Rich is supper helpful property manager. He is so patient and always willing to help. Whenever I have a question, he is always there. He even reply my email during the night and offer his best. Because of the rising housing market, we made a very tough decision and have to move out the community, we feel so regret on that. But my wife and I decided we will definitely come back to this community one year later. The floor plan, the amenities and trees and grass are so lovely. I will miss our 1 and half year we lived here, especially during this hard time. But definitely come back in the future.
We love to live here, and we have lived here for over 5 years now. It’s always lovely, nice and quiet. The staffs at the leasing office are really nice and professional. Maintenance team here is awesome. If any thing broken or not in working order, it would be fixed and done within the next day after being requested, unless something needs to wait for parts ordering. The maintenance technicians Sead and Josue are very quick and effective with their work, always get the requested work done right and back in its properly working order, plus leaving behind nothing but nice and clean.
I have lived here for only a short amount of time so far, but I have LOVED living here. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet, and there are many restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores close by. The staff has been wonderful here, especially Richard Rogers. First, he provided a wonderful tour for me, showing me all the available units that I was interested in. He was extremely friendly, which helped me know that this would be a great place to live. He then helped me navigate through the application process, as this was my first time applying to an apartment, and he answered my many questions over both phone and email. He made the application process and move-in process run so smoothly and was always there to help! All of my service requests have been fulfilled in a very timely manner, and I really appreciate all the hard work from the staff here at Center Pointe. Great place to live!
Ive lived at Center Pointe for 8 years and cant say enough positive things about the community and staff. They are always courteous, helpful and responsive. Sead in maintenance always does an excellent job. He is meticulous and thorough with all repair requests. If he has to order a part and return to complete the work, he makes sure to communicate when he will return and if delayed he will come by and let us know. The office staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. If youre looking for a great place to live, Center Point Apartments is it!
I recently moved from NC about 2 months ago and have enjoyed living at Center Pointe so far. Rich in the front office was extremely helpful during the entire leasing and move in process, especially as I was traveling by car from NC. He always seemed to be available and was more than accommodating when it came to getting everything set up from the road (electricity, lease, etc). During my first week here, I noticed a lot of ants around the apartment but this was quickly resolved when I brought it up to Rich. Anytime I’ve had a question/concern, management was always ready to help. They’re also willing to engage you personally whether that be talking about the area, golf, or anything else. Would definitely recommend. Their prices appear to be a bit high for me ($1700+) given my apartments in NC were $800-$1000 (cost of living is much lower there). However, the quality of the [renovated] apartment, 24/7 security, valet trash most nights, etc are worth it.
My girlfriend and I moved into Center Pointe a few weeks ago. So far we are BEYOND satisfied with everything that has come with living here. The complex is quiet, parking is easy, in good location to any shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Also very close to Portland without being in/right outside of it, maybe 12 minutes from the Western edge of the city (with traffic more like 20).The valet trash and recycling service is extremely reliable and take care of everything quickly and quietly. The gym is a bit small, but has everything you would need if you just need to squeeze in a quick workout. The pool is fantastic, lots of space to lay down and tan, and is such a good temperature, and is easily accessible from anywhere in the complex. The one time we had to contact maintenance, to clear some pipes when we put too much food in the garbage disposal, it was about 10 pm, they responded VERY quickly and were then able to come to our apartment to fix it first thing in the morning. All of the maintenance staff and management is EXTREMELY nice, caring, kind, and knowledgeable. ((Im not supposed to use names in the review I believe, so I will say R) R is the one that we have had basically all of our contact with. He is absolutely amazing. Very laid back, calm, and patient. So, so very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to questions or issues with anything at all. He even came out and gave everyone at the pool popsicles one day!! Courtesy of Center Pointe :)We have no complaints whatsoever, and are very very happy to be here
I’ve been living at CP for 3 years, and since my move in date, I’ve loved the complex and the people who run it. Anytime I would have minor things need fixing in the apartment, they would come in promptly and do an excellent job. Recently I had a few minor things need fixing and Josue did an excellent job and made sure that everything was i working order before he left. This is definitely a great place to live.
This is a really good community. Very quiet and peacefully. Rich was very helpful and kind assisting us during our application and move in process. He made the process a lot faster and very easy. Rich is the best.
Im back living in an apartment after 7 years in a single family home and I couldnt be happier with Center Pointe! Richard Rogers was my point of contact and gave me a great virtual tour, patiently answered my many questions, was easily accessible and knowledgeable during the leasing and move in process, and has been a friendly and helpful face ever since. The complex is well maintained and the amenities are clean and very enjoyable. I dont know if the sound-proofing is top notch or if my neighbors are just quiet, but I rarely hear any ambient noise. The location of this complex is amazing--within walking distance of Tualatin Hills Nature Park and the Beaverton Creek Wetlands, and easy driving distance to lots of stores and restaurants.
Ive lived here for almost a month now and I absolutely love it here. I love the management team, as they have a human element in what they do and care for the individual tenants. Theyre very welcoming and put in the extra mile to leave a good impression. Maintenance team is great as well for their minor fixes the place needed. They also have been professional and courtesy. The rooms are build pretty quiet with some minor exceptions but Im quite happy that noise level is down as I work from home. The neighbors have been friendly and even saved a for packages for me when I was out of town. They have been here for 8 years and for good reason. I enjoy the location as its central to many great things nearby, Winco, bars, shopping areas, bowling alley, parks, work out areas. Rates I thought were very reasonable for luxury style apartments. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.
