Anyone who walks through the parking lot of that place, please be careful. Their electrical panel has many code violations, including no gfci receptacle. incorrect wiring coming from the panel as well. I called them today, they told me to call back monday, guess they are not worried about safety.

(This review is also shared by my other family members!)Well, there was a cold Thursday night, (it was about 3 to 4 weeks ago from now) and we were watching our apartment parking from our window before we sleep. Suddenly, we saw a large truck that was towing a car. I guessed that they were towing our car. We hurried up and ran through the parking, and my guess was true, they were towing our car.We talked to the rude and jerk guy who was towing our car, but he was doing his own work! we asked him to negotiate and tell us the reason for that. He told us that you dont have your parking permit, and as one (or more) reviewers has written, it was under the car seat. He saw the parking permit, and he had to accept that we havent stolen the car! because we had the permit! but he was saying that it wasnt (visible)! but he was still insisting on the money. He said that I need the money! also, he said that you should give me about 250-300 Dollars, and you have 10 (or 15) minutes to pay me that money, or I will raise the amount up to 400 Dollars! (is that legal?!, and we dont have a good financial situation!)The 10 or 15 minutes was gone, and We disagreed with him, and then, we called the police. The police came and we told him the situation, amazingly, the police also gave the right to the guy! we were shocked! I doubt that we are living in a nation that has justice and fairness, and I think that there are legalized robbers that steal your money, and maybe, they are allied with the police!He was a robber, and he stole our money! he was even trying to run over us with his large truck! I have his car license plate photo. We said to the guy that we will sue you, and he said nothing. The guy was a about 20-30 years old, with somehow short blond hair and with a medium height. Hes face had a little Similarity with Mr. Beast (the You tuber!).Finally, this robber towed our car! Next day, we went to their office, (weve been there before) and we saw those two disrespectful ladies there, that they always yell and they are rude. (everyone knows them! :) We told them that we will sue you because of that previous event, (they said OK, do so!) and I think that they were somehow scared, so they said that you should pay us I 260-270 Dollars for 5.3 miles! (at the last night, they said that we should pay them 400 $!) we said OK, and we paid the money, and finally, we got our car. (1 star is a very high score for them!)This was the total thing, and I didnt write this for the Beaverton towing, I mean that the Beaverton towing shouldnt think that I care about them, Im just writing to inform people, and tell all the people that are reading this that this company is robber, literally, shame on you all!To the all of the people that are reading this review, lets gather together and sue this company, or lets protest against them in front of the city hall! and report them to there. During times of trouble, its always an opportunity for community members and businesses to step up. Unfortunately, that is not the way of Beaverton Towing! Instead of helping pull cars out of the snow or ice during this crazy winter storm, Beaverton Towing can be found towing cars from apartment complexes with snow and ice completely covering small numbers on asphalt so an unsuspecting visitor may have no clue they are parking in someones spot!When I called to explain to Gene the manager, I got a lovely Thats not my problem. Thanks Beaverton Towing, for your dedication to preying on working class folks- and your unwillingness to adapt or listen to another side of the story.

I like many others here had my car towed from an apartment complex that was covered by Beaverton towing. I wont complain about being towed, it was my fault for not following the guidelines, however I will complain about the price. I was towed for a total of 11 miles and was charged $401. Yes you read that correctly, $401. They wouldnt even negotiate or try to help me. Any company that can charge a weeks salaray for a 45 minutes job is truly corrupt and greedy. If you have your car towed by request you are charged $95 for hookup and $5 per mile driven, but if you get towed forcefully they charge $195 for hookup and $6 per mile. They even charge $20 to take a picture haha. It is sad to see a company that cant survive and operate normally so they resort to these absurd fines just to stay afloat. Many cities have laws and rules about how much they can charge but Beaverton and Sherwood have no rules to protect us. Please take your business to a trustworthy competitor who charges fair rates regardless of circumstance, these guys honestly deserve to go out of business. If you have seen their office and lot, you know its not too far into the future. Jean have a Merry Christmas, you may want to buy your Grinch costume soon.

