Wendy did my pedicure and Heather did my manicure. They are an amazing tag team. pedicures actually hurt for me but Wendy takes her time and tries to make me as comfortable as possible. Heather takes her time and make sure its done right. Everyone in the salon does an amazing job. The place is clean and the customer service is top-notch.

I’ve used Aloha enough times to understand the that their rating with me is going down. Their customer service and nail quality used to be amazing. Now it’s horrible. I’ve experienced them rushing me out the door, which made the lady mess up my nail. Then she didn’t want to fix it. Then most recently, I called not knowing what time they closed. The lady told me that as long as I make it by 6pm, they could do my mani/pedi. I drive through traffic for 40 minutes to make it before 6pm. I got there at 5:45pm, and they would not service me. I won’t be back.

I use to go to this salon for 3 years or more even though you could not gauge the time you would be there. I have been there for as long as 4 hrs. The last 3 to 4 times the girl doing my nails hurt me and I do not mean the occasional accidental hurt. I actually bled one time. When I mentioned to Sarah and Joanne that I had been hurt they did nothing about it. The same girl did my nails the last 3 times and the 3rd time I refused to let her finish my nails !!!! You can be sure I will not be going back there and have shared my bad experienceswith others.

You will wait FOREVER but the quality of service is fantastic

I really enjoy this spa. It is very relaxing, and it seems like a very clean environment. The staff is very friendly as well. My only complaint would be how long it takes once you are seated. I sat in the salon chair for 30 minutes, but it was okay because there are massagers in the chair and the whole atmosphere is very calm. I would recommend for any who would like to get their nails done before a special event.

I enjoyed my first visit! The pedicure & manicure was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back. Pricing is very reasonable. I received a pedicure + manicure with gel polish for $80.

2 in a half hours later I walked out with a disaster of nails. They are too slow and need more people. $25 paid just for them to take off my gel and nex gen nails.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but while they did an amazing job on both my pedi & my dip set, my 2nd visit taught me that it depends on WHO is doing what. My 1st pedicure was to die for while my nails were okay. Upon the 2nd visit the person that did my pedicure was out. I believe the youngest of the crew did my pedi and I DID NOT like it nor was the experience the same. It felt rushed, she didnt listen to my request and the color did not even closely match that of my dip set (hands) as requested. However, Sarah did an amazing job with my hands(nails). She waz friendly and attentive,that experience was far better than my 1st set!

Come to the nail shop and you’ll be sitting for 4 hours until they start your service. That’s sad, it needs to be more organized.

Always a good experience when I go there, they are very professional since I understand the language and can tell they do not talk about customers. The lady that did mine did really great foot massage and took time on my toes not just touching like a show! One of the reason I keep coming back there even when I’ve moved to Zachary is that they use real fruits when they do your pedicure, oranges and lemons, that’s pretty cool in my opinion! I just like how much they pay attention to little details. I’ve come back several times with my friends, sis in law, coworkers for Christmas party and even my boss... they never disappoint me! All my referrals are happy, they enjoy the service, the massage and the paraffin wax (I think you gotta ask for it but it’s $5 who cares!). They seem to always busy so make sure you call ahead for an appointment!

This place is amazing. They pay attention to detail. The pedicure was hands down the best pedicure Ive ever gotten. My nails look great. Ive definately found my new go to place.

1st class service! As a male who periodically likes to get manicures and pedicures (with my wife), I appreciated the fact that the staff recognized who was willing to spend more than the other customers waiting for simple nail polish changes. My wife and I were served right away upon opening the store. Their services provided were the best I have ever experienced. I recommend this business to any male (with their wife) wanting a great nail experience, come to this business. You will be impressed!!

