacious. All the renovated units come with stainless steel appliances, I think. My husband and I often use the swimming pool and tennis courts.And to top it all off, abundance of (free) parking spots throughout the community.

This place has certainly made a 180 based on previous reviews. It is completely different than the reviews suggest. Newly renovated and clean area! Samantha the community director was wonderful. She took the time to answer all our questions honestly, and let us take our time looking through the apartment and community!

I stayed there for 10 months. My personal take:Pros:1. Location is great2. Apartment size decent3. Rent is comparable to marketCons:1. Washer/dryer outside apartment on patio2. Lot of mold growth in apartment due to lack of ventilation3. Very old appliances4. When we moved out, the director came to the apartment and told us that we have kept the apartment in great condition and much of the security deposit should be refunded. Guess what? They refunded 85 cents out of $350 of our security deposit. They charged us for cleaning things that we got as dirty in the first place when we moved in. Very greedy management.Will never move in, in Adagio and will try to avoid any of Weidnar properties as much as possible

I have being living in adagio since 2 years, i was supposed to move last year but due to lack of time to search for new home i have continued to live for 1 more yr.Location is good. But below are my concerns:1. Few apartments Washer/dryer outside the unit i.e., in patio2. no proper ventilation in bathrooms3. Mildew formation is very high and needs to cleaned regularly4. kitchen appliances work fine but it will be good if management change them5. Repairs are taken care quickly and is satisfactory6. Rent increases based on the marketEnd of the day, living in adagio depends on ones requirement. Unfortunately, it didnt meet mine.

Their only advantage is that they are close to major tech companies and the SR-520. Subtly rude staff, who ask you let go off your requirements that you might have on a rental just so that they can fill a home with a tenant that they can overcharge. Would never live here even if their rents are 500$ less.

The apartments look new from outside but the condensation is a huge problem. It causes a lot of mold inside. They still have pop-corn ceiling. Both of them are not good for your health.
