Taylor did a facial and a massage for my mom and I and she did such an amazing job. I get like she really listened when I told her my concerns and what I wanted and made it an amazing experience! We will certainly return to see her again.

I had my hair cut by Doha multiple times and she always did a very good job. She’s also very kind and friendly. Another time, I came back for a color and it was not what I expected. I was able to come back for them to try to fix it but it made it worse and the color was nowhere near what I wanted, and my hair was damaged. They refunded me so it’s fine. I came back yesterday and Megan did my haircut. I asked her to cut them very short. It looked fine while wet but once I got home And it dried, I could see the cut was not well done since you could see where the hair was cut with the scissors. The style Also doesn’t look good on my face. I will go to another salon to get it fixed.But the worse part for me was that, even though I was trying to be friendly, Megan was very cold and absolutely not friendly. She did not greet me, and throughout the whole cut, She was very short with me. I paid a lot for this cut and I am not satisfied with either the cut or the customer service provided. For the price you pay, I would expect impeccable customer service and behavior from staff. Instead, I got someone who didn’t seem like she wanted to cut my hair. I gave it another chance but I will not go back there.

I am very pleased with my stylist Lorraine, she is always pleasing and friendly. I also like that my stylist wont try to push unneeded work on me, they are looking what is best for you. Many times I suggested highlights (more $$ for her) and she said no lets wait, that means alot shes looking out whats best for me.

The service here is fantastic! I always ask for the same stylist as she is fabulous! The head massage with the shampoo and condition is the best.

High quality salon, staff is friendly and talented. Expensive (Duh), I wish there were different pay levels for things like basic trim vs more stylized cuts, etc. Recommend if it’s in your budget or you feel like splurging, because they definitely do a great job.

I use Tara exclusively. She has been cutting my hair for many many years. She does a great job. I had a Bob for years but this last year changed to a pixie. I love how easy it is. Bring her a picture and Tara will make it happen. She changes her hours biweekly. I never have to wait for her. She is friendly but doesn’t talk your ear off, which I like.

Ive never had a bad experience at Paris Parker on Perkins. The staff are always incredibly friendly, and the head massages they give are awesome! The pricing is very fair for a womens hair salon, and if youre a girl on a budget like me, you can rest assured that even if you choose a stylist at a lower price point, youll walk out looking like a million bucks. I have been going to Paris Parker for a few years now, and I plan to keep going back for as long as I live in this city.

Allison is 100 percent the best stylist there and she is cool as the other side of the pillow.My only gripe is that they always have 2 to sometimes 4 people at the front and a phone call is rarely answered within a minute.

Went for extensions, was really excited after my consultation. Paris Parker has a good rep, and I expected high quality service. I knew it was going to be pricey, but it would be worth it. Not even a few weeks later, I was having the worst headaches, and my extensions were coming out when I brushed my hair. Went back in, someone else put the ones that fell out back in. Next day, more came out. Salon management was professional, and didn’t charge me when I wanted all of the extensions out soon after. Went to a different salon, same extensions put in, and haven’t had a problem since.

Wife had her hair down there, and they did an excellent job. She had one of the newer techs cut her hair. She was very appreciative and impressed with the outcome, and they were able to take her the same day. That was rather surprising since it was on a Saturday. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and choosing products that were natural and would help with dandruff and rosacea. Definitely will be back for more products.

Nice people but the quality isnt there any more. I walked in looking like I was overdue for blonde highlights by a few days and walked out with a skunk stripe. They offered to put in a few lighter strands around my face but Im choosing a new salon. Its a shame to spend the $$$ on highlights twice in a week!!

Lorena is my go to for a haircut! I have gone to many salons for my cuts, but they have never been as good as the one she gives me. She really does try to understand exactly what you want and gets it right every time. And trust me, Im very picky. thank you!!

While my stylist.is awesome, this is the 3rd (and last) difficulty I have had or will have with the front desk. Specifically, Cristina and her erratic behavior. There are too many great salons in Baton Rouge to endure telephone rudeness or in person confrontational behavior.I sent an email of complaint which has been ignored. Such unprofessional behavior speaks volumes. It also reinforces my suspicions regarding the demographics the Perkins Rowe branch must now prefer. In hindsight, there does appear to be a rather homogenous clientele.( I didnt think of that until relating my latest experience to a colleague who gave her perception of the Perkins Rowe PP. )Thus ends a business relationship which goes back to my uptown New Orleans college days This isnt the Paris Parker of earlier years

Terrible customer service. Driving in 30 mins to get my eyebrows waxed and running 5 mins late because of traffic and terrible rain. And they ask me to reschedule when it takes only about 5 mins for my eyebrows to get done. Been coming here for years and won’t be back.

I found a stylist who will cut my hair as short as I want. Most times its like pulling teeth. Kinda pricey though.

The products are good quality .The front desk is rude at times .They are ridiculously overpriced .
