This is a great place to work out! :) The afternoon and evening staff are super friendly and motivating! My only complaint is that I get blinded by the sun in the evenings because all of the windows face the sun and aren’t tinted well enough.

Great place to work out. Clean and safe. The employees are wonderful.My only question is the point system. I use to have a bunch of points and they have disappeared. Is this program no longer available?Regardless, this is a great gym.

I had my first gym workout since getting pregnant last August and it was so nice! A wide variety of equipment, lots of space, and not overly crowded. Good music as well.

Love the cardio Im getting in. Only down fall is this location doesnt have stand up beds. Very good and moderate work out equipment friendly environment just like back home. I feel good vibes when I walk into the place every morning.

I like planet fitness and this location. I like going in the early morning when there are less people, but I have gone when its busy and everyone is always nice and respectful!

Great place to exercise! Nice atmosphere and equally nice employees. Always clean (and being cleaned several times by employees while Im there) and in good working order. Definitely would recommend!

I was ready to tan and for the 3rd time that month they forgot to turn on the bed. I tried to call put on hold forever. Finely I got dressed and went back to desk to have bed started.

Savannah is one of the best employee I have ever had to deal with. She was very helpful with everything and every time I turned around she was running around keeping everything clean they need more employees like her.

This is probably one of or if not most decent facilities in the NWA region.

The staff is courteous, the facility is very clean. Security is good. Fun times.

This is a great place to get a workout. Its pretty busy sometimes though, and there are a few machines that are almost always occupied. Youre going to want to pay attention to when the busiest times are so you can do your full circuit without having to wait.

Good environment, clean facility. I get in get my workout and get out. I enjoy coming to a facility with clean equipment that aint outdated and beat up. Good price too. 💲

The equipment is super new

I enjoy everything about planet fitness, from entering the parking lot and everything between exiting the parking lot. Very friendly staff, and a clean environment. Good amount of space and equipment, high volume patrons at times. (Can become crowded, but other areas to go in the meantime) Clean showers, restrooms, and good locker room with lockers. With the growing industry of the company, you cant best the competitive prices they offer for what services they have. The memberships arent expensive, unlike other gyms.

I like PF as a concept, but their policy if withdrawing funds from my bank account to pay for my membership is a no go. Perfect score would come from accepting other forms of payment. Clean facilities and lots of workout options.

I’ve always feel very self conscious about doing any kind of exercise but they treat every one like they belong and that’s the best way to get people motivated to want to continue working out!!!

I love the Cleanliness and open 24 hours. Price is right, I just wish the annual fee was notated in large print for all to see. The staff is very friendly and amazing.... they know us regulars by first name. I love the point system to get freebiesI don’t like that the 30 minute express room isn’t monitored by staff. No one seems to use that room as it should and it’s very frustrating to those of us who love it.

Greatest trainer I have ever worked with at the Siloam Planet Fitness. She got my blood pressure way way down and my weight loss and muscle gain is amazing in two weeks. Awesome staff and fantastic equipment!!

I was a member of this planet fitness for over a year. I think the Gym offers a good value for the membership price. What I take issue with is their cancelation policy. I tried calling them and the call center said that I have to go into the store in person to cancel. I was not in the state as I was already traveling back and forth for a new job. So when I was able to come in over a month had gone by and I asked to cancel my membership. They tried to convince me to transfer it which I wasnt interested in because I have a nice fitness center at my new apartment complex that is about to be expanded. So they game me the paperwork to fill out and sign and I gave it back to them. They told me that I would be charged for one more month because I was cancelling too close to the payment date. (I think it was a little over a week before) So then I am surprised that when another month goes by I get charged again for the gym membership I cancelled. This was quite upsetting because I was no longer using that bank account and I incurred an overdraft fee that was high than the membership itself. So I call them again and they told me they have no record of me cancelling my membership. The call center transferred me to the gym where I had my membership and they said the same thing. Well after checking again they still said they had no record of me canceling my membership but said they would cancel it over the phone even though they dont normally do that, which I appreciate. They refused to refund me for the last month though because they had no record of me cancelling my membership. So the moral of the story either get a copy or take a picture of any document you have with planet fitness and get every agreement in writing. Also, make sure you read the agreement because in addition to the monthly fee there is a yearly fee, I believe its like 40 dollars, so not terrible but it will be a surprise if you just assume the 10 dollars a month is all there is and you dont read the contract for yourself. They were never unpleasant or impolite. The people I talked to where always nice and respectful. I believe the issue is more company policy than the local employees. As long as you make sure you have your own record of the agreements you make with planet fitness then you shouldnt have any problems.

Definitely recommend trying out planet fitness & this location especially. Such a good, friendly environment!

Great workout location. Clean, friendly staff. Not too crowded, even during the peak hours. Machines always available to get a good workout.

Fantastic place to workout without feeling awkward. Love that its super clean with plentiful equipment without having to wait. Its better knowing I can go there to exercise even at 2 a.m. if I cant sleep.

Very clean gym. The front desk staff is great! The only disappointment is that they do not have a stand up tanning bed like the others locations do.

I love this place! Employees are always very friendly. I have met with the trainer and had work out plans made for me and have attended one of the classes offered. Wish there were other group classes offered though like yoga or palates. This location is not set up for it though so dont see that happening.

My wife cancelled her membership months ago due to my health issues, I had medications i was fixing to pick up that were beyond my medicaid slots and my card was empty... Planet fitness pulled 160 off our account after our account was cancelled and refuse to put it back on. Hope your happy if i die

So I got my son a membership for being a good student. He has been attending the facility at Siloam Springs for 3 months. He enjoys it. He and his other siblings decided to go together. Zachary said he needed a parental paper signed. He was denied entry. Took my payment no problem. I signed everything asked when I enrolled. So looks like they made a mistake. Zachary said they did an update a week ago. Phone call? Email? Text? I am easy to get hold of but not a night owl like my kiddos. Not going to get out of bed and dressed at 10:30 pm. Child not happy dad not happy. Don’t take my money if you can not provide services. Customer service not great. Now take a moment and look through your “changes” and let your customers know what you screwed up. Don’t wait till they show up.

Friendly staff, open all hours, I feel safe even when I’m there late at night or early in the morning, very clean and lots of options for weights and machines.

The staff is always very friendly, the facility is always clean and organized, there is plenty of room and the equipment is well-maintained. I’ve been weight training for around 30 years and this is the nicest gym I’ve ever had a membership to.

I really dislike how theres not enough hydro beds. I would like to use it a couple of times a visit.. But never get the chance too. Makes me think I dont need a black card! I cant use the full benefits due to limitations.

I’ve been a memeber at planet fitness since January of 2017 and have loved it! I am a 20 year old female and I joined to stay in shape. I love how planet fitness offers a wide variety of machines to use to target different muscle groups and love that they also have many cardio options. (Treadmill, elliptical, stair climbers, etc) The staff is super friendly and the trainer is great when you want to do a personal session! Even for beginners, Pf is great because it’s a judgement free zone so you feel good going in by yourself and the machines have picture instructions on them so you never feel awkward like you don’t know what you’re doing. The benifits of the black card membership is amazing too. Free hydro beds, tanning, and red light therapy! Plus the more you go, the more points you add up and can eventually get a free months worth of dues! Super great! Nothing makes you want to get in the gym like feeling good and saving money while you’re doing it!
