They were pretty good, it was my first time. I just didnt like the fact I told the lady I wanted them short and she did them long so I had to make her cut them multiple times. But other than that they were good and I will return.

Friendly staff and great service. It was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. They were attentive and offered great service. Pedicure was amazing. My daughter and mom joined me and each of us were treated with care and attention. The full set was the best we’ve ever had and the pedicure might’ve been as well! Amazing quality of work. The guy did all of our acrylic and I love that it’s not too thick. We each left extremely satisfied.

I used to go to them a long time ago before I moved out of the area. Back out my high school days fresh in college they were amazing. They stayed packed and I was a regular customer. Once I moved I started going somewhere else but when they were too busy I would come bk here. The service is most definitely not what it use to be. They are rude. They set prices as they go. They no longer have a price chart and the one they do have doesn’t tell you what inches you are charged for a certain length. When back in the day they did. Seem like the same chart is there but the prices are now made up as customers decide what they want. I always get the same exact length but different design or maybe different polish color, and always the prices is never the same. Then when you try to share what u want and ask why are the prices different from last time when you’re getting the same thing they get outrageously rude. Then start talking bad about you when a customer leaves out. It’s horrible. They do good nails but the way they talk to ppl is absurd. I will NEVER go bk to them. They have to be the only place open before I give them my business.

I enjoyed it here! They took there time doing my nails. They asked me how they looked before moving on to the next step. They double checked to make sure all my nails were the same length. I even bought in a pic of how I wanted my nails and she detail-oriented. Try for yourself!

If you want to spend less money I suggest you go here. If you want a good quality experience go somewhere else. To remove my nail polish she handed me a jar with a sponge that they have probably been using since the early 2000s. I guess I was taking too long for her so she grabbed my finger out the jar and put another one of my fingers in. They have a dirty dusty environment. They dont speak to you. After 7 times of asking You want gel? And I said NO for the 7th time she got an attitude. The only and I mean only upside is I never had a problem with my nails coming off and I had them for 2 weeks now so they must have a good technique. Ive spent more money at other salons, and my nails have come off in less than a week. However, I will never go back here. They forget theres a nail salon everywhere 😊

This review is for my auntie. She doesnt Google, but she asked me to review this place for her. She asked for her brows to be cleaned up. Thats not what happened. The tech ripped her brows nearly completely off. Ill present pics, but my aunt had nice full brows and came out with uneven Sharpie-esque lines. The woman who did them acted like she didnt do it, didnt offer an apology or a refund.

Do not waste your money, I went to get a pedicure and refill, my pedicure was rushed she didnt even clean my cuticles, get my nails done the girl rushed on my nails she messed up the polished and blamed me the polish was lumpy she didnt file my nails how I wanted them, she has polish on my skin and its gel so she didnt clean it off.. The overall experience was just terrible, I would not recommend any go there!!

They did a pretty good job with my nails. When I ask the owner to fix my eyelash, that she put on, she started to be very rough and then said she would not because my eye watered. She was yelling in another language. The place was crowded and that was embarrassing. We spend a lot of money there between nails, eyelashes, color changes and pedicures.

Paid for gel nails 1 hour later my nails were chipping off, when i called to complain & ask if someone can fix it because it was not my fault nobody could understand me and hung up in my face. i work everyday so i dont have time to waist on going back to pay for something i didn’t mess up.

Went here because of a suggestion. Was greeted and asked what I needed immediately. Once it was time to polish I had the youngest in the shop to do this with an attitude for starters. She polished the first layers of my nails to dry then told me to reach her my feet she pulled my feet so hard I rammed my nails into the UV light and messed them up when I told her they were messed she just put finger nail polish remover on them and and added a clear coat that made my nails looked bulky and uneven. When I told her this she was mad she had to fix them again. Once she fixed them and I looked down at my toes they were still tinted from the previous color polish I had on when I asked why wasn’t it all removed she said my toenails were stained with the red that I previously had. At any other nail shop residue would have been filed off and I would not have saw this not to mention she did not clip and shape the toenails. I also got an eyebrow wax still after all these complaints only to get thin uneven brows very disappointed with this nail salon never going again. Waste of $65 dollars.

Called to ask about a pedicure around 645The guy said well where are you? I said -in denham about to pass oneal.He very rudely said uh no and just hung up the phone. Never seen such bad customer service before I even walk into the salon.

Great quality beautiful nails but staff is VERY RUDE children not welcome no matter how well behaved...staff will shush your child for the slightest noise and I saw them hang up in a customer’s face

Horrible dirty dusty place! Please avoid this place at all cost ! Walked in and was asked to place my fingers inside of a nail polish remover sponge cup used by god knows how many people ! The sponge wasnt even pink anymore IT WAS BLACK!!!! Asked if I could use cotton balls instead and she basically threw them at me and poured acetone all over my fingers ! After removing my polish MYSELF, I asked politely to wash my hands attitude once again! After washing my hands I inquired about the OPI nail colors behind the counter . I was then told that it was one dollar more for OPI ! That was it ! I left and never looked back ! I wouldnt recommend this filthy dusty place to my worst enemy ! Avoid at all cost!