If your looking for a nice, quiet, beautiful, clean and safe place to call home in Beaverton for you and/or your family, look no further, Center Pointe Apartments is where you want to be!My husband and I was very nervous about relocating from Washington, DC to Oregon (job promotion). We flew out here a month prior and scheduled appointments to see five three bedroom apartments. The first apartment was ok but not as kid friendly as we expected. The second apartment was with Center Pointe. We scheduled an appointment with the Assistant Property Manager, Rich. As soon as we finished the tour with Rich we instantly knew Center Pointe was a good fit for our family. I couldnt believe we flew out here and found an apartment so fast! Rich was very nice, welcoming and informative. After our appointment with Rich we cancelled the other three appointments and submitted our application an hour after we left. Needless to say, we got approved the same day. Yay! Weve been here for a few months now and love it here. Everyone from the staff to our neighbors have been very nice and welcoming. Im so glad we chose Center Pointe Apartments.Let me just add that during our process with packing, moving and driving across country, Rich checked on us throughout the whole process. He made sure we were settled in. He sent us a list of things to do and places to eat. He was very understanding of our situation with needing to move in prior to my husband starting his new job. They even surprised us with a nice welcoming gift.P.S. There’s a beautiful pool, clubhouse, gym and valet trash service which is a plus!Lastly I want to give a huge shout out to the maintenance staff Josue and Sead. THANK YOU so much for finding and returning my Chanel sunglasses I left at the pool. You ROCK!
My boyfriend and I recently moved to Oregon from Ohio. During our process of trying to find the right place to call our new home I stumbled upon Center Pointe Apartments. After weighing out the pros and cons to our list of places we were interested in, my boyfriend had pretty much made up his mind. When I came across Center Pointe Apartments something drew me in. I immediately called the leasing office and was connected with Rich. Rich was so helpful and answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. If he didnt have an answer for me he followed up with them soon after we finished our call. What set Center Pointe apart from the other apartments for me was not only the great reviews I had read but the personal connection. I could tell Rich had our best interest at heart and put my mind at ease with this big step. We got our keys last month, and since moving in things have been great! The apartment is wonderful and better than we had hoped for. The office staff is friendly, and most importantly the maintenance staff has been incredible. We didnt necessarily have all the tools for some of the projects we found ourselves getting into and the maintenance staff was more than willing to lend us some equipment which only made us feel more at home. I am thrilled with our decision to choose Center Pointe and cannot wait to continue making our new spot into our own.
My girlfriend and I recently moved to Center Pointe from out of state and can attest that all of the positive reviews being echoed here are absolutely true. We signed our lease sight unseen and with that came a lot of questions and concerns. Rich was a pleasure to work with and took his time making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Upon arrival the complex completely exceeded our expectations (which, to be honest were pretty high). The maintenance staff is fantastic and as someone who is handy myself and enjoys seeing a job well done it is obvious that they take their time and make the extra effort to keep the neighborhood in excellent condition. In addition to our service requests being filled quickly, the maintenance team is a friendly addition to homey feel, quick to say hello and always willing to lend a hand. The location is the icing on the cake.Walking distance to the MAX, next door to the Tualatin nature preserve and bike friendly enough to ride into town. Hats off to all of the staff here - great moral - great people - great place to live.
I recently moved into Centre Point Apartments in the month of August. Before the process started, Ricard Rogers, the Assistant Community Manager, was a huge help. He assisted us in the application and even helped us get our complicated swinging bench to the balcony. Since I have moved in, I have truly enjoyed my time living here. Jenn and Ricard are the best leasing office staff I’ve ever had. The office is open seven days a week and always there when needed. The community itself is quite and peaceful. I have not encountered any issues while living here. I can’t wait to see what the rest of my stay will be like in these next months to come. I 100% recommend anyone to move here! So glad that I get to call Centre Point Apartments my home.
Weve been living at Center Pointe Apartments for almost 3 years, and it has been such a wonderful experience! The staff here is fantastic and always say hi when we cross paths. In our experience, the apartments are lovely and in good shape, the neighborhood is quiet, and there are many beautiful trees around the community. Theyre also incredibly pet-friendly, and will offer a reimbursement if adopting from a local shelter or humane society. Were just down the street from the Tualatin Hills Nature Park, and a Max stop is a short walk away!
I wanted to show my appreciation for the maintenance and office staff here. Even during this pandemic, they are right on top of maintenance requests, and they follow all safety precautions. They brought a food truck on site and gifted us free lunches a few times, when lockdown was still new and scary. I am very grateful that they take such good care of their residents, no matter what.
My time at Center Point has been incredible. I have lived all over the country for work/school and this community has been the best by far. Apartments are well kept and cozy and the grounds are always spectacular. The staff is incredible and learns each tenet (and pet) by name. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and will go the extra mile to help you if you are in a bind. All community facilities are well kept and clean and maintenance is prompt to fill your requests. Literally the only thing I would change is the work out center, only has a few treadmills, which is very small and outdated. When my lease comes to an end, I will definitely be renewing and staying as long as I can. I love it here!