Very good!! You get the fruit scrubs, hot rock massage and much more, thats just the pedicure. The manicure comes with hand and arm massage, hot wax treatment! All for only$50.00! I DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WANTING TO BE PAMPERED AND RELAXED!😘😘😘😘

This is the only nail salon I will go to thats not a spa. The pedicures are AMAZING! I mean... rub your feet down with sliced orange and lime, hot stone massage, hot towels, and multiple product application amazing. Who does that for $35!? THEY DO! Everyone has their ups and downs in a service business but Ive had far more ups here. I mean seriously, what do you expect when only 2 or 3 of them speak English? Im here every other week for a refill and they do a great job.Also, when you read bad reviews make sure to check out the profile of who youre dealing with. What a joke. These ladies are not racist. Ive had to wait in line behind plenty of other people of different nationalities. Because theyre so good, youre probably going to have to wait. Some people walk in, make an appointment if the line is long, and come back later only to be seated first. Chill out! Not everything is personal or about race.

This is an awesome nail salon! The staff is friendly, personable, and accommodating. The prices are reasonable, and there is a wide array of colors and styles to choose from.

We went on a Sunday ... They were extremely busy so we did have to wait a bit, however it was 100% worth it. Even with all the people I never felt rushed! Price was extremely reasonable and they did an amazing job with stone massages, hot towels and hot wax! Loved every second!!

I’ve been getting my nails done here for months now,, love the way they did my nails. However, as I was walking towards the salon to get my nails done, one of the workers who happened to be at the door slammed the door in my face mid sentence as I was asking if they were closing/closed yet. She then locked the door and walked away as if I was not standing there asking her a question. Will NEVER step foot in that place again. I’ve been a loyal customer but I will find another nail place to go to after being treated so rudely.

5 star I could not live without this Place! Been a customer for 5 years now and never found no one who could do it better! The whole staff knows exactly how I like my nails without me telling them! They put time and effort into your nails and you get your moneys worth!

Everytime I say a silent prayer that the older lady,which I think might be in charge,DOES NOT do my nails. In my opinion, she rushes the job and appears to be apathetic(all the qualities, an owner of an establishment normally do not possess). But in spite of this, I give 3 stars for the two women that work there who are either that exceptional in detail or make it look that easy. 👍🏼👍🏼thats why THEY get tipped.

Wonderful service. The nail technician was friendly and did a great job with my gel manicure. She really worked to trim the dead skin around my Nails and was patient in helping me to pick the right color.

Worst service and to say they can’t speak English fluently, they were pretty rude. Rushed service and over charged is what you get if you’re not a loyal customer. They took over two hours on a regular customer over me and rushed my mani and pedi. Definitely WON’T return to them again!

Did a good job on my nails but they kept leaving me alone for like 20 minutes at a time and 4 different women helped me. Pretty chaotic and a few clearly couldnt understand me.

Worst experience! Hour wait for a very rushed 15 min manicure. Didn’t even clean the nails properly. The chemical smell was very strong and totally not worth the wait.

I waited 30 minutes for a polish change and they decided to take two white customers that came in after me. I’m normally a regular customer and I tip well but never again.

This is the second time I went there and paid 35 dollars for a pedicure and they messed my feet up. It wasnt done correctly but my polish is ok. And they are always rushing when I go there. But I notice on certain people they take there time, especially with the massages.

The best hands down for mani and pedi. I really dont want to go anywhere else.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since today is Sunday and its the 4th of July weekend, but this service was unexcusable. First off, I had to wait 25 mins to be called for my pedicure (the lady in front of me 30 mins). During this time, a white lady came in. The workers tried to allow her to go to the pedicure chairs before us. The lady ahead of me and myself told the workers we had been waiting, so they let us go back at that point. We sat in the water for over 45 mins, no one had touched either of our feet, and I looked over to see that they started on the white ladys feet while still leaving us unattended to. I politely got out of the water, put my shoes on, and left. Im not one to call everything racially motivated, and the first time they tried to let her go ahead of us, I brushed it off. The second time I wasnt having it. These actions were highly suspect and I will never be returning to this business.

My pedicure was the worst. Painful and absolutely no interaction from the lady performing it . Im assuming I have ingrown toe nails (she never explained) she keep digging in with her tools, pulling my feet back when I pulled away, leaving me sore and my feet were still rough when I left .

Horrible experience, lied to me on the price for a wax, spilled the wax on my shirt, were so rude to me, and they called the cops when i politley said that was not the orice they quoted me. Disgusting disgraceful and demeaning people!!
