They’re always SO rude. I believe I left a review 6 years ago on this place and had such a bad experience I vowed to never come back. Came back on an emergency “I don’t have anywhere else to go on a last minute mission” and waited and waited and waited and waited. People with no appts came in before me and were serviced. I’m like…okay what’s going on? Finally asked and they said it’ll be a few more minutes. I ended up leaving and going to a “not so rude” place down the street. All 3 nail salons on Jones creek I know of are all rude. Go to accent nails. The customer service is much better.

I use to come to this place all the time, and then I changed places because they stared to do a bad job.I went back today for the first time in over a year, and let me just say I will not be coming back.The owners daughter did my nails and did horrible. My nails look like a 5 year old did them, they are uneven and there is polish all over my fingers.If someone else had done my nails it would have been better.I gave two stars because they do have reasonable prices.

I came in for a gel polish on toes. No pedicure. While waiting it was not santized. Flys where around constantly had to be swatted which wasn’t relaxing what so ever. The young lady finished and told me my total would be $30. I feel like she over charged me and I won’t ever go back. They should consider upgrading their establishment before jacking up the price which wasn’t listed in the shop.

My mom and I came to this place for years. The last two times I came I had the older lady (hate to refer to her as such but don’t know how else to describe her). She rushed, was rude and my pedicure was painful. It felt more like punishment than relaxation. This place has went downhill. Maybe if you get someone else but I don’t like to have to decline someone when going into a nail salon.

Waiting two hours now....others got Pedi& medi gone but Im still soaking cuticles...damn shame iwill not come back!!!

Good quality nails for a nail biter. I have been coming here for 2 months. The negative reviews left here are obviously from people who do not know how to communicate what they like or want. There is NOT a language barrier at all. You may have to repeat yourself a couple of times, but the end result is worth it.Nails last a good 2 weeks if not longer. I am a nail biter and use my hands with chemicals and heavy duty work with my hands... so them lasting this long is amazing... the only reason I get them redone is from the grow out.Most of yall need to just learn to communicate.Being on their phones doesnt stop them from doing their jobs.Never had a nick, never had a nail break, never had a bad experience, always have fun talking to both Lee and Amy, they make me laugh and have me leaving every time feeling pampered and with beautiful nails.

As soon as I walked in to Amys Nails I felt like an appreciated customer instead of just another walk-in. I came in out of the blue to get a full set of acrylics and they seemed very appreciative for me coming in. I had Lee, who was incredible. She REALLY took her time and made sure she did everything right instead of just rushing me through to get to the next customer (which I have experienced at tons of other nail salons). She always made sure I was comfortable and that she wasnt hurting me, and unlike other nail places, she didnt grind away and DESTROY my nail beds. She really was delicate and gentle during the entire thing. She did a great job putting on my acrylics and painting my hot pink tips on them. It looks airbrushed but she did it by hand! What baffled me the most is that she took her time to do it, did it all perfect, and then it only cost me $25! Holy smokes! I will definitely be back. If youre looking for some fancy experience with mimosas and ladies who speak perfect English, this isnt the place for you. If you want incredible looking nails that wont break the bank from ladies who work hard and speak enough English to understand exactly what you want then this is a perfect spot. Everyone was friendly, I felt appreciated, I have beautiful looking nails, and the price was more than fair! I will definitely be back!

I went in for a simple pedicure. They seated me a mediately in a comfy chair full of hot water. 45 minutes later the water was cold and the chair was no longer comfortable and they weren’t anywhere near getting to me. So I left.What is it with nail salons? You can’t make an Appointment. You can’t get in and out In a reasonable amount of time!!!How does a regular guy get a decent pedicure in this crazy town!?

Terrible service! I was promptly seated in the chair for a pedicure with hot water to soak my feet. Almost anHOUR later I asked how much longer because the water was ice cold by this time. Another 15 minutes and someone came over and started my pedicure. She rushed through everything while talking on the phone or just stopped working and started an entire conversation with another worker. Ummm,never again

This has now been my go to nail shop since moving to Baton Rouge four years ago. I used to live closer to this nail shop when I first moved down here, but now I am further away. However, I still travel to come to this one, even though I have another nail shop right in front of my apartment building. They always provide the best service and do a great job on my nails!

I had just recently moved in the area a couple of months ago, and was looking for a nail salon to fit my needs. I experienced many other nail salons in the area and they were either rude, horrible with their actual work, or had bad service. I did some more searching and found Amys nails. Awesome service, great work, and such sweet nail technicians. I have been going here now to get all of my needs taken care of. Thank you so much!

The staff is very unpleasant and unfriendly. Conveying what I wanted was very difficult due to language barrier. Its true the full set was only $20 but I could have painted my nails better, I go to a salon for a reason. The girl doing my full set was falling asleep, and she kept hitting my actual fingers with the drill. I do not recommend this place and will not come back, my fingers hurt and my nails look bad. There are so many better and cleaner places available.

Staff is not very pleasant. Mother and daughters will argue in front of the customers. There was a disagreement about whether the daughters should go back to help the father at the other nail salon or go to the movies. The card machine was broken and they sent me to the ATM for the payment. No biggie, it happens. But, the staff was very rude about it and argued with each other about how to get the payment from me. It stinks when they are cooking and eating their lunch in there too. The smell of their lunch and the chemicals do not mix well. Went on a slow Wednesday and still had to wait while they dragged their feet to get to me.

Never left a salon mid-service until today. 3 different techs put foil on my nails to soak the shellac because they all kept getting up to do other things or check their phones. Sat in foil for 45 minutes. When one tech came to take it off, she used her nails to scrape the shellac instead of a tool. I paid for the removal and left. Will not be back.

The lady that did my nails was TERRIBLE. I mean TERRIBLE. She did a horrible job and she trimmed my nails too short. It’s like I didn’t have acrylic at all! She even picked the wrong color. TWICE. if you think your going over to that nail place, watch the skinny lady with the bob hair cut. She’s HORRIBLE

Great spa pedicure I was in the chair for 40 minutes and it was great! Very good prices I paid $25 +tip for my spa pedicure ;) ill be back!