The leasing office staff here is simply wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and neighborly. Richard, is especially helpful. He was very thorough and patient with my roomate and I through our leasing agreement process. Even now he is just as accommodating and always providing the same excellent service whenever we need it.Thank you center pointe apartments for my lovely well home and well maintained and friendly community. Best leasing office I’ve ever had!!
Very much enjoy living here! I am a new resident living here for almost two months. We are in a newly renovated 2bed 2bath on the third floor.I naïvely thought at first that it would be a big party. Always hanging with neighbors. Although the staff is VERY welcoming and extremely nice, I sort of forget that this is not college dorm. It is a nice quiet simple community. Lots of different doggies around. Easy to get to recycle area.A COOL FEATURE is we use a valet trash service. What that means is someone comes and picks up your trash right outside your door five days a week! Very nice to just put the trash outside and not worry about it.LOTS OF PARKING Which is unreal convenient. At first we were going to pay for a parking spot but we are finding success with the free spots. Easy for people visiting us to find spots as well.Very much recommend this community! Come for a visit! It’s worth it.
The nature walks nearby are nice, but the highway is a bit loud. Highway patrol does some loud exercises a few times a year. The apartments themselves are fine.
Living at Center pointe has been an amazing experience! The staff are always incredibly kind and willing to assist the residents. Any time I have a question or concern the staff are very efficient and understanding. The apartments are beautiful and well kept up to date with new appliances and finishes. This complex definitely feels like home!
Best rental experience of my life. Prompt maintenance response, fantastic management. Affordable and fair pricing. Always plenty of parking. Location was our favorite part with tons of wildlife in the wetlands and nature reserve short walks away. We bought a home but would be happy to move back if our circumstances change in the future.
Great apartments👍 good people and before covid there were parties with free bbq and drinks, super cool. was middle of summer so the pool even added a little bit of paradise on top! Workout room and pool table, free coffee machine, lobby room deluxe!! Covid won’t be around forever!!! And landscaping is done well lots of squirrels and birds, Beaverton creek is across the street, bald eagle lives there and many herons and beavers!!!
I lived at CenterPointe for just over 5yrs before my job relocated out of state. All the staff is friendly and quick to address any questions or concerns, maintenance always responded quickly if needed. Its a great, safe neighborhood close to everything. Lots of great amenities too! Ill miss living there!
Amazing management, maintenance, and community! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Beaverton. Walking distance to Nike and surrounded by great running and walking trails. Plus the pool is awesome in the summer!
Center Point is a beautifully unique place. The staff truly cares about their residents and comes up with thoughtful ways to surprise and delight them. From fun parties to varieties of pet treats for pets with sensitivities, they truly go above and beyond. Maintenance is second to none and really takes care of any concerns quickly- thats almost unheard of these days. This is truly a great place to live.
Great location and excellent staff! Easy access to MAX station and nearby parks and lots of wildlife. Apartments are modern and clean and parking was always good. Id live there again for sure!
Rich has been so helpful and made himself available to contact easily through the process of getting our apartment. Their service is amazing!
My wife and I have lived all over the country in the 25 years weve been together and along the way weve lived in a great many apartments or condos.Center Pointe is the BEST! We stayed at Willamette Landing in Salem Oregon for 5 years and while we once felt like they were the gold standard, theres no comparison to how wonderful it is here at Center Pointe and the management by Sequoia. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL. While that is possibly the most important element of finding a home, anyone who has had to deal with a poorly run property management company knows that the PEOPLE are just as critical. The people at Center Pointe, and Sequoia Properties are the absolute BEST!We couldnt be happier with the choice we made and are looking forward to staying for some time. Thanks to David, Jen, and Rich for all their tremendous help. These guys really are winners and you can trust them to help find you exactly what youre looking for in a home. Thanks, Center Pointe!!
Their office staff is amazing. Ive been stressing over an out of state move and Rich/Jenn have done nothing but be helpful. Super professional and extremely prompt on answering my questions. I applied and signed months before even moving because this.
I love center point apartments! I feel more like I belong to a condo community than an apartment complex. We have had a bit of unexpected construction on our unit, which is always annoying but the contractors that did the work are top notch!!! They were kind, not invasive, professional, personable, quick and introduced other contractors before they just entered in. I definitely felt like the level of professionalism and resident service that Center Point embodies, they carry that over into their contracted workers also. From owning my home and and living in several apartment across several states. By far the best construction experience Ive ever had!Office staff Rich and Jen have been great since day 1! Rich went above and beyond keeping me in the loop with what was the next phase. Thank you to everyone! We are home!
We lived for close to 3 years here and it has been a great community. The staff is very friendly, accommodative and efficient. The maintenance is excellent, both in terms of the individual apartment unit and the community overall. We have no hesitations in wholeheartedly recommending this apartment.Thank you Center Pointe!
Fantastic staff, including management, office staff and maintenance. This is a caring community. The staff are always friendly, helpful and they promptly address any concerns. My wife and I consider us fortunate to live in this outstanding community. Also, great landscaping and close to outdoor and recreational amenities. Highly recommended !!!
Hands down best place to rent in Beaverton..We stayed here for 3 years and it always felt like home.. The leasing team is excellent.. We have never had an issue here.. Maintenance team is so prompt at working on requests.. Clean community, respectful neighbors, close to trails and wildlife.. and MAX station is within 5 mins.. Thank you Center Pointe!!!
