Me and my daughter stopped by today, weve never been here before and wanted to check them out. All pedicure chairs were full except 1 (not counting the 2 kid-size chairs) so I said thanks and proceeded to leave, but they werent having that. They definitely wanted our business (as was the impression I got). Met some nice people who were there also getting pedicures; I was happy with my results, and my daughter was happy with hers (manicure with acrylic nail set). I still dont feel comfortable when staff constantly speaks in their foreign language, loudly and aimlessly about, the whole time. I never know if theyre talking to me or what? I know most nail salons are like this, but still...

I will never visit this salon again! I came here on Friday 10/30 for a refill, the next day one of my nails suddenly split and fell off (I did not hit the nail or anything). I came for a repair and was charged $3. Today is Thursday 10/5, another nail did the exact same as I was driving (once again, I did not hit the nail) this time I was charged $4. It’s not my fault that the nail tech filed my nails down very thin, which made them very fragile! I paid $41 for a messed up refill! Normally a salon wouldn’t charge for a repair if it’s not your fault and if it’s within 7 days of your original visit. I explained this to the tech, she agreed but after I told her she charged me the next day after my original visit she changed her story and said that’s only when they do a full set. I know it’s only $7 but it’s very unfair!

Horrible experience the lady that did my nails was so focused on everything else going on in the shop she wasnt focused on doing my nails and they came out horrible worse Dip job Ive ever had!!!

I asked to receive a set of nails within my price range, I let the employee know I was looking to pay no more than $45. She said ok... I sat in the chair got my nails done and was still charged $65 I didnt like that . No set pricing

I love love love this nail salon. It is very clean, great service, and the prices are reasonable! My favorite person is Son, she is so sweet and does amazing work!

I usually go to the nail salon closer to campus but I was at Walmart and decided to stop in to get my nails done. This is now my new nail place! Great service at great prices! They give you 10% off if you have a student ID AND will price match to another salons prices! For a college student like me this deal cant be beat! 10/10 would recommend

I was recommended to this place by one of my coworkers and am so glad I decided to take her advice. One of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten and my gel manicure has been on for more than two weeks now! Will definitely be a regular at this place!

I came in to get dipped nails and its now been three weeks and theyre still good as new! It was a great price and the lady who did my nails was amazing. Definitely recommend!

Paid 68 dollars for this???? I only had the nails on for less than two weeks.the nail came straight off like a press on nail😒 I recommend not going here at all

Normally after a week in a half of getting your nails done you would expect your nails start to show new growth. Nope!!!! They started lifting bad to the point of popping off. Doing simple tasks like getting a baby tub together was making them lift even more. I never experienced anything like that with getting your nails done. Not worth it. 🙄

No one greeted me when I walked in. There was no customer service at all. In particular one of the staff members was very rude and condescending. However, they ONLY greeted, smiled (showing all 32 teeth), or customer service when someone of Caucasian decent walked into the “spa”.

I’m soooo annoyed with how they do my nails I go to get my nails did I get the gel nail full set French tip not even a week later 4 days later I have lifting and I go everytime to tell them and they make me pay when my nails should last more than 4 days it should last 4 weeks most!!! I go to get a refill they charge me 19$ !!!! I feel like I wasted my money I only had them for a week and a few days I don’t understand how I get lifting 3 days later after getting a refill I still get the lifting when I tell you she didn’t fix the lifting the only thing she did was rushed! Cause they had people waiting lifting after a few days after getting them done I won’t be going back wasted 52$!!

I came in here and absolutely loved it! The ladies were pleasant and service was impeccable! Will definitely be back.

This place sucks so bad. I went here friday bc i live nearby but i normally go to nail studio in cortana mall and didnt feel like driving there so when i got here, i noticed they dont cut your nails even, nor push your cuticles back once they file your nails etc etc. my polish was damn near on my skin & 2 days later, 3 nails were loose. i went back yesterday & they redid the whole right hand now today (which is tuesday) 2 nails are loose on my left hand ... the acrylic is thick on one hand & thin on the other, smh i wont be going back here ever again unless its for eyebrows.

Aweful! My acrylics are really thick and they pull my hair out. Never again

1 and 1/2 weeks later obviously its time for a refill but in no way should my nails look like this and this is coming from a person that gets her nails done almost every two weeks . I took the polish off so that you could actually see how the nails look underneath

Worst nail place Ive been too. They were very rude and did a horrible job on my nails. I went in for a normal refill which should only take 30 minutes. It took them a hour and a half to do it. Horrible service

Horrible both times this month (October 15) Dont go there unless you have an entire morning or afternoon to spare (even if youre the ONLY customer there) and dont mind having uneven nails and messed up eyebrows.
