Pro Tow was incredible, professional and went out of their way to provide safe service. My car broke down on the side of the highway and the driver (so sorry for not recalling his name) drove me home after taking the car to the shop when he realized I didn’t have a ride. I’m extremely grateful that my safety was as great a priority as my car for this service. Highly recommend!

David was excellent on both occasions (flat-bed) towing my Vespa first to my house on a Sunday and later in the week a second tow to the Vespa shop. It was strapped down super-tight, with careful attention being made to the paint job. Thank you David for the two tows, and thank you Pro Tow.

I was referred to Pro Tow by Kevorks Auto Care (great people there too). When I called, dispatch person was very friendly and able to have someone come out within 30-40 minutes. Well, David arrived in less time than that (very impressive). He asked me what was wrong with my car and I told him I couldnt get it to start. He then tried to start my car and did so successfully! No towing needed, no charge for coming out... saved me money! David also recommended I still take my car in to my mechanic because he agreed that something might be wrong with my starter. My Honda Pilot was having major issues and wouldn’t start, so I needed it towed from a lot in Tigard to the Honda shop in Beaverton. I had no idea who to call, relying on reviews like this, which is the reason I’m leaving one now. Everything was smooth and very professional from the call to the drop-off and payment. I paid $163 to get it out of a very tight spot and delivered 10 miles away to the dealership, which I think is quite reasonable. I was expecting to pay between $200-$300. Next time, I know who to call right away.

The front axel of my car broke last night when it was too late to go to a mechanic so the AAA tow truck had to tow it to my house, today I called Pro Tow to tow it to my mechanics and Gilbert arrived very soon afterwards and was so sweet and professional, it made the whole experience of my car breaking down a little easier and I appreciated it a lot! He had it towed and the way to the mechanics very quickly too.

They showed up 15 minutes after they were called and towed my car. I was very pleased.

After a 12-mile bike ride, I returned to my car at Tualatin Hills Nature Park, found it wouldnt start. ProTow picked it up quickly, took it to their shop. Nate, their mechanic, stress-tested the battery, adjusted some cables, made it good as new and didnt even charge me. Hes very bright, an excellent communicator, and a great example for that company. These guys are professional, proficient, reliable, and totally honest.

Gilbert from Pro Tow came out last night and he was so kind and patient. First he called me and told me when he would arrive, and he was right on time. Second he then tried starting my car and actually got it to start. When I asked him how much the charge was for coming out, he said there was not a charge since he wouldnt need to tow my car. I would highly recommend Pro Tow and Gilbert - not because he got my car started, but because he was timely and very kind.

I cannot express what a great company this is. Fantastic customer service. I was in a panic after my car died on the freeway they came to my rescue so quickly. As soon as he atrived he grabbed my keys and told me to get in the truck to stay warm. He was so kind. He actually calmed me down with his conversation throughout the travel to my house. I cannot say enough about how nice and such a sincere guy he was. Even after dropping my car he tried to help me look at my car to see if he could help. There is still great people in this world. Ended up in the ditch during a snow storm. No damage to the car, all I asked was pulling it out of there. When it was back on the road, car battery was all drained. All I needed was a jump start. He hurriedly put it on the flatbed and I couldnt stop him towing it to my place because my phone also died. When we arrived and he said he could put the car into my garage, I wondered how he was gonna do it thru the steep, curved driveway. Voila! He had a jump charger that he didnt tell me. Is it my fault not knowing that tow drivers carry jump chargers? But to me, he deliberately hid it knowing I needed it, in order to make more profit out of me. Yes, nearly $300 for just 3 miles towing. I dont think he is a bad person, but I believe its the companys business practice. Besides that issue, he was skilled and knew what he was doing.

ZERO STARS!! They stalk parking lots, streets, and charge the most insane price to get your car back that Ive ever heard of. Cash only?! $405 for less than a mile tow. They refused to release my vehicle even though I had cash in my hand, that I had to borrow from a friend who gave me a ride no less. I am getting the authorities involved.There needs to be better regulation.

Oh my God, the best experience I have had in customer care in a long time. I locked my keys in my truck on a hike in Forest Park. I decided to go on the hike while I waited, and got lost. Spoke with Gilbert (tow truck driver) when he arrived. I got completely lost in route, my phone died, and I was at least an hour making it back. He waited. Yes he waited for me to get back without talking to me on the phone. I would have been stranded for real. Thank you to Pro Tow. They are the best....Thank you.

The absolute worst experience. The driver hit a car with my car in tow. The driver that came to move the first tow truck, towed my car to an illegal, unsafe location. It was an all around bad situation. I gave the original driver $100 to park my car legally (only 3 cars ahead of mine). He told me he was going an easier way to get up the hill then never came back. I called the company and not only were they unwilling to correct the situation, they were down right rude. Use SPEEDS Towing. About an hour later, I stopped a guy from Speeds. Even though I didnt have a call in and he had many calls to attend, he helped me. Parked my car legally super quick. :)

Towed my vehicle ILLEGALLY, when I went in to get my personal belongings from the vehicle they told me it would be $500 and after I got a police officer there they offered $50 for my personal belongings, after agreeing to pay they took their offer back and said they would not do it, and then proceeded to treat an officer with disrespect.

