I came in and told them I needed a refill and two fixed nails with a pedicure. Guy told me to wash my hands and sit. There’s 4 staff inside working. I expected a little wait but not a full hour before even getting the polish off my hands and I didn’t even get that. They didn’t acknowledge me other than wash my hands and sit. The place at this point starting to fill up with more clients and I’m still sitting and waiting. There’s no structure, no form and everyone is doing everything. It’s Friday people! I have literally waisted an hour of my time for nothing. The least you could’ve done was start and leave and come back in between other people. If you don’t want time wasted, please go to the other side of town. It’s not worth it, AT ALL!

I got my nails done I didnt get my toes done Im too ticklish, LOL it was fast good service had a good time. And now I feel pretty and you cant beat that.

I waited 2 hours before they started on my nails and it took an hour to complete them sooo a total of 3hrs at the nail shop BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS!!

My last visit was very poor some of the nails looked like it dont fit my hands was very sore Im not going back imma try van nails

I went to get a pedicure bc i was referred there and as i walked in i wasn’t greeted by no one i sit there 3 hrs for a pedicure and thn she tell me i had to wait an extended time so i didn’t get the service

I will never go to this nail shop again. I had to get my nails redone the next day. They put so much nail polish on my nails that my nails didnt dry all the way. Had to get my nails soaked off.

The owner does not like plus size people you wont be able to get a pedicure and he will sit you in a hard chair instead of a comfortable chair

Worst nail salon in Baton Rouge. This salon was suppose to open at 930am but didn’t open until 10am and we had to wait two hours for service. I will never come back to this salon.

They are slow and expensive for quality of work

David is the only sweet person, who actullay talks to you and look a like he loves his job. The females act really rude and like they just ready to go and hate their job. They do nails great, but the customers should always come first. They are what keeps the business running. Then after, they smile and say thank you like they didnt just treat you bad. Also they NEVER open on time.

Horrible experience. Very rude. The only nice person was the male that works here. The women were impatient, not friendly, rough, rude, and just acted as if they did not want to be there. Very ugly and nasty for NO reason at all. First and last time going here. Please take your money elsewhere. Customer service is everything!!! Also, my nails didnt look all that great either.
