I am very displeased with the eye brow services that I received here. They removed a ridiculously excessive amount of my eye brows. The brows are not identical, and each of them are severely misshapen. I am not difficult to please, so if I give a poor review, it is definitely deserved. I truly believed that they were capable of doing a better job than this. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Nail tech was very rude and mean, started talking in there one language. I did not feel welcome at all Ive been to several nail salons wont be returning here, nail came out ok Ive had better... pretty color though

This is by far the worst nail shop I have ever went to! Spent $120 just to end up with a toe infection and messed up manicure. I pray y’all close down soon because besides the poor quality service, you always exhibited poor work ethic. LOVEEE them especially mike, they are the FUNNEST nail shop i ever been too & they aren’t high!! They make you laugh ( if you don’t take everything to heart ) all the loyal customers know! If they do something or say something it’s not meant to be taken personally they are just very open and try to make friends which don’t happen at a lot of nail salons .

Worse nail shop. They try to rush doing my manicure. I only needed an overlay. I have only visited this particular shop 3 times over a year and a half time frame. Each time my nails have gotten fungus on them. I definitely will not be going back or recommend anyone to go there. Equipment doesnt seem to be clean.

I showed and told the eyebrow tech exactly what I wanted she thinned my eyebrows and made them square shaped smh. I couldn’t believe it. The man completely ignored how I wanted my overlay on my toes and did what he wanted the big toe nails look nothing alike smh plus he asked for the $15 after I had already paid $25 very rudely.I will never be back first and last time EVER...One customer who was sitting at the drying table said she would never come back because one Asian employee said a rude word which should’ve never came out his mouth smh he was so bold. He also, was making rude comments to the customer telling one customer that he was about to whip her buttTHEY ARE OVERPRICED AND RUDE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I went here because I was think bout time I make it home my nail shop will be close so stop here because Kim nails was packed out the ppl are friendly but wen it came to my feet nails and face wax horrible the girl did An excellent job on feet until it came to polishing it is messed up the have the worst polish my nail polish 💅 even after setting ten minutes still messed up the price was too high I have my real nails they acted like I got a full set but then the lady waxed my face after waxing she put alcohol on it No no no you suppose to use alcohol and aloe Vera gel because ppl face breaks out after wax sorry but never again I am not rich that 75$ wasted on poor care date of visit #050617

This is the worse nail shop i ever been to. why do i say this, because i just came from getting my nails done. i needed to get (1) broke nail fixed and pollish changed. while the man was buffering my nails he broke 2 of my nails, when i told him.the woman started to yell at me and saying youbreak we no break, you pay for it, i mean just being so mean for no reason, i wouldnt advise anyone to ever go there,they are NOT professional at all
