Called them in a panic on a Sunday morning because my nails were raggedy and I had a photoshoot that afternoon. I needed help and FAST. They were able to fit me in for an appointment in less than an hour after I called. I got a full set of acrylics with gel overlay and they look fabulous! Originally, I had picked out a regular nail polish so when I changed my mind and went with gel, I had to find the closest gel version of that color. The first one didnt match and the lady doing my nails stopped, wiped it off, and helped me find a better match. Really appreciated that! Left feeling great and looking better.

One of the quickest nail services Ive ever received Nail tech didnt give me the attention I paid for at all. Bowls didnt have plastic liner to protect from fungus. It was the worst 55 dollars Ive spent in a long time. Everyone was very courteous though and building was clean but the service was rushed.

Went here for the first time today and haven’t had my nails done in quite a while. Ms. Vicki took care of me and set me up with the best full set I’ve gotten in BR. She’s very kind and sweet and told me she’s been doing nails for over 25 years! It’s clear that she has the skills and has put in the time to back it up! She’s great and the pricing was very fair. I will definitely be going there again!!

I asked them if they could do a specific style they says the could. When they did it ended being 75 dollars. What I wanted to do was v tips with coffin shape. I didn’t like how different v tip look from each other and she did square instead of coffin. I came back to just cover the whole nail with that color and the girl painted it over three times but it was gel so it build it up more since it’s thicker and did not file the sides to keep the shape clean like girls I know y’all see this I’m not trippin lol but she just let me go with my nails like that. They look like I have small chocolate covered pretzels

I really enjoyed my time at this nail salon. I was looking for a salon in town that provided a personal experience and I hit the JACKPOT. My nail tech was so patient, kind, and made sure I was taken care of. An added bonus- we had a great conversation! I will definitely be back ☺️

By far the worst, most painful pedicure Ive ever experienced. The younger girl cut my toenails way to short and ripped at the skin underneath until it bled and I had to ask her to stop, which she responded rudely to without apologizing. A different, more professional lady did the polish and my manicure which were OK. The second lady was also very sweet which is the only reason I didnt ask for a discount. My sister had her polish done by the younger girl and had to ask her to redo it because it was so sloppy. Even on redo, it was still sloppy and we couldve done way better ourselves. Big waste of money :(

First off I read the reviews so I was excited to go here. However I spent$80.00 DOLLARS on my nails. When I got home I noticed that they hadnt filled in or painted my nails to the cuticles and hadnt painted all of the nails in its entirety. I went back Wednesday morning because they are closed on Tuesday. Ms. Victoria and her daughter was there, I explained my dilemma which they did try to explain away. However I asked would they repaint them she asked me to come back Friday morning!!! Why?? When I am here now, no one is here, the shop is empty, you are open for business, but I have to come back Friday???? Ok!! So how much will this cost me? $10.00 Wow when you messed them up! You didnt paint the entire nail now I have to wait and pay for your mess up?! No thank you. This was an expensive lesson for me!!!!!

Visited Premier May 13 at 9 am the only high rated nail spa open on Sunday . Well it’s far from a spa ! The people are not welcoming at all . I had a pedicure and needed a full set . My pedicure was not bad outside of not talking at all to my tech . I don’t know if she doesn’t speak English or shy but she said nothing to me the whole time . Now when I was done her mom (Mrs Vickie) who is the owner was not professional at all she got into a verbal altercation with a paying customer infront of other clients and even called he lady ugly . It was very uncomfortable from there on . I allowed her to finish my set I paid and left . I will never return to an establishment that treats paying black women so terribly .

My nails look like a 3 year old did them the worst white tip ever! My nails don’t look clean and they’re lumpy. I honestly never complain…and i didn’t today paid my bill but i’ll never return! Terrible i will go pay someone else to redo on tomorrow

This is my absolute favorite shop in Baton Rouge. Professional and friendly staff give great service every time. This shop has a huge variety of colors. For the dip you do not have to put your finger in the jar like other shops. The dip gets painted on! Very talented!

I trust her so much, I let her choose my colors sometimes. I’ve been having a pedicure at premier nails since 2008. They know how to work on my toes specifically. Mrs. Vicky and her staff are pleasant and always fun to talk to. I love the comfortable massage chair as you are pampered. Great way to distress.

Superior customer service and excellent technique! My wifes nails were done incorrectly by a different salon and premier nails removed the nails without hurting her nails. The best part is that they listened to her request and the nails are absolutely perfect! Thank you premier nails!

I had a great experience. I will return. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the pedicure massage was very short compared to other places. It didn’t really feel like a massage, just a quick scrub with exfoliant. There should be an upgrade option to get a longer massage with lotion. I would pay extra for it.

