The pedicure was awesome and quick. However, the time to do my nails was longer than expected. I was at the salon for a total of 4 hours, which 3 hours was waiting on my nails to be done. I asked for a refill, the nail technician informed me my dip on nails would have to be removed. Not one time did he mention it would be a charge for it. Also he kept telling me that I did not have dip polish on my nails. I had to keep reassuring him I did. I initially wanted ombre dip with glitter designs. Once I went online I noticed the reviews, I changed my mind to get plain dip nails. The whole time the technician kept taking deep sighs like he was frustrated. I was not expecting to pay that much for my nails since they were plain dip with no designs.. $60 just for the nails not the pedicure. There is a lack of communication with the clients.

My second visit here and they did not disappoint. Its refreshing to go to a nail shop and get satisfying results. And they last! No broken nail or chipped paint even after 3 weeks.

Will not be returning I’ve paid so much money to this place && always let down unless lyn do my nails !! She’s good but rude && she’s going to take her team side. Today took the cake I was charged 35$ for a polish change nails are bulky && still have previous polish on them !!!

My nails should not have been $49. For a refill, cut down, and 1 fix nail. $33 for a refill and $5 for a cut down, and $3 for a fix nail. How does that equal $49. My nails were rushed on top of that. My nails are bulky! I asked for ballerina and got square. I’m over it the quality work is just going down.

Dip and toe polish.Called at 1, said it would be 30 mins. Went to salon, said it would be 40 mins . Came back in @ 2. Still had to wait an hour to be serviced finally. Then had to soak nails .It’s 4:28 and I’m still here. The color is not right, nail shape messed up. Would not recommend .

Worst experience ever!! Showed the guy who was doing my nails a picture of nails from their Instagram page that I wanted. He did one hand and it was horrible. I called Lynn over and showed her the picture from her Instagram page and what he had done so far. She proceeded to argue with me as if I was in the wrong and not her employee. He obviously doesn’t know how to do ombré and should’ve said that instead of attempting to do it. She’s rude and unprofessional. Their prices aren’t cheap but I don’t mind paying more because I’m usually satisfied. She handled the situation wrong and I will not be returning!!

Ok...first off it is very clean and professional! Second if you want your nails to actually be done correctly ask for Lynn or Jason PERIOD! If you don’t you’ll be wasting $100 for gel nails and they’re not done correctly what so ever. I had to turn back around and ask can someone fix what the older lady has already done. I had bubbles on my nails & the polish on the side of my nails were horrible. Please make sure you pay attention to your nails before leaving the building or the parking lot. Thanks to Lynn I’m finally satisfied.

Ive visited Loyal Nail three times. The experience was pleasant. Clean establishment. My only complaint is the lack of communication or clear communication. On my 3rd visit I went for a regular pedicure, which is my usual service. Well somewhere throughout my services the tech who could barely speak English I heard her say, gel polish but I was not sure. So, I pointed to the services that I requested from the beginning. Well when I got to the register my bill was $15 more than what I expected. Be sure you speak with someone who can speak English in a complete sentence.

It’s really clean inside and the staff is friendly. The only issue I have is the quality of the nails and pedi work is poor. I paid $231 for 3 pedi and 2 full sets on me and my daughters. My daughter nail came off the 7 hours later. My daughters polish came off their toes and nails in 2 days. My toe polish didn’t last as well. We all had gel polish. It wasn’t work the money..

Ladies were super nice. The salon stayed busy. They did a pretty good job.

Loyal nails are too expensive. My nails started lifting within a week. I paid $83.00 for full set and mani that was not done correctly. My skin was nip twice by the tech. They only put one coat of gel polish on my nails.Some of my nails broke 8 days later. I will never go to this place again!

Went there Thursday. March 4. I had a 40 min wait and then the man that was there started my nails and just walked off so I sat for another 15 mins. When he came back he was rushed rude and sloppy. I asked him to fix a nail and he just ignored me. And he hurt me with the drill 3 times. Will never go there again!! Other customers were talking about how expensive they were and how bad the service is.

I, literally, go out of my way to come to Loyal Nails. They do the BEST job and are so friendly. I feel like family when i’m here. I can’t recommend them enough.

Ive tried them twice recently (after being referred to them). Their work is really good...BUT they are not friendly and a bit rude. Only 1 person in there speaks English & she is the main one thats rude! Money spends everywhere and I value mine! Wont be returning!!

This is my second time going there. Never again, the owner is the one person in there can do nails. Left very unhappy, and they aren’t nice. I told the owner last time about the person nails was not polished completely, not neat and not clean. Won’t be returning.

I like my nails but the wait time is too long even for a pedicure. It seems like only two ppl can really do nails there. I’ve always stuck to one nailshop which I will continue. This was my first time due to a friend wanting to try them out.
