Girl I came in here looking like a white chick. When I walked out of here I came out looking like a whole French cuisine. Everyone was like damn girl oh la la. The prices were good and the results were phenomenal like the breadsticks at Olive Garden.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.I went here to get my nails soaked off and a new set. I sat and waited two hours to be serviced. Multiple customers arrived after me and left before me. After I received my service, I was telling a worker there that I didn’t appreciate how long my wait was and that I would like the owner/ manager to be notified.The lady proceeded to call another man that was doing nails over to scream at me in my face. Not only was this unnecessary, but it was rude. He was very close to me, which I didn’t appreciate with COVID. They also tried to charge me more than what their sign said.They racially profiled me as a black woman, and if I were you, I’d look for a different place to get your nails done. I’d recommend @klawznextdoor. She is a professional nail technician who provides great service!

Update 5/2019: This is the best place in town and will likely remain so. They go beyond what other places do and dont charge you outrageous, inflated prices.3yrs Ago: Love this place! Im not sure what anyone else is talking about... Ive never ever had a bad experience here. The staff is kind and friendly, attentive and go the extra mile. They do hot towel wraps on your legs, the massage is great and they will chat politely with you if you want; and if you want to relax, theyll let you be. Great price, great people. You cant go wrong.

Great price, gel nails always last like a month where most places last about 2 weeks or shorter! Never a long wait, and they get you in and out quick! Great eyebrow waxing as well!

When did it become okay for people to disrespect you on top of your money...today was the first time and will be the last that I walk into this nail salon. The guy was doing a soak off of my nails when another customer walked in for a pedicure. Dude left my hands to go tend to the girl, once finish he came to touch my hands after touching the girls feet. I asked him to wash his hands and he refused to finish my nails, and ask me to leave...there are 100s of nail salons out here...I paid for my soak off and drove to the next shop, literally a 3 minutes drive...smh. I will not be disrespected for service that I am paying for. Shame on you...

The first time I went in a few weeks so, they took so long that I left. Today was my second time going in. I needed two nails fixed from mid length cracks. They charged $5 a nail for medium length acrylics with gel, which is a little excessive. Ive been to other places in the area -one on highland and one on Nicholson - and they only charge $3. For that price I expected them to at least try to make the shape similar to the other nails! They did not. My existing nails are ballerina. They made the two redone more square-oval. I went to them because they usually dont have many customers and they are close to home.

Good job, but could stand to work on customer service a little. So hot in there!!! I had to go home and redo my makeup before going out.

My go-to place for mani+pedi. Great service, nice people and fair prices. You cant go wrong here, but there might be a wait sometimes because they do get crowded. Dont worry, theyll make you comfortable while you wait!

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. I was so ashamed to go to a wedding with the service I was provided paid extra for coffin, got square. Lady whom did my nails was rude, huffed and puffed in annoyance throughout my nails as she rushed through them and told an employee in her native language to tell me I shouldve told her to begin with when I asked her if she can please stop filing them, bc I didnt like the shape she was making. I did explain how I wanted them. Not only in the beginning but two times after. SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. My nails are uneven and roughly done. Plus I paid extra! I do not recommend at all.

Went there one Friday it was empty not bad right? Got the powder however it didn’t look like the sns. Long story short I get home my nails start to look dingy after washing them this has never happened to me when getting dipping powder because it usually remains shiny for the full duration of wear. By the next day my nails were chipping and cracking. I don’t know what type of powder they are using over there but I would not go. They cannot shape to save their lives and whatever powder they are using is cheap and will not last long and no I wasn’t being rough on my nails. Powder typically last longer than gel and is extremely durable so for my nails to look dull chipped and be cracking down the middle after one day is horrible.

Me and my sisters went to get our nails done today and We all left the place being Very very disappointed.When we get there there was only one person and she was almost done. But after they started with us, three people walked in and asked for a mani Padi. Guess who walked out first, those three people who came 20 min after they started our nails. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED .

They were so horrible! Im a student and I saw the student special posted outside and I asked about their discounts and they refused to tell me. They told me regular price later and I was okay with it because it was cheap. The lady with the black hair later did my nails, was talking on the phone the whole time, asked her to trim my nails down and she trimmed them all the way down didnt even ask me how far. She later painted them wrong and as much as I hated it, I just asked the other woman to put more polish on, and my nails was really a rush job and it was only a refill. Never again.!!!! Ill just pay wayyy more somewhere else to have them right.

Price is a little more expensive than a standard nail shop. But! They did a great job!

Ok manicure... Kind of lacking on the shaping of my nails. I was ok with that, but the lady cut me with the razor tool during my pedicure.. Hopefully it was a new blade!!