I found ProTow easily on my phone and called to see how much and when they could arrive. They were very quick to respond and worked with me to figure it out. I would recommend Professional Towing & Automotive Repair. While I was waiting in their nice, clean front desk area, I found out they are also a full-service automotive shop. Very nice to know. Now, I know where am bringing my vehicles from now on.

Close to 10 min hold time when I requested to speak to a supervisor or some in charge of their driversPlate # TW 21899 driving down I-205 south road raging and giving the people the middle finger when they won’t get of the way..There is 3 lanes all with traffic and this person thinks by tailgating that he can make them go faster....Terrible rude lady who will not transfer you to anyone in charge really shouldn’t be a dispatcher when some is trying to do a company a favor and let them know of a potential issues with an accident or truck being destroyed being driven at 80+ MPH

This company does Predator towing in elderly complex ! They are taking advantage of group people that are on fix income ! Do they care no! The sighs they have posted which are only twoFor 25 spot, say no street parking! We were park in the parking lot! Next the MGR when my 2 elderly mothers moved in there one is a vet! Is when you park here leave a note! We left a note like we have the last 2 and 1/2 years! ( the complexes went through six managers in the 2 1/2 years! The apartment towing police actually says they have to give 24 hour notice!! With all that being said I requested photos of the tow and sigh they use to justify the tow ! That Oregon laws says they have to provide And ask for the signed document from Cal-am that this tow company can do Predator towing in elderly complex ! We have requested three times and they have not given it to us! Against the law Oregon ! We have file with BBB and the DOJ ( which they have 8 case close and two open on them right now) mine will make three case open! Plus have contact news and they are going to a investigation Predator towing by this company in elderly complex ! They go after the we kiss among us ! Most protest them and stopDoing Business with companies like this ! Please if you been tow by this company file with the DOJ and BBB and contact the news ! The more people helps ! We can not let these Predators take from our elderly !

Update: another super easy service. This time I needed my car towed to have a flat tire repaired. They arrived quickly and we were done within 30mins, start to finish. The same gentleman as before was very friendly and helpful. Will continue to use them!!Called in the morning to have someone come put my spare tire on because the tools I need have disappeared somewhere. Gentleman who took my info was very nice and the person scheduled to change my tire came over promptly. As he was starting the process he informed me that there is a special key needed to remove the tires (idk if specific to FJ Cruisers or what) and I had no idea what that was/where it would be. He was patient and helpful while I called around and looked in my car. Luckily I found it and he was able to change the tire. He was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. Would recommend and use again. Thanks guys!!

Pro Tow was amazing!! My car had been towed from my complex over an issue with visitor parking still being painted in front of a fire lane. The amazing people at Pro Tow decided that they wouldve also made the mistake in parking there and decided to let me go without paying the fees. They were truly amazing! They made my terrible day so much better!

Very disappointed in this company. Over two years ago my son was involved in a hit and run which left his car totaled and towed to this location. We dealt with Shannon, a very nice woman. All the paperwork, title etc was in the glove box and we were told that no charges would incur and they would dispose/sell the car and no moneys owed.Now we find out that Greg (owner) put a lien on the vehicle and my sons bank account was hit very hard. I cant get a hold of him and he wont return my calls.This guy is apparently a rip off artist and if this was done to him or his child, Im sure hed be as angry as I am.My advise to everyone considering this company... GO ELSEWHERE!!!Shame on you!!!

These people do not know what they are doing AT ALL. When they tow your car its jimmy rigged on there and every bump they go over extremely fast its slamming your car all over the place. Not to mention their bad language while talking to people on their blue tooths. They also text and drive while you and sitting in the tow truck driving with your car on the back. Outrageous. These people are horrible people do not get towed by them and do not get your car repaired by them. They will scam you for everything you are worth. The owner is extremely rude as well. Never go here!!! They over charge you but then have no proof of what they charged you for. They defiantly take advantage of people.

Pro Tow was one of the first to come up on my google search for my area and had the most reviews. When I called for a quote, I was able to bargain a deal with cash and because I wasnt in a hurry they were able to give me a discount, and work it in-between tows.Most friendly service!

Very bad customer service. We parked the car no longer than 5 minutes in front of my house. Than the tow company took it. They charged an insance amount they arent even aloud to tow. We showed up and it took 4 people to show up in order for them to release the vehicle. They would not give any info why they towed it and were unproffesional the whole time. Pro Tow towing has bad customer service and bad protocols. They just throw a dollar amount in the air and stick with it.Edit-We got a call back from the owner. They took care of us. Last night was upsetting but I appreciate them turning the customer service around and fixing this in a timely matter.

I had Jim help me. Best towing experience ever. I was in a tricky situation where my insurance wasnt helping me out and I couldnt start my car because of a technical problem. After Jim came out to tow me, and learned about my situation, he spent the next half hour trying to help me fix my car so I wouldnt have to pay for a tow bill uninsured.Jim actually left, giving me advice to check with my insurance and make sure there wasnt another towing company that would be in my policy. Unfortunately I still couldnt get it worked out with my insurance, so Jim came back and helped tow me to the shop. Easiest and most pleasant guy to work with, would highly recommend calling Pro Tow and ask for Jim if possible, youll be happy you did. They are honest, and will not try to take advantage of you just because you are in a crisis.

