One of giecos customers slammed into me over a year ago. The other party covered by gieco was found fully responsible. They took care of my car in 2 weeks.But I Have never been compensated for my medical bills or lost income. They have transferred my claim to 4 separate claims officers to stretch the time out. The doctors are going to be sending me to collections. I will be contacting a lawyer and suing the customer directly as gieco is such a poor insurer.If you like being sued directly. Then use gieco.

I signed up with them thru the local office, back in Nov 2020.They told me all was well!Then this month of Feb 2021 some people from Arizona calls me to tell me that my credit is not good and I need to do their job! Even though I had payed 6 months ahead of time.When I asked the local office for help, they send me to a dept out of state...2nd very bad experience with this company.Do not believe the cute commercials.Geico is impersonal and are in the business just to make $$$. They dont care about the costumer!!Especially hispanic.Cualquier persona hispana eviten Geico.Very Very disappointed. Never, ever doing business with them again.

I will never get a geico quote again! Stop calling multiple times a day! I even blocked the number and get called twice a day from an agent named lural I didnt answer the first time take a hint. Very unprofessional to call every day multiple times a day. If I wanted insurance through geico I would have.

If you get a rental insurance or any kind of insurance quote they will not stop bothering you they will call you every single day and leave you a message its really quite annoying and Im about to change my car insurance to a different company because of it

Requested an online quote, was only exploring price options. Will not stop calling even when I have said to. Lady named Alex was real rude, making up excuses why they were calling.Listen, I dont care. I did it online to not be harassed. And asked once to not be called and it continued. Take better notes people.

One screen said 386 will now be deducted from your account, next screen said thank you for your payment of 454. It didnt say anything about a promotion, when I called they fed me some bs. Super unhelpful, super sketchy and totally lost my trust on day 1.

Requested an online quote recently. This office has called me at least 5 times in a week. I still have the call log. I never called back which should have been a hint that Im not interested. Also sent me letters. Received another call today. I finally called and demanded they put me on their do not call list, and if they continue calling I will report them for harassment. 5 calls in a week! Filed a complaint with corporate.

Went in and received phenomenal service from Nikki. She was kind, attentive and answered all my questions. She did not seem pushy or judgmental at all. I felt comfortable with her and the rest of the wonderful folks in there with my business and moved from State Farm to Geico. The 15% though was not accurate...I actually save over 50%!!! Thank you Nikki and team Geico Beaverton. Very Impressed!

I requested a quote online about a month ago and they are still calling me. I blocked their number and they insistently leave voice mails. They called me about 5 times the first week and now call me once a week. They are spamming me via USPS mail too. I get average one spam per week. Stop it already. I will never ever do business with you.

Worst customer service ever. I called to get a quote. At the end, the agent asked me what card I would like to put this on. I politely said oh, no Im just calling for a quote he then said well why did you even call if youre not going to buy insurance? I said well I am putting prices together so that my wife and I can decide what works best for us. So he then said, well why do you need to ask your wife? Both cars are yours arent they? I am appalled at how I was treated. This is only half of the rude things he said on the phone. I will never be using Geico. You cant push your product on someone. You need to make them want it by being polite. If I could give zero stars, I would. Im sorry to whoever gets this guy on the phone!

It has been near impossible to get my renters insurance cancelled. GEICO renters is a joke. Any auto claims as well take months. I have never had a claim resolved in less than 6 months. GEICO also reported that I was at fault for an accident in which I was rear ended by hit and run driver. I had to call and actually get them to fix it. The rates are good, but dealing with GEICO has been a nightmare.

Unfortunately, I have had to deal with several insurance companies for auto accidents. Geico has provided the best customer service I have received so far. They are responsive, answered my questions, and provided payment in a very timely manner even though they werent responsible for payment. The accident was not my fault, however, I pursued a claim through my insurance to get the ball rolling quicker.I also had to have a car towed to a shop a couple months ago and it was so easy. I opened my app, clicked towing, called, held for 3 min tops, the representative booked a tow truck and sent me a text immediately with the company contact details and estimated arrival time. So easy!

Horrible experience ever, the adjuster did not cooperate on good faith to help me to buy our leased car back, they had a negligent work conduit on our claim. Very disappointed, I will never recommend Geico, excellent service is provided just on some departments.Be aware!!!!!

Was hit in Walmart parking lot and the lady had got out and claimed liability and gave me her insurance. Little did I know that I was going to have to fight to have my car fixed correctly. Went to Dick Hannah and was told that Geico pays the shop at a lower rate and gave me a quote of 650. What this means is that if you have them fix it Geico will not pay the book rate they will only give them half the time to do the job as well as aftermarket parts. I was forced to go to Mcullins and have the Geico adjuster that works in the back. He came out and played mister nice and then comes back with a quote of 450 and a check for that amount. This was a bait check hoping that if you see the money you will cash it and that ends the claim because you cashed the check. Well not so fast. Not that stupid. I also had a cash in hand quote from Hannah with all dealer parts and the quote was 1250. So this shows that insurance companies are shady as the reptile that represents this company. Cold blooded, ability to change colors and slimy. So if someone says they have insurance when your in a accident and you are not at fault you are the one who is going to get screwed because this insurance company does not care if your vehicle that was perfect now is being repaired in a shady manner. Won’t happen to me!!

