Needed a new local agent after I moved and they got everything changed over without any hassles from my other State Farm agent.

I have been with this company for 41 years and was always pleased with the service and the people employed there. Anyone who is disappointed likely heard something they didnt want to hear.

I have had insurance with Glenn Hortons office for years and always had excellent service but they just went way beyond! We purchased a new car and were given a quote for coverage. A couple of days later Glenns office was informed their quote was incorrect and the coverage would be $200+ more. Instead of accepting this, Debbie contacted the corporate office and started asking questions. Long story short, it was discovered there had been a glitch somewhere and the coverage cost was corrected to a little under the original quote. This was not a simple process for Debbie. It took a lot of time and effort on her part to get this fixed. I called to thank them for this effort and Glenn said that is what our job is. What a wonderful attitude. Its why Ive stayed with them so long!

ZERO stars. Poor and unprofessional service by Mary Felming, Office Manager. Im not one to complain, but I am shocked by her lack of sincerity. I would advise all against this office.