Most amazing manicure and pedicure I have ever had the pleasure of getting!!! You should really take the time to go visit Vicky and the other sweet lady over at Premier Nails. My pedicure was long and she really took her time and gave me a nice massage! Vicky did my manicure and she did it like I’ve never seen. Instead of dipping my nails in the powder, like I’ve always had it done at any other place, she carefully and precisely used a brush to smooth the dip onto my nails. By far the best my nails have ever looked and felt☺️ so thankful for their beautiful work!!!! Go check them out.

My bestfriend went here w me and they did my nails ok somewhere chipped but my bestfriends nails were bad. She paid $75 for lumpy unevenly shaped nails.

Worse pedicure ever.!! Rushed quality of work/ was very poor. I really did not feel like I had a pedicure at all. The young lady probably scrubbed my feet less than 10 seconds. The rest of the process was downhill from there. Her personality was lackluster;No hello. No nothing. Very impersonal as well as the young man who did the massage. Furthermore, the young lady did not change gloves between Customers. I am a stickler for re views, but I just do not get the 5 stars. The service was no where near. I will never return or recommend this place.

This was my fist time getting a manicure and eyebrows waxed. I will say I will be back! No long waiting and I liked when I called about coming, she remembered me when I walked in. Very nice, fast and friendly service.

Horrible! The nail tech does not shape nails well at all. One of my nails broke only three days after getting them done, and another was cracking. I returned to get it fixed and had to pay $5 for a repair as if I hadn’t paid over $150 the initial visit & tipped. Never again! One star rating is an exaggeration.

I tried this salon for the first time today. Very nice, clean facility. Staff is very attentive. I googled nail salons in the area and read the reviews. This shop has the best reviews for a reason. Great customer service. I didn’t have to wait to be serviced. And they were very knowledgable about the products they use.I also like the fact that I wasn’t badgered into getting additional services.I tried the”dip” for the first time also. She gave me realistic expectations. I’ll definitely be back for a pedicure.

I reason why I chose this place was because of the reviews. I wonder if friends wrote them! First of all there are no prices posted anywhere.. It was $80 for a manicure and pedicure. The girl that did the pedicure spoke very little English so she couldnt understand what I requested. I got the dip for the manicure and was not pleased with the glitter and how they look.

Vickie is the fastest and most accurate technician Ive had. Chloe (Cloe?!) is the best with her foot massage and cute conversations. Love coming here and recommend it to anyone who needs a nice service at most reasonable price possible. Dont come on weekend, though - they take care of you much better and the atmosphere is more leisurely/ cozy on week days.

This was a great experience and I would recommend this salon highly. I went for the first time today. The shop is quiet and clean. I got exactly what I asked for, which was a basic pedicure, with no pressure to upsell to things I didnt want. Staff was professional, courteous, and gentle. A pedicure is a treat for me, and this was a wonderful treat at the end of a busy weekend. Ill be back!

These ladies are so nice! They did a great job on my nails, have a nice color selection, and are open until 7 pm which is nice a since I work till 6. If you have thin nails like me, they understand and take their time with the dip powder application. I will be back.

Used high quality products changed new everyday, human friendly products, everything is done sanitized, antibacterial-free and washed. After every pedicure, each chair it’s thoroughly cleaned like the tools used and everyone else gleaming and the condition of the place is always fresh. It’s swept, mopped and dusted everyday no matter the time of closing and accepts anyone before closing time even during the late hours they come in and can make exceptions also taking appointments. The prices are affordable and everyone is in a comfortable space of their own to make sure to not waste anyone’s time and busily work to completely have happiness in the air. Manages everyone from who comes in first or made an appointment first to who comes last, and who’s in a rush to who isn’t capable of being ok with the skills and actions played out in mind for us. Everyone is kind, understanding and fair in the environment and is also mindful of everyones’ time and what they’d want rapidly but make sure your expectations are reached during the busy-ness so everyone can get in and get out satisfied. The professionalism during working hours are completely maintained but it is also a friendly family business that isn’t just always that but can be funny and entertaining but regards to your feelings and thoughts of how well the place is suited for you.

My husband and had our manis and pedis, great experience with all our visits. If there was ever a little wait time, it was only because of prom season. All nail salons are full around special days. They were gentle, helpful, and actually care about our nail health. This is our nail salon, we will always come here. Great service, customer service.

My wife had an idea to do a pedicure date. My masculinity was put to the test, but wanted to please my wife, I went for the plunge. They were professional about easing anxiety. The service was relaxing. The ladies were great. My wife might get another pedicure date at Primeier Nails and Spa sooner than later. Great convwrsations while getting a relaxing foot massage and treatment.
