I don’t know if I’m crazy or not but my nails most definitely aren’t suppose to look like this, I got gel nails and they are loose already I got my nails done Saturday my nails became loose Tuesday . I spent a good bit on these nails just for them to not last at least 2 weeks ! Wasted money, then my eyebrows she didn’t follow my original shape, she say she cleaned them up but my eyebrows have no arch or anything they just not it, I always go to healthy nails for my eyebrow waxing me ! Next time I’ll just get a overlay I cannot ! So mad

Love this place. Mae and staff have taken excellent care of me and my family for at least ten years. Pedicures and eyebrows, I just have to keep coming back. Daughters get nails done. Always leave satisfied. Thank you Mae!

Horrible experience! Nail tech rushed my nails after stopping to do eyelashes on another customer. Worst $45 ever! For a simple overlay on short natural nails.

Update: 8/28/20 To say they always did good nails the service they have now is ridiculous dont go unless you like waiting. Waited two hours for them to start filing someone elses nails when clearly I was here first why my nails werent filled and cleaned first. I understand he dont do nails but why is filing hers first and I been here two hours. Crazy cause I been going here for a year now. Only stopped because of covid. Ridiculous

She did my eyebrows I specifically said keep my arch she messed my eyebrows up and thinned them all the way out, I have thick eyebrows now they’re just thin as heck. Was just opening my box of candy and my nail started bending I’m shocked because I have never seen anything like it. She kept adding on to prices and didn’t want me to use my credit card for pay she begged for cash. Ms.May is horrible and is money hungry. The environment is very nasty and very unsanitary. I’ve never walked in a nail shop and it looked like ugh. I was scared to touch the sink, and the paper towel holder with everything that’s around it. I would not recommend anyone go there not even an animal for a pedicure!!!

Snails has terrible service the text technician was harsh with my hands as she did my nails my daughter my grandbaby and myself went in this morning we pay $280 we got nothing special we got our nails done or feet done and my eyebrows Arch she charges 280 when my grandbaby got home from summer school her mother sent her there she only got her nails done and her feet and she paid $150 I believe this woman is just making her prices the business is bad I dont recommend anybody going there the only thing that was good about it with the young man who did our feet he was very nice very professional dont go to princess nails

Very pushy about getting gel polish to charge additional $20 up charge. She was friendly until I didnt want the color she suggested; and claimed 2 not have a matching regular polish for my toes, and didnt bother trying 2 look for one. Yet she offer to polish my toes in gel for another $20. She Rushed shaping and polish once a regular customer came in for service. Im not sure if ill return.

We were greeted and asked what services did we need and I told her, I was told to pick a color. When preceded to the gel polish she told me regular polish over there. I said I know I want gel. She said it’s $20 extra you sure you want gel. She made me feel as though I couldn’t afford it and she acted as if they didn’t want to put gel polish on my toes. I picked a mood changing color. I was told it’s half and half. I told him I know what it does I get it a lot. He changed out my polish to a solid color that was similar to the mood color. And when I told him that wasn’t the color I picked he said it was. My toes haven’t changed colors yet. But he did do a pretty good job on my feet. But I won’t be going back because I didn’t get what I asked and paid for

Visited Princess Nails today and got horrible service. Not only was she very aggressive with me by yanking my hands repeatedly but my nails looked horrible for having to pay $80.00. She showed little to no interest in fixing her own mistakes and I do not recommend anyone use this business. When working with the public you should show a little interest in customer satisfaction. She failed in doing so and did not care about the opinion of myself or anyone else around. Never again will I use princess nails in baton rouge

Ms. Mae is so sweet and nice I’ve been going here for over a year. My nails last long and she always make sure it’s exactly how I want it. She does lashes and they don’t take off my real ones. I highly recommend princess nails. I love this place. Great prices.

This is my second time I went to Princess Nails on Florida street. My nails was very well taken care of by Mrs. May. She made the ombre nails look really pretty. I love the way she designs nails and it’s good service in here.

I have been a customer for a little over 2 years. I’ve always had excellent service and no problems. My nails are always beautiful, my pedicures always leave me feet feeling like im walking on cotton and my eyebrows are beautiful every time. Once you find a great place stick with then especially when the service is always great!!!

The nail tech was very rude and there was not enough options for nail polish colors. The nail tech also insisted that I pay cash instead of card, when the card machine was sitting on top of the counter. To top everything off my nails didn’t even last a week. All of my nails came off very easily.

Rushed job, polish was very thick, acrylic was too bulky! Once asked to fix it she rudely responds she doesnt have time MAYBE later. I asked her whats considering she did have two people ahead of us, she shrugs and says maybe an hour u can come back later or wait!!! By this point its fine maam no worries Ill go somewhere else

Only two nail techs in whole building. Came to get a pedicure, chair was broke & leaning. Rush job on pedicure. When i got finish they didn’t even clean pedicure bowel just called for the next person to come down. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Nails didnt come out riggt poor service

I got powder dip on my real nails and it lasted only 2 days before it started chipping. I would not recommend this salon if your wanting powder.

Customer service is terrible. I simply went to get my natural nails polished and it looks like a child did them even after I asked for them to be cleaned up. The lady was rude and mocked me when she cut me with the drill she used to attempt to clean up the messy polish job she did. Honestly, if I could give this place no stars I would.

When she is busy she adds to her prices. Very unpleasant experience when she is busy... she adds to her price saying because the nails are long when in fact the nails are short due to my daughter being in school and school policy..... I am a faithful customer and was shocked at the price hike and the imaginary reason.