I was in an accident in March that totaled my car - I of course went shopping for a replacement and provided information on various cars for quotes on how my rate would be affected. I made the decision to purchase the car of my choosing based on these rates but now in August I find myself staring down a $100+/mo rate hike because apparently thats how long it took them to remember I crashed my car in May. Basically its extortion, now that Ive gone and bought the car Im stuck with it unless I want to jump through all those hoops again so they get me in with this falsely low intro price and then hike the rate once its too late for me to do anything. Dirty crooks.

Terrible customer service! I have full coverage for my vehical, it has been totaled and they offered to pay for half what I owe (typical), but then they say they need to re-evaluate the figure and they will call me back. I wait weeks for nothing, call them back, the guy says hes with a customer and will call me when hes done. Nothing. I wait another week and call him he says hes on the freeway and when hes done he can try to explain but still doesnt have any figures. I have been carless for about 2 months now and they are avoiding me and making empty promises.

They have been very helpful. But I would not recommend Geico insurance to anyone. I had a accident about 4 months ago and its bean a night mare they dont want to take care of anything. They have been more worried about how much the bills were then how I was doing. Not one person has asked how I was. TRUST me it is not worth the savings.

They called me, called me! Got insurance in 15 minutes. They called me while I was at work on my break, and they were just awesome and efficient. I was able to insure my car at a very reasonable rate. I was expecting, and prepared, to pay twice what I’m now paying!!!I am just so happy with Gieco right now.Think about this, I just saved so much money that can take my savings and go buy myself a new PS4!!!So I’m with Gieco now. Great customer service; very respectable coverage; a perfectly modest rate; and very easily accessible (e-mail, phone, in person).I’m happy I made the decision to purchase insurance through Gieco, and to think that they called me! Lol. Gieco is open to any questions I have, and best of all I can change my coverage at anytime.I have nothing bad to say about Gieco at this time. I will update when I need to use the insurance I purchased today.

I have been a Geico faithfully paying customer for over 12 years. I always paid on time and made sure to keep things up to date. After I was rear ended I thought I was the victim of a terrible situation, but in Geicos eyes I am the perpetrator. The only thing they cared about was saving themselves money!!! They care not for you as the customer nor will they ever come to your aid. You are a dollar sign and your value only goes as far as your dollar. I was appraised a higher amount by the other insurance company and when I asked them to meet that appraisal they refused. When I told them I could show them comparable models in this price range, they refused to use this information to help me. Literally they didnt care, and in there eyes I was nothing more than some lost Cash. I will never use Geico again, and I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO AS WELL!!!! They will keep you guessing, and leave you stranded all for a few bucks!!! How these people sleep at night is beyond me. RUN AWAY while yous till have a chance!!!!

I cant believe state insurance commissioners actually license these scum bags. It goes without saying that you dont want to give them a nickel. Heed my advice and stay away.

Claim date . 12/11. Response 12/28.They agreed to pay for claim. My issue here is I have a body shop just 3 blocks from my home ( ABRA) who quoted me just a bit over a thousand for my bumper repair.They are partners with abra, but not that one 3 blocks from home, they want me to drive across state to Vancouver WA, cause that’s the abra they partner with. And if I don’t want to go over their partner abra, still have to drive over to meet one of the representatives they have.to write me a check so I can take it to any shop I want.I asked to send a representative to my home and give me the stimate, so I can take my car over to shop near my home, because is convenience for me. They refused.Just a hassle with this company, I stay away from geico, just bad customer service.

Im not one to write reviews in general but I shopped my insurance around and found another provider for less than half what I was paying for two cars and homeowners insurance with Geico. I made the call to cancel my policies and was on hold for over an hour, only to have my call disconnected in the end. Now Im going to have to call them back up and start the process all over again. Feels like an evasive maneuver in order to avoid cancelling my policies. Maybe others have had a better experience canceling their policies with Geico but Im frustrated enough to write this review.

I am currently dealing with Geico after a February 2 accident with my Toyota. I towed it to Toyota but because they were too expensive to fix compared to my adjuster they towed it to a Geico approved shop. After nearly three weeks I called and no one called me back. Finally I got through to the shop only for them to not know who I was and what was supposed to be done to the black truck towed there weeks ago. Ok. So I called the original adjuster and the one on site. Days went by no return call. Called the main Geico line and they got through to the adjuster who told me they are backed up at this shop and dont know when car will be seen. My rental is up in a week and they are leaving me hanging to know if they will cover my rental since no one has even yet to look at my car. I cant afford the 35/day rate for another month but they dont care. The only words left were I will ask my supervisor for extension but cant guarantee one. She said shed call me back to let me know and yet again no return call to put my mind at ease. A company is defined by how they handle the claims and take care of their clients. So far they have showed they dont have my back.

So disappointed in this company. Horrible customer service. They failed to update my new address information and then cancelled my policy without attempting to reach me by phone or email. When I attempted to reinstate, their computers were down for two days and they were unable to even refer to my policy number. Lastly, I talked with a robot like person in Arizona who sounded fifteen and read from a script. We are very sorry for the inconvenience...Im searching for a new provider now. AVOID GEICO.
