Just got the neatest pedicure i’ve ever had! love this place

I enjoyed my pedi and decided to try something new on my nails.... very different for me 1 week later im still getting complements! Ill be back when I come back to tha area.

They are nice and try to take care of everyone in a timely manner but they are limited on the type of designs you would like.

The BEST salon in Baton Rouge, been going 2 years! Always use Mrs. Leigh or Nina and never leave disappointed. They take their time and actually want your nails to look good which I appreciate so much

I recently went to a different salon and got a bad full set, they refilled my nails & fixed them! Acrylic goes all the way to my cuticle & she got everything out from under my nails! One of the best quality acrylic jobs I’ve had in a while! I will definitely be back & highly recommend!

AMAZING WORK!!!!I cant say ENOUGH how much Iove their work! I loved Lynn before she left and now Im attached to Kevin! He works MIRACLES on pedicures, he pays a lot of attention to details and his massages, OMFG!!! You wont regret ANYTHING you get done here ❤😍

Quality was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Told the technician that nails were cut crooked and the toe polish application was HORRIFIC! They would not fix it, so I left. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We enjoyed this place, they were accommodating to my mother who was in a wheelchair. The facilitie was clean and the workers were very nice.

Been going there for the last 2 years. On time faithful loyal customer who always tip and never hard to please. Always kept my appointment. Had a noon appointment sat there til 12:25 still didnt start on my nails. Whats the point of an appointment if it will not be honored. I will not be returning because of that. I feel like as loyal as I am if you got backed up because of a walk in why not communicate that or tell the walk in she had an appointment so let me start her and Ill be back to you.

New to the area so I have been looking for a good shop tried a few other places and did not like the service especially for the price. Went to Nina and was immediately greeted and the women who serviced me were extremely nice and helpful. Will use this as my permanent nail salon from now on. Also clean and abiding by Covid rules for businesses!

Ive Been Going To Ninas Nails For About 4yrs And Nina Always Hav Done My Nails She Amazing, As Of Now Shes No Longer There And Now Lee And Amy Are My Nail Techs I Love Them Very Friendly And Professional

Had a great first experience. The lady was gentle and did a wonderful job. The second time I tried calling to get an appointment they didn’t answer the calls and when I showed up an hour before closing time they could only take cash because they had closed the drawer. Shame because they really do great work.

Everyone was so kind and the place and tools were very clean! I messed up my toe polish a few minutes after leaving and when I came back they gladly fixed up for me again :)

I arrived at Ninas ten mins early and they were already open! When I walked in Ruby greeted me with a smile and gave me thorough information on the types of pedicure services offered. I chose this place based on previous reviews (thx to those who submitted them). And i am definitely pleased with my visit! Thank you Ruby for your articulate, stellar service. 🌺🌺🌺

They are very gentle with your feet and do a great job

I absolutely love this place! I have been in Baton Rouge for 3 years now and have been to many nail salons. Ninas is by far the BEST in Baton Rouge! They are incredibly sweet and are always holding a conversation with you! The place is ALWAYS clean and organized. They do a great job on all of the services and they even get the in grown nails out perfectly. They even have a pink butterfly chair for kids!! It cost $20.00 to get my daughter a pedicure and a manicure AND she got all of the treatments that I got with my pedicure [minus the file that gets the dead skin off because a kid doesnt need it] including the hot towels for her legs! She loved it!!!!!!! The prices are also very reasonable in my opinion! Stop by and you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!!

Came to the Baton Rouge area to visit. Every design I wanted was questionable. The tech was very indecisive about the prices. She kept going up on the prices which was very unprofessional. Will not visit again.

They were extremely nice. I love how the person who was doing my nails made sure each nail was the same size and length, im very satisfied with the come out of my nails!!

Normally a very good place to get a set but has recently taken a dive in customer service. Newer nail tech did my set recently since I had already waited over 2 hours and they came out so bulky and ugly everyone I know has been pointing out that I should ask for a refund. I called to see if they would fix, they said sure. Then when I arrive 15 min before closing I was turned away, I will not be returning.

I used to come here a lot when I lived in the area. They always did awesome work. Came to meet my daughter in law with my granddaughter and decided to just get my mani and pedi here. Walked in at 5:50pm and wasnt acknowledged until around 6:20pm (besides the normal what are you getting and choose your color). They were busy but not to the point of turning the water on so my feet could start soaking. When the tech started on my full set she asked why did I wait so late. I said I didnt come here late, yall started on me late. Needless to say, horrible customer service because they were there way after 7pm closing time to finish with me. Wanted to charge me extra for gel polish that I didnt want, acrylic under my nails and major attitude the entire time for their lack of customer service. I wont be going back. All it takes is one time for me to feel mistreated.

Sometimes theyre great, sometimes theyre downright unacceptable. I think today tipped the scales from ok, to unacceptable. She didnt even paint the ends of my nails! They look so tacky, are shaped funny, and Ill have to pay to get them redone tomorrow! Would not recommend!

Went in today with a co worker to do a pedicure..OMG these people is so amazing, very friendly,quite gentle, fantastic customer service...during the service she keep me alive ..small talks here and there .. for a first time customer doing pedicure, they swept me off my feet . Ill surely return.

I use to come here alot & they were great. Went last week for a new set & my nails werent shaped well, were painted unevenly, & to top it off 2 of my nails broke off in less then a week. 😭 will not be returning.