Excellent experience with this company and property. I had a short stay and needed to move to property closer to amenities, I was able to do a transfer to another property with ease. Maintenance repairs problems within hours of help ticket.
This is a great community where the staff is friendly and efficient. The apartment units are very comfortable and have all the modern amenities. Maintenance is impeccable too, with any issue getting resolved at the earliest. I fully recommend Center Pointe!
I love Center Pointe Apartments! The properties are well taken care of. The apartments are kept up to date. Whenever any issues arise the apartment management team is friendly and extremely responsive to all my needs. This is a wonderful place to live.
Amazing staff!! Great grounds! Great Apartment! I moved from Chicago and they helped me step by step to make sure that everything went incredibly smooth. Once moved they made sure I was happy with the apartment. I had a few issues and maintenance was very responsive and everything was fixed. I am a for life renter and it all about the service and Center Pointe has it!
I really appreciate all the staff at Center Pointe Apartments. The staff provide amazing support and are always prompt in addressing maintenance requests. Center Pointe also has a terrific community with regular events that allow residents to make connections and get to know our neighbors. We couldnt ask for a better community for our family.
Feel like home. Best place I ever leased. Thank you Rich and maintenance team.
I love Center Pointe. I relocated to this area from out of state and finding an apartment was so stressful. I wanted something priced well, but also nice, and in a good neighborhood. I called some different complexes where I was simply told Its nice, you can see it online. Thats great, but renting pretty much sight unseen was unnerving. I called Center Pointe expecting a similar experience. Nope . Rich LISTENED to what I wanted in an apartment and looked through his openings until he thought he found the one, then instead of telling me about it, or referring me to a website he physically went into the apartment and took pictures of the entire place inside and out. He wanted to make sure this was the right place for me. Guess what? It was the one. He made the leasing process so easy, and even stayed late the night I drove in with all my belongings to ensure that I had the keys and got inside safely. He was key in making this a fantastic experience and building a great relationship. I was wowed. Since Ive moved in, I have had nothing but great experiences. From Sed and Jose (sp) in Maintenance who treat me like family, to Jen and my main man Rich in the office who treat me like the crazy neighbor you put up with because shes highly entertaining, to the Manager David who is an all around great guy, Center Pointe is a fabulous place to hang your hat and call home . Highly recommended. If I had it to do again, I wouldnt change a thing. Thank you guys!
Wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is great, courteous, friendly, and quick to respond. The maintenance people come either same day or the next day and do good work. They will go out of there way to help. Also its quiet and well maintained grounds. Perfect location near the Max blue line but not right next to it and near a beautiful nature park.
Center Pointe Apartments is hands down the BEST rental experience Ive had. Everyone from management to maintenance went above and beyond to make my time there great. David and Richard were especially helpful whenever I had questions or needed something. All maintenance requests were responded to immediately....and they actually followed up to make sure everything was in proper working order. I would not hesitate to recommend Center Pointe to friends and family.
Center Pointe Apartments are perfect for someone who wants a newly renovated apartment in a friendly quiet community! Maintenance is always on top of every work order and the office staff goes above and beyond the residents expectations. The amenities are to die for and theyre even super pet friendly! Even management is very cooperative and works to find a solution to satisfy everyone. Move here and you wont regret it😊
My wife and I retired to Beaverton this Spring and chose Center Pointe Apartments because it was a beautiful location with all the important features we were looking for. The things that make everyday living easier for us here are the laundry in our apartment, the walk-in closets, the large bathroom, the kitchen built-ins, the large living room, and the extra storage room. We also enjoy the way the ceiling fans and fireplace dress up the living room and the patio doors give us a quiet view of the trees in the courtyard. What we didn’t expect when we moved here was the friendliness of all the staff. They make our lives here so much better. Say what you want about the long list of Amenities at the Clubhouse, but it’s the people who really make us like living here. This evening we were invited to a Harvest Festival Event at the Center Pointe Clubhouse. All the staff really knocked themselves out to make it a success; just like they did at their summer poolside event. The decorations and food took a lot of time and effort and it really showed. They had a large turnout that helped us meet more of our neighbors. The little children had fun; the eats and beverages were yummy, and the sounds of laughter and conversation made the evening pass quickly. We really feel settled here. Vernon P.
I have been living at Center Pointe for a couple months. I had a couple of issues with the apartment (1. Laundry room door would not open, 2. Pipe leak under the sink). Their maintenance system was quick to respond and both issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The staff here has been very friendly and professional. Whenever they see me, they call me by name, ask me how everything is going, and follow up on any of the previous issues mentioned. My initial thoughts about the apartment itself, were that it had too much carpet and the washer and dryer were outdated. However, there is plenty of storage space, the kitchen appliances are fairly updated, and the bathroom is looks great.Overall I am happy with the apartment and the amazing staff!
As a first time renter I was very skeptical about moving but Center Pointe staff has made me feel at home since the day I toured. I knew that day that I wanted to live here. The staff always goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations, especially the maintenance crew! They are quick, efficient and so kind. I highly recommend this apartment complex!!
I enjoy living in Center Pointe Apartments. Its not only a very nice place to live, clean, quiet, nice walking routes nearby, it is also located very strategically close to the Max, and in close proximity to a ton of stores and right in-between Intel & downtown Portland. Perfect!
