I love these apartments and am so glad I found them. It is really like a tucked away oasis with lots of green grass to enjoy and a cute creek along with nature to enjoy. They just had a taco truck come out and give us free tacos too. The manager is so nice. I love living here!

We are very lucky to have found this little gem tucked away here. Lots of green space and a little creek running thru it with wildlife to admire. We love that we have all wood floors so we can keep it nice and clean easily. Not to mention management and maintenance are super professional and attentive.

I was very happy to move into The Goose Apartments but it took a turn for the worse when I was handed the keys. The ceilings are popcorn ceiling and have what appears to be mold next to the windows and closets. If you zoom into the modeled unit you will be able to see. Do NOT be fooled by the updated appliances. Everything was new in my unit except for the cabinets. Its strange and makes me think they do not want to disturb the mold or absesos.My first and only night there was full of me inspecting the ceiling and catching cockroaches and flushing them down the toilet. Instead of unpacking and setting up my babies first bedroom I was at the store purchasing chemicals to kill the infestation.This home is gross and NOBODY deserves to live under these circumstances.

My daughter and her children lived here for one year. She endured horrible events, like heater in living room breaking in the living room in the winter for two months, washer and dryer, in her apartment-broken six months. Repeated requests for repair ignored. Single mom, two kids sort of need the laundry washed and heat-things included in the rent or one would assume so. The manager was always pleasant, no complaints there but the fact remained these repairs were ignored. Neighbors were allowed to behave as they wished, again requests to neutralize party music going on to early morning hours, running, fighting, screaming with two young children being terrified...ignored. We were very hopeful when we found this apartment but her lease ending could not have come soon enough. I hope this little apartment complex pulls this together and makes substantial change, though it’s not a high end place-it should honor it’s contractual obligations. I wish them luck, happy our daughter and grand babies are in a safer and well maintained new place.

I’d just like to share the service I got at the goose! I was walking around the property looking at the Amenities, I ran into the maintenance man who was pressure washing the sidewalk Daniel is his name!, he Immediately caught site of me stopped what he was doing and asked I’ve there was anything he could assist me with (he’s easy on the eyes if you know what I mean😊) I told him I was looking to rent he told me that all the units were occupied at the moment but you never know what may pop up so keep checking in with us! He was kind and smiled non stop, I’ll definitely be checking in again!

I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and it tucked away hidden with lush green space. What I really like is its very near to shopping, Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is very commute to travel in buses like a minute walk from the apartment. The Manager is very kind and good person. I recently had an issue with the refrigerator, So I complained and they quickly came to check and understood the problem and within couple of days got replaced with new refrigerator. Thanks to the manager to be so quick to solve the issue.

The Goose (formerly Susan Marie) is a beautiful place to live. The new Owners and Management have really put in an incredible amount of hard work!Angela, the new manager, is AMAZING. She definitely wont stand for any nonsense, but is understanding and compassionate if you come to her and communicate openly and honestly. Really goes to bat for her tenants when going through hardships.Maintenance requests have been getting handled quickly and efficiently since new management took over.The landscape is well taken care of. There is a charming playground on property. The fenced creek that runs through the center of the property is home to small geese families, and little beavers that have built a dam in the back. There is an incredible amount of yard space shared by tenants that all the patios in each section overlook.This is really a wonderful and quiet complex to live in. Perfect for everyone from the business bachelor, college students, and families. My neighbors are all really sweet too. Always a friendly face to say Hello!

Absolutely love these cute apartments. Management is super on top of things and have done a great job of the upkeep of the property. There are adorable baby geese too that are usually seen by the little creek that runs through the apartments. I love the little bridges you can walk across. So excited for the pool party.

Living here is awesome! Its very clean and all the neighbors are chill.

I really liked touring The Goose with Abby! When I came in she was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the area. The property was cute and had tons of room for my dog to run and play. The units they have are updated and I love the idea of having my own washer dryer 😍. I was looking to move in this month but they didn’t have any available so I got myself on the waitlist because I would really like to live here!

The Goose Apartments are really nice! They are newly renovated and the grounds are very well maintained. Abby, in the leasing office, is so kind and personable to the residents and to those that come in to check out the property. The Goose Apartments are amazing!

Visited the grounds recently on a tour with the manager Abby. She was polite and had an answer to all of my questions. Cute apartments, quiet neighborhood and friendly residents. I enjoyed the tour and would recommend these apartments!

I went into the office and talked with Abby about how I could be added on the lease with my partner. She was super friendly and had all of the info I needed, I was a little stressed about it all but she offered me a refreshment And talked me through the whole situation. The whole process seems pretty easy and I had a great experience in the office with the Manager Abby, it definitely calmed my nerves!

Couldn’t be more happy with how wonderful the maintenance man Daniel is. Always see him working away on something and always with a smile on his face! Not only a great apartment complex but also really amazing staff!

I really love living at Goose, we recently got a new owner and manager. They are AMAZING! They take care of maintenance request really quickly and do the work the right way unlike the old management. When I recently called the office with some basic questions the new manager Angela (I think) not only answered all my questions but she also offered me a cup of coffee.

I recently moved in with my BF here. Angela in the office is so friendly, always offering us a cup of coffee when we stop by. We love the new floors and appliances in our apartment.

It’s a beautiful property! I’ve met Daniel the maintenance man during my visit there to view apartments, he was very kind, upbeat and friendly, he definitely know what he’s doing, and the property always looks great!!!

The previous manager was great. The grounds an area is beautiful. Maintenance how ever is a JOKE. Lazy lazy. I’ve been here 2 months an I’m saving up my money so I can break my lease an move away. The maintenance dude left foam all over my floor an my counter after replacing my dishwasher. Moved my table an didn’t return it back to where it was. Rent is way to high for the quality of appliances as well as apartments. I’d much rather spend 1300 + on a place that actually functions correctly for more then a month.

Its a Great place to live and the new manager abby is very polite as well as the maintenance man Daniel and both of them are doing a great job.

Super impressed with fast response from maintenance guy, Matt. Gal in the office helped me register for an online account so I could submit a work order to have my electrical outlet in my kitchen replaced. I think her her name was Angela.

The goose management is pathetic. They utilize a shady 3rd party business to qualify new tenants called RENTGROW aka yardi. Google them before you apply. Poor communication, disgusting grounds (stepped on dog doo on the bridge during tour, bugs everywhere.) Small, overpriced units. They should knock these down and just rebuild. Sell the property to a company that isnt trying to profit on shady practices please.

Crooks and liars. They entered the apartment on my last day that I paid for till midnight. They entered without any kind of notice and started remodeling my kids were supposed to go there after school but instead they were forced to wait outside in the rain for over 1 hr because of the fumes they even stole my kids crackers. And when I received my deposit they added charges.

They literally tried to steal my donuts, I was checking out the venture (which wasnt very nice sorry to say), and I had these great donuts with me from Dunkin and sure enough they disappeared, as soon as I returned from the quick tour. I was dumbfounded by this, I couldnt really believe it.

Ever since we got a new owners it’s been down hill. The communications is horrible and false. The way the lady talks to people is rude and lies. I’m just disappointed and ready to move out soon.
