My new favorite nail salon. The nail techs are so kind and it just felt like a really great atmosphere. Did not rush and made sure it was perfect. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Found my new spot! Very sanitary conditions compared to other nail salons Ive been to (major plus during covid), amazing service and very flexible with nail designs. They dont offer acrylic nails but were kind enough to remove my old ones and replace with this gel manicure. Definitely coming back, as theyve never looked so good!

Rushed. And they didn’t know that I also speak some Chinese and heard what they said about me. Left nail polish all around my nails. Pathetic

On June 8 I went to get my nails done for the first time at V’s nails. I was super excited because I had heard great things about the company. Until on June 12 I took a look at my full set and saw that they looked like they needed a refill. So I called them to let them know about how the nails looked. One person told me to come in and the owner would fix the problem. I don’t have a car so I Uber there spending extra money to there just for the owner to tell me that my nails just grow fast. There is no way in hell my nails grow that fast. I’ll never ever return.

Wait was long, but they do a great job of not forgetting the customer. My finger did get seriously nicked by a drill, but my nails look way better than they did when I walked in, so I recommend highly. Get there early!

I love the service here! Im very particular about my nails and very picky and they make sure the nail shape is okay! They help you with different colors and always are courteous. I have made this my nail shop.

This was my first time coming to this nail shop. The people were very nice and friendly but the nails are way too fragile. I had 2 nails break within a week and I didn’t even hit them or do anything for them to break. They are very nice about fixing them, but it’s still very inconvenient to have to keep coming back for broken nails. I will likely never return.Edit:3 days later another 2 nails broke. I’m definitely not going back there.

I was a walk in and was served in short time. Honestly was the best pedicure i ever had, she massaged my legs that i will admit hadnt seen a razor in a minute! Would recommend and will use again

My husband and I are from out of town and we were looking to get pedicures. The deluxe pedicure is very much worth it here. We also were seated immediately without an appointment. All the staff was kind, and easy to communicate with. Price is a little high, but we enjoyed our trip to Vs Nails

V’s is the absolute BEST nail salon. First, everyone is extremely nice every time. Regardless of who takes care of me, they’re polite and kind. Second, their attention to detail is unmatched. They notice things I don’t because they carefully inspect each nail. Third, they make it a fast and enjoyable experience. I’ve waited around in some salons for hours. My gel manicure is in and out within half an hour at V’s. I’ll never get my nails done anywhere else.

Im the kind of person who doesnt give much care about the look of my nails, but after getting an amazing pedi here with a foot scrub included, it has become my to go spot! My feet have never been prettier. I bring a picture with what I wanted and they made it perfectly.

Cannot get over how good my experience was! Didn’t have to wait at all to get seated, was offered a drink while I browsed colors, the process took less than 30 mins and my nails look great. With student discount my gel polish was only $18! Ask for Matthew- he did a great job!

This nail salon is one of my favorite places in Baton Rouge, the staff is amazing and super kind and professional.All the nail techs are amazing and always do a superb job never left unsatisfied, my pedicure lasted a whole month before even chipping. When there one of their more recent techs may be young but she is very talented. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to go for pedicures...perhaps. However, if you want Dipping Powder I would go elsewhere. I have been using Powder for years and have never had this kind of experience with it before. Within the first 2 days one nail started to chip. I came in to get it fixed after work and I waited an hour to get the one nail fixed. Fast forward 6 days and I now have 4 other chipped nails. The wait to fix them now is 45 mins. Are you kidding me? I did not pay $40+ for cheap powder polish to have to come back 2 times now and wait an hour to get them fixed. I should be worked in before you take an hour to put a full set on someone else. Fix your mistake and let me get on my way. So, if you’re interested in an experience like mine, come to V’s! If not, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I live close to V’s but I’ll gladly go out of my way in traffic to get better service/nails than to go through this again.

Vs Nails is great. Staff is fantastic, supper attentive and professional. I get consistently terrific service for acrylic nails. Overall I think this place provides a great service, staff is friendly. You never feel rushed. This is a great nail salon, highly recommended.

I am in here every two weeks for a refill on my acrylics. By far my favorite salon in BR. My nails are always great and the service is always fast regardless of how late I come or how busy it is. Also best eyebrow waxing and best prices for the quality. Won’t go anywhere else. (:

I got a dip manicure and the service was good except after the top coat air dried the lady told me to wash my hands. It ruined the top coat peeling about half of it off of each nail. My nails look awful and it was a complete waste of time and money.