This company towed my pick up truck away after I was in an accident thinking they were doing me a favor and instead after a few days they sent me a huge bill that I was able to pay by giving my truck to the salvage yard that was next door from which they made a pile of money. What a racket!!! Should be illegal. I was an idiot for letting theme tow it away. I didnt know my insurance wouldnt cover the 3 day stay at the tow yard. Educate yourself and dont be taken advantage of.

Horrible company. Painted on my car when they towed it. Called to ask how to removed the pain and the guy said just use water... No that doesnt work. Tried water and soap and good old scrubbing and no help. Extremely rude service and when I called back they guy just hung up on me. I know Im not really a potential customer but at least help me out when Ive paid you and you messed up my car.

Worst experience. Wouldn’t give clear pricing on a tow. Charged over $400. Horrific service and overcharged for a questionable tow with our dog resting in the backseat. Wouldn’t confirm dogs safety without attitude and places on hold several times for several minutes before telling us that our dog was safe. Awful.

Julio was an awesome tow driver, he let me take a pitstop to my house to get my other vehicleso I didnt have to taxi/uber my way home. He was friendly and courteous along the way and he knew what he was doing. I dont know about all the other bad reviews here, but if this guys towing you, I recommend em.

Criminals... $400 for towing me out of a parking lot 1 mile. $50 to open a gate!!! The employees were rude and when I called, I was put on hold and was still on hold by the time my Uber driver dropped me off. To only find out they only accept cash... when the receipt clearly has a visa an MasterCard logo on it... can’t believe these practices are legal.

In this awful snow and ice, we swerved to miss someone who was spinning & coming towards us on the street, and we ended up in the ditch, in our brand new car, straddling a curb that had recently been installed on Multnomah Blvd. Brandon arrived and took awesome care of our car, and of us. The guy was friendly enough that helped me and acted like he wanted to help. Not sure they have set pricing. I think they throw what ever number around in the air. I had my car towed from a spot I had authorization to park in, I forgot to place the pass on the dash. When I first called about my car the dispatcher said itd be $359. They towed my car less than 2 miles, that seems a little pricey to me. When I get there and explain the situation and prove I had a permit, they told me theyd cut the price in half totaling $262???? Not sure how thats half, but apparently there are all sorts of hidden fees.

VICTIMS OF PREDATORY TOWING. Guys showed up and told us it was $500 to get our truck or we could “work out a deal”. After some negotiations we agreed to pay $50 to get our personal belongings out of the back of the truck. The two workers decided they were just not going to allow us to get anything. We had to call a police officer, whom they were extremely disrespectful to. Again they offered the $50 to get our stuff after the officer spoke with them. And when they went back to the truck they decided again and quote “Out of SPITE we will not give them their belongs” the officer questioned their actions and again they were disrespectful and rude. Horrible horrible people working here.THEY CAN CHARGE A GATE FEE BUT CANNOT DENY YOU A GATE FEEWILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT

I want to share my real experience my wife and I had with this company. Thanks for reading.In April 2011, my pregnant wife had a minor rear end to their 1999 isuzu tow truck with our mazda 3. They tow truck had a sudden brake on Freeway I205, it cause my wife hit the rear left corner of their giant tow truck. It was my wifes fault since it was a rear end accident. Our insurance company immediately evaluated the damage of their damage. It was extremely light scratch on their ALL METAL bed, our insurrance still paid about $1300 for the painting, including change a tire as they request. Image just $1300 dollar repair on a professional tow truck, it is absolutely no damage from my inspection. I highly suspect the reason they parked the truck in the repair shop for the long 20 days just to change a tire and some small paint job. I honestly believe the small scratches was already there on this 12 years old tow truck. We thought it was finished after insurance paid. later in the summer, we received 2 separate notice from court. They were suing us to pay their truck down time for 20 days plus their truck diminish value fee. They said there 2 shifts for the tow business, day and night. 400 per shift per day, there are asking 19k for their truck down time. Our insurance immediately contacted for supporting documents of this claim, all they had are a few print out datasheet showing this tow truck can make that much money according to their Day and Night shifts that typed by themself from some software. Our insurance then sent an CPA to ask them to prove their sales that their tow truck can actually make that much in the past 2 years, but they never responded. Instead, they keeps sending certified letters to our house asking us to pay even our insurance contacted them several times asking them to deal with insurance not us. My wife had to go to the court to request to reschedule a different court date because she was due within 1 month of the court date. It was big pain keep hearing this tow company asking money from us. Shame on you!

Pro tow illegally towed my car while I was in a restaurant for a company party. 402 dollars to get my car back after taking a taxi to 2 incorrect locations they gave me. Also they cannot make change and are cash only, since so many people have 400+ cash on them at 8 pm at night. They expected me to have cash however they cannot make change even since they cant carry cash on them at night.
