Umm nice people.... but their nail quality is VERY poor. All my nails broke off by the next week. This is ridiculous. I would NEVER go back.

Very bad service I received a pedicure and a refill at the SAME time. It was not relaxing at all, the lady is RUDE all the white stuff from shaping my nails spilled on my clothes and she just continues. I had to literally be uncomfortable my WHOLE pedicure until another girl comes in for a refill. The lady is the only one who does nails i suppose but she handles you so rough and is always in a rush. I’m NEVER going back!! Save your time and go else where.

For starters they lack basic customer service skills and are simply rude. The quality of the nails is by far the poorest I’ve seen. I left with both stained and uneven nails. Wouldn’t recommend honestly.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could, I don’t think I could even explain how bad it was... they were extremely rude, I was there for four hours, no one would answer how long I would have to wait. Once they finally started doing my nails the lady kept answering the phone leaving to talk to other people every 2 minutes. She made my nails uneven and bulky. I have way more to say but hopefully someone reads this and gets the point. Bad business.

No one was able to do a simple ying yang symbol which is a little concerning,..they were nice however.

I went for a refill and requested the son to do my nails. He had an attitude the whole time and took three hours to do it. He replaced my missing nail and I noticed it was larger than the rest but he didn’t agree. He said he had to go eat and that his mom will do it. Not to mention my polish was a mess and all. Very expensive for no reason and unprofessional. I’ll never go here again !

The place had a weird smell. Also, I got dipped nails because my natural nails are very brittle. Every other salon that I have been to, the nails last at least two weeks. I got my nails done 4 days ago, and all of my nails have chipped, and 3 have completely broken. 😭 COMPLETE waste of my money!!!

This place is a hot spot for college students. It’s located directly outside of campus so it’s usually really busy. They work very fast and the work is good but quality can sometimes be jeopardized especially when they have a full house which usually last from around maybe 130 to closing usually when everyone just gets out of class. It’s a very popular place and on a good day very good quality and beautiful work. Nice people too. The owner is the best. He works fast and his nails are very good. I’m not sure it’s called LT I think it’s called V’s which is kind of a nail spa chain. They are good but when you go just know what your getting yourself in for during school periods.

The people here are nice, but I felt like I was rushed out of the shop. They did my nails rather quickly so the Gel didnt properly cure. My pedicure chipped off on a lot of my nails though I only got them done two days ago.If you want quick and friendly service, then come here. If you want your nails to last a long time and to be done nicely, then go somewhere else.

Really good first experience! My nail techs worked quickly and with precision. The only downside was the original manicure I wanted was unavaibale, however, she offered an alternative that she felt comfortable with!

I was tended to immediately for gel polish. A younger, clearly bilingual guy painted my nails perfectly. An older guy had me pick out a color on a nail wheel and that was not the color painted on my nails. When I mentioned it, I was told sorry repeatedly and that the two fingers painted were already dry. Luckily, I am not a very picky person and the color is not so bad. My nails look great though, and with quick service. Pricier than other salons.

I would not recommend this nail bar. There hours of operation are from 10-730 I walked in on Friday at 550pm and the guy told me they were closed. I said your hours say to close by 7. He says no were closing early the man I spoke to over there phone said 7pm so I wasted my gas driving there pretty much. His reading he says the woman said she was tired!!! Remind you there were 5 workers in there. Maybe if I was WHITE they would’ve made an exception. WOW!!! Won’t get my business

One of the BEST.i started going to her when she first opened. Shes very good, takes her time. Even when shes packed. Love her & her work. Try this spa. You wont be disappointed,, @ ALL. Had the most soothing mani and pedi here. Customer service was great. Good environment and price was very well worth it. I’d definitely recommend

They were rude on the phone, took forever to even get started on my nails. I got the dip powder which usually lasts 3 weeks on me & it came off within 4 days! Not happy & very unsatisfied.

I used to go here religiously every 2 weeks but my nails wouldn’t last 2 weeks. My nails always pop off and I end up spending more money on a fill than a new set. Trust me and Go somewhere else and get your moneys worth.

The staff is really nice and attentive.

Stopped going here after I found a better salon close to campus. The nail technicians Ive had were always extremely rough, to the point where my cuticles bled.

These people do HORRIBLE nails and have the WORST customer service. They have people working here that I guess are still in training because when you ask them to fix something its like they dont even know where to begin. If Im paying my money I want my nails done correctly with no attitude. On top of that my nail broke ONE day later and they made me pay 3 dollars to fix ONE nail. I will literally never come back here again this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail shop.

Its okay. They are always in a rush, plus they are always multitasking and working with multiple clients at once. Doing a full set can take as long as 3 hours.