Its not the panel that is in violation, its the receptacle and ac 90 wiring. I am an electrician and I can tell you that those two things are not up to code. My two year old daughter walked on that extension cord. I dont think you have any clue what happens when electricity and water mix.Are you going to be fixing these issues?I will be in contact with the states building code violation department monday. Having no permit for electrical work is a 1000 dollar fine. Might want to be in touch with the electrician, or should i say tow trucker driver that installed that rats nest of wiring for you!Btw charging someone 400 dollars to tow a car 2 miles is a little steep, but hey what goes around come around.

Completely heartless. My parking pass fell down onto my center console. They towed it. Even after clearly showing them the parking pass location, they did not budge. Apparently that piece of plastic could be anything. To tow my car less than 2 miles cost me $273 and the cost of an Uber. Oh, they ONLY take cash. Im grateful that the bar next door to the parking lot that let me take 2x the normal amount from their ATM- Im going to order food there tomorrow and write a nice review on their page. Taking/stealing money from healthcare workers during COVID is low. Oh, the kicker- because of COVID, there were only 6 parked cars in a >100 car lot, when I found my car missing. This lot is actually further from my workplace than the free parking garage. Beaverton Towing doesnt care. If you are looking to hire a towing company for your business, you may find your regular customers and employees very unhappy. On the other hand, if you are looking for ruthless sharks with zero compassion, these people may be perfect. My car was towed from my apartments over the weekend. You would think that this review would be a negative one, considering I had to pay to get my car back, and just the plain hassle of everything. Ill say this, the ladies that work in the office where two of the nicest people Ive ever met. Not only did they give me a break on the amount I had to pay to get my car back but they also held my car for a couple days, because I didnt get paid until today, they also did not charge me any additional moneys. I would never in a million years think Id be writing a positive review for a place that towed my vehicle, but I have to say they totally won my business. If I ever need a tow, Beaverton Towing will be the company I will be using. No question about it. Again thank you ladies for being so kind and understanding....

Nice staff, terrible management. Vehicle was towed properly when the pass had fallen from the windshield. When retrieving my valuable possessions, owner lady Gean assaulted me. If youre a realty company or a landlord, take your business elsewhere. Jeremy went above and beyond the call of his work to make sure my car and I were got to our destination after I made a last second change to tow it all the way across town. He is a genuine, hard working guy that took every precaution to make sure my car was safe and not damaged. Couldn’t recommend enough. Dude is a rockstar!

After a 12 mile bike ride, I returned to my car at Tualatin Hills Nature Park, found it wouldnt start. I phoned Beaverton Towing. But because of possible complex electrical problems, Jean suggested I call ProTow since they have a good mechanic. She was right. Nate, the mechanic, diligently worked on the system, made it good as new, and didnt even charge me. Three cheers for Jean for her helpful advice, honesty, and professionalism. Complete rip off. 165 for a 4.5 mile tow for a small truck. I was in a bad situation but i guess some businesses pray on people like this sadly. Its a greedy world and like this are a part of the problem. Sure you will respond with a comeback but a total of a 3 star reviews, can only go up once you start to change.

I had called a couple tow companies to check on prices. my car had broke down, not able to start and was parallel parked with cars in front and behind. Other companies told me that was not possible to get the car if it does not start and and is parked in. This fact did not seem to faze Beaverton towing even the slightest. I called for a driver, and the dispatcher was pretty rude. Ive never had a car towed before, so I didnt know what she wanted from me and was rude, snappy and kind of treated me to be stupid when I was unaware of what she wanted from me. I do not remember the name of my driver, but he is on my invoice as driver 105. He was amazing. Showed up within 20 minutes or so, got my car out of the parallel space with ease and was on his way within 8 minutes. Friendly and efficient. Would recommend Beaverton towing to everyone, just know what information is needed from you precisely before calling in.

My previous experience with tow companies were horrible. My wife got into an accident and had to get our car towed. Having your car towed is always expensive but what I really liked about Beaverton Tow was the service. The gentleman that towed my car was very nice, explained what he needed to do and the receptionist at the tow yard was amazing. Super friendly, answered all my questions and went above and beyond what she needed to do.

