This salon is unprofessional and the workers do what they want, not what you ask. I asked for ombre nails with a little color and the lady painted all of my nails one color. I told her multiple times that is not what I wanted and she still proceeded to do it anyway while telling me she was doing ombre. I even had a picture for example. I feel like I was on an episode of what I wanted verses what I got. ALL she had to say was she didnt want to do it. When she was done she told me next time she do it. I will not be returning for a next time.

NEVER again. Odd smell, but they took me as a walk-in so I was hopeful. The mani/pedí were rushed for no reason. The lady who did the mani made 3 of my fingers bleed and left all of my nails raggedy and filed unevenly. The lady who did the pedicure was nicer, but I wont be back. $52 for a basic manicure and pedicure for which I brought my own polish. NO

They do not do a good job on your feet or your hands . I went in to get a refill and paid $28.00 for it. And brought my own polish. For all that you can use yall polish!😄🙂🙃 and they are very very overpriced they dont do a good job at all. Please fine another place to go!!!!.

I have been coming here for 2 years I love their work but when it comes to having hospitality it’s not there . Tina offers thing a and when you don’t wants what they offer they stay speaking in a different language laughing I find it very rude

I went here last night with 2 of my daughters at 630 (they close at 7) they took all 3 of us not one time did they make us feel uncomfortable about coming in so late which I would have completely understood if they asked us to come back). They job they do was simply put amazing. They took there time and did a beautiful job. We all did the marble nails and Im here to tell u the sample nail they show u doesnt even come close to how amazing they do them if you havent been here your missing out p.s. Get the marble nails next time. Thank you again for being so nice to us and doing such a great job. You three were the best.

I took my daughter there for prom and they cut her natural nails and had blood everywhere. Which was understood because she have a very long nail bed but they was very apologetic. I was expecting a little discount after cutting the tips off of 2 of my daughters fingers, oh well, but they came out beautiful. She decided to give them another try after about a year later and I still find this place a little too pricey. Forty eight dollars for a full set and gel polish. I think I’ll stick to my favorite place in Zachary. The Nail Place!!!!!! Very professional and reasonable prices.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The other place I went the shiny coat started to come off the second day and the last time I went my nails started breaking off after about two or three days. They were my real nails and they put the powder on very thin and not like they did every other time. At INails it has been a few weeks and my nails are growing out but other than that they still look like they did when I had them done. I had to get about 6 or 7 fake nails thanks to the breaking. I am going back today and hope they never close.

I went to this place to get my nails done because I needed to leave the state headed to Washington DC when I got there the lady did my nails today he didnt do my nails I asked her to I want you. Done I paid her with $100 bill she came back and said that the hundred dollar bill is fake I was so embarrassed I got up ask her for my change and the lady that was working with her the Chinese lady working with her told her that she used the permanent marker to check the money but she didnt want to hear that I guess you said look at this black lady try to come here and get her nails done with fake hundred dollars I will never go there again and I have talk to an attorney about this Ive never been more embarrassed

My experience was worse today, they treat some people differently than others. I had stop coming to this nail shop, well no more. Each one of these girls charges are different.

A little pricey but worth it. Pedi & regular polish last about a month. Mani & gel last at least 2 weeks. Friendly staff. The only hassle is parking - they have very limited space.

28 dollars for a refill!!!!!!! My full set at healthy nails was 22$! Overpriced and over chargedI always put gel on my nails but instead of asking me what’s on my nails she assumed and put some fancy stuff on my nails ! 28 dollars for a refil is to high