I’m actually changing my 5 star review. I’ve been coming here for a year now and I always recommend them to my friends. But last week I got a full set and my tips have been breaking off. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 14 and never in my life have they broken off this easily. It feels like I’m wearing press-ons. What prompted me to write this is that I was just putting my clothes in the dryer and I swear a nail tip broke off. I don’t understand. I didn’t ask for anything different than I usually do and I’m not rough with my hands at all. I think of nails as accessories, not extensions on my nails or tools to use. I’m as careful as you can be which is why I’m so upset. That’s $70 down the drain. This is actually the second bad experience but I decided to keep going because they do the best shaping and are friendly. These two experiences plus the fact that they can’t do designs has me ready to move on.

This is my favorite nail salon in Baton Rouge! I have tried a few spots and this one is definitely my favorite. The location is very clean and they do a great job at taking their time with each person. I have never had to wait very long because they have so many employees which is awesome. Definitely cheaper than other places in Baton Rouge. They give an LSU Student discount so it can be pretty packed around graduation and formal seasons. The only thing that could make this place better is if they did an LSU employee discount!

I researched online to see what the cost would be for a fill and gel polish. The pricing online does not tell you that they are going to charge you to shape, cut. What should have been 16 or $18 turned out to be 32. Not to mention I can normally keep acrylic for at least 6 months they try to tell me that I need to change it every two months. I asked for coffin shape and I get fat square nails

I dont usually write reviews, but the pedicure I just got was absolutely FANTASTIC! Service was wonderful, my toes look beautiful, the woman spent a VERY long time with me and was a delight. Im from out of town, and this is the first place I tried. Dont need to go anywhere else!Will definitely be returning to Vs Nails!

I got a no chip mani and pedi here and I was so happy with the result! My cuticles were cleaned extremely well and the polish lasted for a long time. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. Wanted a simple 2 toned set, blue faded into glitter/rhinestones and they screwed my nails completely up. Wanted a simple shellac set & they had to cover my nails three times to even cover and their polish was SO watered down. My refill wasn’t even refilled. I do NOT recommend this nail place to anyone ever.

I waited 45 minutes to get my nails done. One lady came in after us and they started to work on her nails before me just because she seemed like she was in a hurry. My time is valuable too!Prices were fair but i dont think i would ever come here again. The person that did my nails did them in a complete hurry and just left after filing them.. he didnt say anything and began to work on someone elses nails. I had to flag someone down just to put polish on my nails so I could leave.This place is very unprofessional. If you value your time, go somewhere else!

They do a decent job with pedicures and shellac, but twice Ive gone to get just regular nail polish on my fingers and Ive had to take it off the same day because it never dried completely and chipped and smudged so badly. Today, while doing my cuticles she nicked me and I bled a little on 3 of my nails. Also, literally no matter how many people are in front of you, they always say the wait will only be 20 minutes.

Looking to find a new salon. Better than my last, LTs, but still not great. Multiple nails broke after a few days. My actual nails are still recovering from getting the acrylic removed (multiple dents and cuts in my nails). Also I do not appreciate that every time I pay and leave out of the store someone comes out to ask if I paid as if they did not just see me pay. Ive yet to see them do this to white customers.

Bumpy dipped nails (natural) by a 16 year old = 3 hours. They attempted to leave my fingers in acetone for an hour = #heathadvisory. If your family is going to have a business, everyone needs real training. I can watch a youtube DIY video as well. It would have been humorous had the redo been marked with some apology or discount. At this point I will buy the products and do it myself for cheaper than $40 every two weeks.

I got acrylic with gel, and I went with my friend as a treat. I got nicked on almost every SINGLE FINGER, and the worst one got infected. They blamed me for my hands being dry, but they still nicked my friends fingers at least once. It might have been some contest to see which technician could go faster, or punishment for not wanting tips as my natural nails were long enough for me. Once Im healed Im getting everything taken off from another salon and redone because the polish is bumpy on some nails. Not professional and very painful experience.

Wish they would use the disposable plastic covers in the water bins where you put your feet. Instead they just drop a sanitizer tablet in and hope in kills all the bacteria/fungi/hepatitis b&c that run rampid in places like these... other than that they did a pretty great job! Very friendly

Will never be going back. Got shellac on my nails on August 28, literally 2 days later it was peeling like it was actual nail polish. The girl who did my nails was already doing them sloppy, knew I shouldn’t have paid for them. Will never get my business again.

The cheapest and worst quality nails you will get anywhere for a jacked up price I had FOUR nails break in one week three of them I didn’t even feel happen And the fourth broke while I was pulling apart a cotton ball. That is just sad.
