First of all, my tow driver, Mario, was 10/10. WOULD RECOMMEND. I have had a terrible car day, and he really made the towing experience smooth and enjoyable. The company accidentally cancelled my tow, but he stuck around to make sure I was ok while we figured out the mistake. Which, by the way, they made right promptly, and were so friendly about on the phone. I had no further issues, and my car and I made it to my destination safe and sound! Thank y’all for excellent customer service! Now, give Mario the crown he deserves!!!

I was nervous about towing my 61 Lincoln Continental as Ive had a bad experience with towing in the past, but James with Elite Towing was just the guy I was looking for. After a quick chat, it was nice to find he was a classic car guy too, and his professional attitude put me at ease about the process immediately. I knew my vehicle would be a bit tricky getting out of our shop in NW Portland as its missing the steering gear during a restore, but he was quick without lacking in quality. He had my car from its spot in our warehouse on the back of the flatbed in no time, and the process from start to finish was stress free. I couldnt be happier that my 61 is sitting comfortably in our garage, and I will no doubt be reaching out to James for anything we might need in the future. If you are a classic car guy, or just value good honest service, this is your company, and James is your guy! Thanks for a great experience!

Gave me a 45 minute ETA, took them 4 hours. After the first hour, I called back in since a police officer asked me if there was a way to expedite the tow (my car was blocking traffic and the steering wheel was locked.) They then told me it would be another 45 minutes since the first tow truck broke down and needed to be towed lol. Well, this was funny and I accepted that response.Another hour later, I called back in again for an update. Got another 30-45 minute ETA. Nope. I called in another hour later to ask for an update and went straight to voicemail. I tried another number and got a different receptionist. She told me it would be another 45-60 minutes.I asked her if there was any way to get a discount after waiting nearly 4 hours, and she said that Id get a call back on whether that could happen. Never got a call back, and I was charged $150 for a 2.5 mile tow after waiting nearly four hours. Im lucky to have an understanding boss, but even this was tough to explain to him.I appreciated the positive attitude of all of the employees, but the communication and service was unfortunately lacking.

Courtney was the best tow truck driver ever. She was very friendly and professional and arrived in 5 minutes instead of the estimate of one hour like I was given. We also bonded over Tiffany’s bracelets and she met my son help her with operating the bed of her tow truck. Highly recommended!

I was very skeptical about getting the right towing service as I know this can sometimes be shady. Cedric was very cordial and professional on the phone and he arrived within 20 minutes after I called. Thank God for good and honesty busines people like him that made this experience so smooth and easy. I will definitely pass along the info about this company. This is the second time I have had to send AAA for my towing needs over to Elite to finish the job correctly. I had such an amazing experience the first time, that I decided to go with them again this time. AAA has been quite the challenge when needing road side assistance in a timely fashion. The last time I used AAA they left me at the Acura dealership for over 4 hours with no follow up, and every time I would call to get an ETA they would tell me someone should be on the way shortly. Thats when I decided to contact Elite, which was the best decision I ever made. They came within 30 minutes, and I didnt need to stay with my vehicle because it was at the dealership. So I left my keys with them. Easy Peasy!! The auto shop I had them drop off my car to Elite had a key to their locked facility, so it was a safe drop off, since the auto shop was closed.The second time I used Elite was yesterday 5/21/19. And again, AAA was giving me a hard time about sending everything over to Elite towing to use their service instead. I always get exceptional service from Elite. They contact me when they pick up my vehicle, and when they drop it off safely. I would recommend this towing company to anyone in need of exceptional road side assistance needs. 5 Stars hands down to the folks that work here. From the gal that answers the phone at the dispatchers office, to the towing guys or girls that get the job completed in a timely manner. So thank you Elite Towing for always making the customer feel like they matter. And props to Brian (the tow guy), that called me to confirm he got my rig safely, and the laughs during the phone call.

My day ruined by a flat tire on 26, but the guys at Elite came to the rescue with a beautiful truck and all the correct equipment. It was cold and raining out side so the driver offered his truck for comfort while I waited for the tire to be changed. The truck was clean, smelled amazing (like cherrys) and the heater was blazing.Thank you Elite Towing.