Very late in sharing this. I really want to say that this guy was so great to us. It was a very tiresome day after a long weekend and we still needed to travel hours to get home. Bottom feeders, just what you expect from a predatory tow company. Loaned my van to my daughter to move from the apartment complex The Round and it was towed when she was parked in an area with a special permit and a letter from the apartment stating where to park. I live 40 miles away and was told by dispatch ie the owner of Beaverton Towing the only way to get the van released was to show them the title. My guess is by the time most people figure out that is not true they will have racked up more storage. Note, this van was towed 1.7 miles, = $398.00 tow bill. City of Beaverton you should be ashamed to align yourself with such a company and empower such a situation to exist. My advise, move out of Beaverton! Merry Christmas!!!!!!

I was in an accident this morning and Beaverton Towing was a huge help. Their driver, Chris, was quick to arrive, professional and kind, and didn’t make me feel like an idiot anymore than I already did. When we went by the tow yard later, the woman in the office was also super friendly and helpful and even supplied me with chocolate to help ease my trauma. If you are ever in need of a tow, I highly recommend them.

I was hung up on by the dispatcher. Mr. Cowboy hat didn’t intimidate me. What does he do when a single mother shows up with no money for being a few minutes overdue in an empty parking lot only to find her car towed?? The dispachter was a terrible awfully rude woman who answers the phone just to let you know she is a sad lady whos only joy is screwing with people and their vehicles. Its a leach service, sucking the blood(money) out of anyone and everyone they can.

My daughter parked in a well marked no parking zone and was towed. If the cost was reasonable then Id say she just learned a lesson. But the cost was $353 and they had possession of the car for barely 1 hour by the time we picked it up. For a kid making minimum wage that is almost a week of work. You have to know the tow driver didnt make much more than minimum for his half hour either so how do they justify this? That is beyond criminal.Sure they were rude and defensive. I dont even blame them for that. Everyone who walks in the door already hates them. And I certainly came in with a chip on my shoulder since they were cheating my kid.To make matters worse they only take cash. I bet there are lots of people who cant get their car back in that situation and then they start racking up the price at $40/day for storage. Which is pretty amazing considering I rent a bigger nicer spot near there to park my travel trailer for $87/month.

I received a letter that a vehicle I had sold over a year ago was still in my name and incurring charges as it was sitting in their lot. Even though this was a situation I had put myself in, the women who work there were more than helpful in helping me find resources in order to get this situation alleviated. They went above and beyond to help me settle this, even as I was solely responsible for this predicament. I will eternally be grateful for their kind service and help. Complete joke. They pick and choose who they tow from the property I live at. Bout 2 months ago My car was towed from visitor parking for no pass but left 3 other vehicles with no passes that were right next to my car. When I asked why I was singled out she told me I didn’t know what I was talking bout & I must be mistaken. Which is B.S. and I got pictures from my security camera to prove it.Then screw ya once again with a sky high tow price to get ur vehicle out. Let’s not forget to mention the staff has no clue what “customer service “ means or how to show it.

Jason helped my son and I last night, and was completely compassionate about the situation. Compassion isnt generally a trait that we associate with towing companies but, he was and my son and I were both so grateful.Jason shared that he himself had dealings with the scam seller that we were dealing with, which led us to needing a tow in the first place, and he even recommended a good transmission shop that we could look into. With scams around every corner, and few in business you can actually trust, you can at least trust that Jason from All-Day will be kind to you in your time of need. Thank you!