My boyfriend and I just moved into Center Pointe a few months ago because we were unsatisfied with our old apartment complex. So far we love it! The moving and leasing process was so easy thanks to the amazing office staff. They are so friendly and extremely helpful. Whenever we have any problems or questions the assistant manager Rich is ALWAYS there to assist us! As for everything else, great new appliances, sturdy walls so you won’t be able to hear neighbors, and we even have someone who picks up our trash every night. There is always free parking near our apartment and we have two cars. Overall, highly recommend this apartment complex to live at.
Amazing complex! My roommate and I searched all around Beaverton and read reviews on many apartments around the area. Center Pointe Apartments stood out to us instantly. The staff in the office are extremely helpful, the maintenance crew is quick and accomplishes every task to my expectations within the week of my request. All of the neighbors, management and maintenance are warm and welcoming! Great living environment!
Amazing place to call home! There are so many fantastic aspects of living at Center Pointe but two favorite reasons being 1. They have hot chocolate ON TAP (snow day bliss) and deliver all of my packages right to my home!Truly a great place to live
Ive been living at Center Pointe apartment homes for about 9 months now and all i can say is it is the best experience i have ever had with any apartment complex. The community manager David is genuinely interested in helping out and the staff are all very friendly. Service requests are really easy to submit online or in person and are always done in a timely manner.
I am enjoying my stay here. My kid loves playing in area. Apartments are very spacious compare to others in area. You get good sunlight in apartment on non-rainy days. Staff is very helpful and professional. Good place to live with Nike office and MAX in walking distance.
My husband and I have been living here since we moved to Beaverton a few years back. We have always enjoyed our time here: there is plenty of parking, a quiet neighborhood and we’re located in a really convenient spot close to everything we need. Most recently Center Pointe really impressed us by stepping in and caring for our cat while we had to tend to a family emergency out of state. Not only did I get email updates, but I came home to a treat box for my cat full of toys and treats for us to enjoy with him. I’ve never lived in a community that so thoroughly displayed their care and dedication to their residents. Thank you Center Pointe, you truly embody excellence.
Im very satisfied with my experience now approaching my 90 day mark of my lease. Im in a two bedroom two bath. My apartment is huge! That said, the staff work very hard especially maintenance. They even valet your trash every night, doesnt get much better than that. Im very happy with my experience so far and I recommend this community to anyone inquiring.
We are extremely satisfied with the maintenance services provided here at Center Pointe. Maintenance requests are attended to immediately and service is provided smoothly. The maintenance team and the staff of Center Pointe are very friendly and always eager to help which my husband and I appreciate a lot. We have felt at home here since day one thanks to the location, great staff and a maintenance team that makes life easy for us.
Center Pointe has been the place where I have called home for the last two and a half years. One of the first people I met was Sead, he greeted me warmly and happily helped me with all my move-in questions. Over the years, when I see him, he still greets me warmly, always remembers me with a warm smile and wave, and he has made me feel welcome and taken care of. The whole Center Pointe staff is always willing to ensure the safety and comfort of the community. This is a great place to call home.
The pool is nice. The office and staff are extremely helpful (Rich is the man). Sied is the best maintence tech and is a legend. Hes helped me with any problems quickly at any time of day and I cant thank him enough. Washer and dryer isnt the best but other than that I loved the place.
We just recently renewed our lease here and overall are very happy with the apartment and the staff. The staff is always friendly and willing to help when needed. I love the FREE (yes, FREE) coffee and hot chocolate. About six months ago the coffee machine was being serviced and the apartment manager chased us down to give us a Subway gift card for the inconvenience :) LOL!The apartment itself is beautiful. I love the kitchen and vaulted ceilings. Big enough to fit our enormous 12ft. Christmas tree. The apartment is in a great location close to nature walks which our dog loves!
Im a very particular person and did a lot of research before landing on Center Pointe Apartments. I made the absolute right decision! Ive been here almost a year and a half and Ive been very pleased with my apartment, the location, amenities, and the staff. The staff is always genuinely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are happy. This.Is.Home. I cant recommend Center Pointe enough!
I moved to this complex from out of state and the staff has really helped ease my familys transition to Oregon. They have really gone above and beyond to help us when we were in a bind. Maintenance staff is really great, as is the community in general. I would highly recommend Center Pointe apartments.
When I moved all the way down to Portland from the tropical lands of Vancouver, I was lost in such a big city, I had no idea what to do or where to go. Finally, fate showed me the way. The clouds parted, gleaming right on the Center Pointe Apartments and I knew this would be my home. I walked in and was greeted by the best groomed staff in Portland. No matter what my request was, the man with a magnificent mustache came through and thoroughly pleased every one of my needs. This place is heaven on earth with angels working under the disguise of mustaches.
Center Pointe has been a great renting experience!! The staff takes tremendous pride in always presenting a best foot forward, in the office and the grounds! Its safe and so convenient to everything and issues (when the arise) are promptly and courteously handled. As I said, a wonderful, professional group of people running a great complex!!!
The maintenance staff is very good timely and friendly. They do try their best to fix things when you report problems. The office staff is courteous but a bit cold. Grounds are generally clean and its fairly quiet unless the club house is having a big party. However the apartments are very old, most of them have original appliances and furnishing from 20 years ago when the complex was originally built. We could hear our upstairs neighbors footsteps and bedroom activities, which was a huge turn-off. Dont be fooled by the pictures on the website with shiny SS appliances, those apartments are rare, most of them havent been upgraded with modern appliances. If a reported maintenance problem is a bad building design or just things being old they dont fix the cause. Theyll offer to alleviate the trouble, thats it. For example our dryer didnt filter out lint, clogged the vent after every 2 dries and created a fire hazard in the balcony. They couldnt move the vents or correct the vent filter problem. This to us meant they just wanted to keep making money, instead of implementing a permanent solution, no different than most other apartments. The worst part for us is the move-out process. Physical walk-through does nothing to inform you the cost of moving out. We got slammed with $350 move out statement, after living there for barely 4 months AND after paying them the cleaning fee stated in the move-out booklet. They also failed to get back to us after we reached out to clarify the bill, then sent us to a collections agency without informing us, thus damaging our credit history. Manager didnt budge or admit any responsibility when we informed them we had received 0 communication on the statement after reaching out to her office. Someone in the office dropped the ball, claimed she had sent email and left voicemail, when we received nothing. We found this to be extremely unprofessional, unaccountable to their actions and consequences to their renters. Not recommended if you want things to go smoothly while moving out of it. We had a lot of stress coming out of this horrible experience of being treated like debt-owing criminals. Expect to cough up money for carpet cleaning, painting and other surprises when you move out, none of which was explicitly called out when you sign the lease. So be very careful.
This is an AWESOME place to live! Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help. I especially appreciate Richard in the office and Josue on the maintenance crew. I have never had a negative experience and would recommend this place to anyone.
I have been living at this apartment complex for a few months now and have not had any issues. The maintenance and leasing staff are very responsive, courteous, professional and super friendly. The apartments are very well maintained and clean. It is a nice quiet area and love that it is in walking distance to the train for when I want to head downtown.
Overall not bad. I have only 2 issues... They wont allow window ac units, which is absurd. And they are very specific about what you are allowed to have on your patio. Otherwise not bad. The ac unit issue is why we will most likely be moving out. Its too hot in the summer and we cant afford a standing one. For a place that made this decision, they should have ac installed in the units. Been here almost 2 years. Would not mind staying but the ac is probably going to be a deal breaker. I cant go through another summer like this. :/
I just came from their Harvest Festival party, and when these guys throw a party, they dont mess around! A great lot of food, including vegetarian options and caramel apples for the kids, was available in their HUGE clubhouse.I have moved here fairly recently, but I have been continually struck by the attention to detail and the small and large touches that have really made me feel at home, here. I am really glad that I moved in!
Center Pointe is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and very convenient for resident with any maintenance issue. With great amenities aswell as being pet friendly is a plus.
Center Pointe Apartments is a terrific community. It is kept clean, safe, and orderly by the excellent staff, and the maintenance is always prompt. Center Pointe provides a welcoming atmosphere where we feel connected to our neighbors. We also appreciate how centrally located Center Pointe is to the Max and to Tualatin Hills Nature Park. It is a really nice place.
I am 27. Since 20, I have moved 7 times. After experiencing living in this apartment complex, maybe it will stay 7 for a few years :-)
I cant even begin to describe how lucky we were to find this place! Initially we looked across the street at a different complex but that place was $500 more expensive for a 2 bedroom. And it looked pretty much exactly the same as the one we are now in at Center Pointe. Not only are the apartments spacious with open layouts, tall ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a big deck, its been the positive and friendly experience with the staff that has really made living here even more enjoyable. Anytime we need anything, they have our backs, and our time here has honestly been the best weve ever experienced in an apartment complex. If I accidentally clog the garbage disposal, someone stops by within an hour or two to help me fix it. They even leave little mints anytime you put in a service request and they finish working on the issue! One time the battery in our fire alarm started beeping in the middle of the night, so I called the 24/7 maintenance line and someone on staff drove from home, on their day off to help out at 3 am in the morning on a SATURDAY!!! Seriously, everyone who works here is so incredibly kind and selfless. The staff at the front desk passes out popsicles to the kids in the summertime, lets you know if you have a package thats arrived, and keeps an eye out for any packages that youre looking forward to. They even host community parties and events with free food and beer! One time they had to repave the whole apartment complex, and the staff felt bad about the inconvenience so they brought goodies and treats the next day to the office for anyone who wanted to stop by.Rich, who works in the leasing office has been so extremely helpful throughout our entire stay here. When we initially moved in, we moved into an un-renovated unit in the hopes that we could upgrade to a renovated one in the winter time when the prices would drop and there would be more availability. He kept giving us updates on the pricing and let us know when a prime spot opened up. We moved in to a renovated unit (with a brand new kitchen, bathroom, carpet, and all new appliances) with barely any price increase!Rich also saw that we got a new puppy and let us know that Sequoia reimburses new pet owners up to $250 if you get a rescue pup, which we did. Our new pup’s adoption fee was expensive, so just by having a quick conversation with him, we were able to save hundreds of dollars! Our experience here has been enhanced so much by Rich and his co-workers Jen, Sed, Jose, and David.We are SO lucky and grateful to be a part of this community. All of our neighbors are friendly, it’s super quiet with lots of walking areas, greenery, a pool, fitness room, and a Jacuzzi (which we use almost every night!)Seriously, look no further if you’re trying to find the ultimate experience for apartment living and an awesome community.}
Great place, close to MAX and Nike. No noisy neighbors or police incidences, nice pool and gym. Plus free coffee bar open every day. Only complaint is the price
I live in 1027 APT in this community. It is a great place to live and awesome stuff in the office my contract will be end next week, so unfortunately I can’t renew for some circumstances. Thanks so much for everyoneIn the center pointe community I will miss you.Saad
I have been living in this apartment for close to one year and I never had any issue there. Their maintenance staff and leasing staff is very courteous and professional. Upgraded apartments are very good having steel appliances and latest remodelling. Their clubhouse, Gym and swimming pool is very good but childrens play area can be improved a little.