Horrible, mean and liar of a tow driver. Our window was frozen over and his picture clearly shows it was frozen. Our kids wreath was seen in the picture but was told by the office worker she cant see it. So, I am really thinking double standard. Cant see the dash with a wreath and kids crafts and yet can see it good enough to see we did not have a pass. We did have a pass!!! We are rule followers. I wanted to buy our kids Christmas gifts. Why, would I want to make it where our kids would go without? And food, too. I work hard just to be messed with by people who cant be honest and look on our dash. The tow driver should have took closer pictures. Our kids made beautiful crafts that were on the dash. When it was towed the items fell. I am disappointed in the person who works for Beaverton Towing. Trying to make money off of honest people. And the worker taking bad picture to frame the innocent. Ice was on the window. And the light from the light post did not help... reflection of the ice.I cant drive it. But my husband drives the van every day. No where in the picture shows the ice was removed. They were not cooperative when we called to get one of our vehicles towed across town. We couldnt wait and hour or two for them and they said they couldnt tow it away unless we waited and were there in person. We called another company and had a much more pleasant experience. The other company was happy to come tow our vehicle and we paid over the phone. This is how it should have gone with this company, bud didnt. I wouldnt recommend this company based on my experience with them today.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I called to have my car towed and when the driver got here he jumped my car and it started. Charged me $85 and left. I turned the car off and tried to start it .. nothing. Called Beaverton tow back and the Manager was very unprofessional. Sounded angry and told me they would have to charge me another tow fee of $149 and it’s my fault that I didn’t have the car towed. I would have paid it if the Manager hadn’t been so rude!! I never raised my voice but he was raising his at me. Made me feel like an idiot.. if I knew how to fix a car I wouldn’t have called them.

Terrible policy of partnering with companies like NW Rugs on Cornell Rd. and towing patrons vehicles from their parking lot for those visiting the extremely popular neighbor restaurant, Taste of Sichuan. This occurred well after NW Rugs was closed for the day and from the outer reaches of their unused lot. How inconsiderate of them and their towing company Beaverton Towing to prey upon the success of their neighbouring business...especially in such a suburban setting where there is plenty of space and parking to go around. I will likely never do business with either company involved after observing this behavior. Imagine two parents with their the young girls, along with grandma and grandpa trying to get the kids home and to bed after a nice family dinner out and you come out to no vehicle and a warning from the towing company that you have to be there to get your vehicle out of impound before they close in 1 hour or the $310 fee will increase. Beaverton Towing, you had better take the time to understand your business and whether or not what you are doing is practical and/or reasonable before just running after the $$$ signs.

Today they tow my friend car from Belal Masjid, I took him their the guy in the office treated him very bad, bring money $315 cash and Insurance he asked for some discount or concession. Bastards! My mothers car got towed today. I called and they said to get the car out it was $280 cash only. My mom went to pick up her car right away and when she got there they said the total was $380. I called and asked why theres a 100 dollar difference and their answer was mmm.. i dont know. Lol! oh i forgot to mention we live about 4 or 5 miles away from this place. 380 dollars haha bastards!!

This place is pure GARBAGE!!! My car was towed from my residential parking lot after running in the house for 5 minutes. Therefore they rushed in towing my car like they were repossessing it or something. It’s like they were watching me go in the house and knew I was returning to my car immediately.

I had to get my car towed from Beaverton to Vancouver. When I called the lady who answered was very friendly.The prices for the tow were the best that I found, and I had called about 7 different companies.They estimated it would take about 90 minutes to arrive at my house, and it only took 60.It was also nice that i didnt need to be at my vehicle for them to hook it up, as i wouldnt have been able to get out there until the end of the day.I dont remember the name of the lady on the phone, but the tower was Chris. Both were friendly and helpful. Very satisfied!

As an employee of one of their clients, I am entitled to free roadside assistance. After speaking to their dispatch center at 11 at night, the manager called and was very rude while asking about the details of my service needs. She was uninterested in helping out. And had no interest in urgency. I will not be utilizing this free service again.

Worst towing company in Oregon!

This company, just towing my car without look If have or not my parking permit, and the next day I went to pick up my car they have a clear photo saying they take credit cards, and the lady very rude, and angry saying just taking cash, I show her a add saying that taking card, service was not good treat me bad....

Retriever towing not so good buisness they had us pay 35 bucks just to get our vehicle out of the lot

Just called to get a price quote to tow my car from Beaverton to Portland. The guy who on the phone acted like a jerk and sounded like I was bothering him. Guess they dont need my business.