Ive only had poor experiences when dealing with similar types of companies. However I can honestly say, working with the staff at Center Pointe has shown me how pleasant and easy things can be. Take this comment as a big thank you.
Perfect place to live. Enjoyable and relaxing. Its like living in a resort with nice gym, hot tub, swimming pool and playground! If you like tea or coffee live here. You wake up in the morning and make your coffee or favorite Tazo tea at the club house and is free. The club house is amazing you can invite friends and have a party or dinner or just hanging out in a nice spot. You also can use the computer to do work or use your own with an open wifi. Maintance is quick and perfect. The staff are great willing to help whenever I need something. The max station is only 7 to 10 minutes walk. I highly recommend Center Point apartments.
I would strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for an outstanding apartment complex to rent from. Not only do they have a wide variety of apartment homes to choose from, but the staff are courteous, professional and friendly. You will truly call this place home.
Update: Maintenance has been able to fix our dryer issue and spent a good amount of time cleaning out the vents, which is appreciated. Management reached out to us and we had a discussion about our concerns at the community. Most issues are not fixable unless we move units, but we appreciate the gesture and management trying to smooth over the issues weve experienced. My boyfriend and I have been here for a couple months now, and we have mixed reviews of living at Center Pointe. We did a long distance move from Kansas City, and were expecting a bit more support based on previous reviews. We found the application process confusing, and ended up signing our lease really early and not for the correct dates. We got this sorted out before our arrival, but only after calling and requesting to speak with a manager after having issues trying to remedy the problem the first time around. When touring this apartment, we were told that it is acoustically designed to be quiet. Originally I wanted to live on the top floor only, but we were assured that because of this design, we could live on the middle or bottom floor and be just fine. We ended up getting a 2nd floor apartment that faces the pool. I have never lived in a louder area in my life. The neighbors above us are incredibly noisy; we can hear them stomping around and dropping things/rearranging furniture (?) throughout the day (morning, afternoon, evening, late at night). Facing the pool has been a nightmare as well. It is so loud during the warmer times, children are screaming while playing at the pool, etc. The weather has cooled off now but people still hangout at the pool, and have conversations loudly right outside our window late at night. There is also a playground behind the fitness center, and loud screams from children playing echo into our apartment. This is less than ideal for me, as I work from home and I find these things completely distracting. There is also a train nearby that blows its horn late into the evening and early in the morning, which wakes us up most nights. The catch here is that there is no air conditioning, so you have your windows open most of the day and definitely through the night to be comfortable. So, when things get noisy there is not a lot you can do unless you want to sweat it out in your apartment with the windows shut.We also have a dryer here that does not function properly. We were told it is only a few months old, yet it does not dry our clothes after the longest time setting (60 min) on the highest heat. Maintenance looked at the dryer promptly, but told us it is almost brand new and we just need to use the highest setting. Well we have been doing that and with the dryer only 1/3 of the way full, we are still having to run the dryer through 2 60 min cycles to get our clothes dry, which is an incredible waste of energy. These apartments do have nice features, and are in a great location. We are happy with the space we have and area we are in. However, the selling points of this apartment vs. the issues we have encountered certainly do not balance out.
Great apartment. The complex is quiet, the staff is friendly, and maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner (so far all have been addressed on the same day). Love living here, and couldnt ask for a better place.
The maintenance staff has been amazing at Center point on Millikan way, Beaverton. They always go the extra mile and I am so impressed by their personable helpful attitudes.
Its really nice to see the resident manager, his team and the maintenance team out and taking care of the sidewalks in the complex for the safety of the residents. I thought it was odd to see the resident manager out and about, but you can tell that they care a lot about the safety of the complex. Even after a couple days, they got pebbles down in the complex to help with traction as this snowmageddon really didnt go anywhere for sometime.Kudos to the entire resident staff for taking care of us.
Ive lived here for a year now and I love it! Its nice to have a close commute to work but I also like how its easy to get to downtown from here!
Quiet, clean apartments with great floorplans and new fixtures throughout. Management staff is kind, responsive and helpful. Management company does an excellent job maintaining the property (although the gym equipment could stand to be updated) and do not hesitate to replace apartment equipment that is either broken or not performing 100%. If youre going to live in Beaverton, live here!
Not only are these apartments beautiful but this is the best staff you could ever ask for in an apartment complex. Rich specifically is always extremely welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. If you’re looking for an apartment in this area this is the one!
Very dog friendly, clean and well kept area, with very friendly and professional office staff and maintenance crew. Sead and Josue, Center Pointes maintenance staff are always willing to help and get the job done. Very pleasant experience thus far.
Lived here now for a few months and are VERY happy with our choice of apartment. The onsite staff (David, Richard & Jen) were a delight to work with during our leasing process and continue to be awesome! The property is very well kept, apartment was clean upon move in & the location next to the MAX train & Tualatin Hills Nature park make this a GREAT location to live! The maintenance staff is also very friendly even when passing by doing their daily duties.
I have been doing some work on this property and the tenants are all really nice. The office staff are all exceptionally nice and very helpful.
My family and I really enjoy living here. The staff are wonderful and the apartment is clean and modern. We often get a wow, nice compliment when we have visitors. Its fairly quiet as well. The only noises we hear are actually from the Beaverton wetlands (coyotes!). The management seems to be focused on making facility improvements and building a community through fun events.Pros: Great, spacious layouts, plenty of parking, friendly stafff in the leasing office-they even remember your name and apartment number. The clubhouse is free to rent with a deposit! We had a very nice 1st birthday celebration for my daughter.Cons: Some of the fixtures in the apartment are a bit on the cheap side. It would be nice for management to invest in sturdier items as it will be better in the long run.
EDIT: Changing from 2-star to 1-star. I got an apology email from the manager, David Dias last night. Was going to leave this review up as a 2-star, maybe even raise it to a higher score, but nope!--this morning, someone from front office, WITHOUT even speaking to me at all over the phone or in email, decides they want to move forward on the application I had sent over, and theyre quick to start demanding income verification. Good god, the sales process at Center Pointe is so broken if youre so quick to take prospective residents money without even saying a word to them. So yes, Center Pointe, you fully deserve a 1-star review in my book now.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Meh, Ive experienced better nicely sums it up.Tried calling yesterday to Center Pointe twice, couldnt get a hold of anyone. Also tried emailing through the website contact form.Called today, 9 times (so far) in a 2.5 hour time period, still not able to get a hold of someone.Called the central office, was told maybe theyre on-site doing tours and that they had availability at 10:30 AM PST.Called at 10:30 AM PST, no one picked up then.So... On a Wednesday, the front office is understaffed? On a whim, I checked jobs on Indeed for this property (Center Pointe, managed by Sequoia Equities). No jobs available, so theyre likely fully staffed.OK, so at full-staff, Sequoia cant take phone calls nor emails? On a Wednesday? That is not reassuring to me. If the pre-sales engagement is already taking more than 2.5 hours (and still no human response) then I dread what maintenance and standard service requests look like here.So on a whim, I figured, hmm... Maybe someone at Center Pointe will bite if I apply for an apartment, drop the application fee and effectively spend money. Money talks, right?Nope. Even after submitting the application fee, I waited 30 minutes, tried calling front office, now Im getting busy tones. Called corporate office, who explained maybe the on-site team is busy doing tours.Again, if on a Wednesday you have no one at front office dedicated to taking inbound inquiries and a separate team doing site tours, then your property management group must be really cheap.Unfortunately, Ill taking my money to Greystar or Avenue5 or any of the other property management groups that will actually get some traction going with the customer. What a shame, I really liked Sequoias properties here in California like Alize in Aliso Viejo, but this Beaverton property experience (JUST from a pre-sales standpoint) has been such a disappointment. I guess you dont want my money. Have my 2-star review instead.
Customer service oriented culture. This guy named Roger Rich is probably the most helpful person Ive ever worked with.
Fantastic location, at the center hub of multiple shopping areas! The units are gorgeous in a quiet neighborhood; My girlfriend and I hunted around the Beaverton, Tualitin and Wilsonville area looking for the right one and ended on Center Pointe!Great in-unit appliances, with courteous and professional staff. They were friendly and helpful both when viewing the apartment and our move in day, they went above and beyond for service.
Excellent and friendly staff with quick response to maintenance concerns. Great perks like changing light bulbs for you, free printing and faxing and FREE STARBUCKS COFFEE.
A great community to live in. Staff are great and very helpful. Very nice apartments with a great pool and gym.
Best apartment homes I’ve lived in yet. Staff is friendly and on top of any issues I have. Not to mention an awesome community.
Exceptional staff, heavenly location, and a memorable experience:The community invests a lot in providing the perfections for not just a comfortable stay, rather a memorable stay. The location of this property is the biggest advantage as it is so well connected to the public transport and in spite of that, it provides you a complete natural and such a healthy atmosphere, as it is right next to Tualatin valley Nature Park. Additionally, I want to use this space to praise the assistant community manager, Cara Strong, as she went an extra-mile each time for all sorts of help we required. She possesses such a welcoming gesture, pleasant attitude and exceptional customer relationship skills. I had such a bad experience with the previous leasing company, and was so traumatized that it was hard for me to take a decision. Cara helped me to get rid of those worries and made the transactions absolutely stress free. Thanks Cara!!!Sadly, I have to relocate due to an assignment change, else, this place is the place to live when you are in Portland vicinity... and I would surely miss these nice people...
Ok it was Sunday and football was on.i was at my garage. We had no maintenance people on .that day .but then I heard the cart coming. And it was josue.he stop to say hi .I said what are you doing here today. He said got a couple of things to do then I am off .And was nice about the hole think .and always is .that is what kind of a head maintenance person we have .You cant find that in a lot of places. Good job josue.
This was a great place to live. The grounds are nice, its convenient to stores and max, and
A dog friendly community in a nice quiet location. Parking is an issue late nite. Maintance is good but slow. Office staff is very nice.
Great apartments and staff. Perfectly located and priced
